Consistently outstanding ! Crawford has been maintaining our Generac generator for 10 years.We have a service contract for 2 visits per year. The technician checks the whole system, battery, oil, and replaces whatever is necessary. Every time weve needed the generator, it fires up flawlessly and runs nonstop without problem. (And every time we have to rely on it for a long period, I get panicky and call Crawford Are you SURE I can let it run nonstop? and they calmly assure me that the generator is built to handle it. They are right.So skip the scary You Tube advice, call Crawford for peace of mind!

THANK YOU, CRAWFORD! I bought solar panels from a company in Conway last year. For the past eight months half of them were not working after a power outage. I called that company hundreds of times but they ignored every call. Finally they call back and said my gateway is bad and I would have to pay them $3,000 to fix it even though they have a 25 year warranty. I called Brian at Crawford and they had techs out within a week. They just left and fixed my panels in under a hour. Turns out it was a minor issue and nothing needed to be replaced. I wish I would have bought the panels from Crawford Electric to begin with. Techs were supper friendly and knowledgeable. You cant go wrong with this company. Im about to buy a generator from them too.

Chase was outstanding. He replaced a ceiling fan in our living room and also replaced two light fixtures outside our back door. He never took a break and even hauled away the old fan and lights. We had amazing experience with Crawford Electric. They were very professional from start to finish and they were even able to service us the same day we called. The technician that came out to the house was very polite and very professional. He explained and showed me everything that was going on in our panel and fixed the problem quickly. Called them about some wires on my solar panels that had been chewed on by squirrels. Solar people had no idea how to fix them. But the people at Crawford knew exactly what to do. They setup a time to be here and were prompt. Had the work done in less than 3 hrs. Panels are back up in my roof wiring perfectly. These are the guys to call for your electrical needs. Crawford electric changed our service from 100 amp to 200 amp and done a great job. The dirt/trench work in our yard was great, did a great job of smoothing out the dirt. They also put in a new 200 amp box inside and did a great job on our wall. All in all a great job. I recommend Crawford Electric for all of your electrical needs.

I had Crawford come out and install two in-ceiling lights in my hallways and they did a outstanding job. They were professional and very quick with the install. Recently, the Baxter County Historical Museum had the pleasure of working with Crawford Electric on installation of new lighting and re-lamping of LED bulbs. The two young man, Cody and Clay that came out representing Crawford were the most professional and respectful young man that we have had the pleasure of working with, they were conscientious of how their work was being done and cleaning up after themselves. The work that they did was exceptional and neat. We could not have asked for two better electricians than they were. Kudos to the entire Crawford electrical team.

We have used Crawford Electric several times in the past few weeks for projects to include replacing the old 2-prong outlets throughout our home, and the purchase and installation of a Kohler whole-house standby generator.
