Ryan and his crew are the best. I started with a hand drawn concept on graph paper and Ryan made it a reality. As we made adjustments and decisions along the way, Ryans response was always, well figure it out and make it work.Not only is his crew the best , all of his sub-contractors are top quality too and thats attributable to the standard of excellence he sets.The icing on the cake was even with making tweaks and change-orders during the project, he came in under bid estimates which allowed some nice add-on features. We not only got a new cabin on the farm, but new friends with RCK Construction.We couldnt be happier with our family retreat and Im already thinking of the next project Id like for him to do.

We contracted Ryan and RCK to build a 48x42 wooden barn for us. His skills and craftsmanship were impeccable. He is also prompt and honest. His attention to the management of the build put us at ease with every stage. Our experience with RCK was the best experience we ever had with any builder.

RCK built my dream shop. The shop is approximately 2200 sq. ft. and includes a woodworking area, a RV barn and another garage bay for welding/painting/automotive work.RCK built exactly what my architect and I asked for. The building looks just like the plans and matches my house. RCK used exceptionally talented sub-contractors, (concrete, electrical, brick, plumbing, insulation, HVAC, and roofing). RCK used materials that met or exceeded what I had expected or specified. The building is fully insulated with integrated heating and air conditioning. There were minimal change orders or additional charges and were things I had requested to be added. Any discrepancies were quickly and professionally resolved by reviewing the contract and/or discussing the issue. I wanted to work with a contractor with integrity and was willing to pay for quality materials and workmanship. The construction schedule was fairly loosely defined, however, once they started work, the building was completed in a very timely manner.I am extremely pleased with my shop and wouldnt change a thing. RCK Construction would be my first and only choice if I were to build another project.

We have worked with the RCK team for the past 4 years, theyve built two custom homes and a barn for us. Fit and finish is important in our homes and it’s what they do wonderfully! Ryan worked with great professionalism with our architect and engineer through each of our builds. Our relationship and trust with RCK has been an outstanding experience, he absolutely has integrity. We will keep coming back for any of our future builds.

Ryan has done two major projects for us and I highly recommend RCK Construction. Ryan and his skilled crew transformed our old dilapidated farmhouse into a beautiful, modern and structurally sound home. The project offered a bounty of challenges, but with Ryan’s expertise, each obstacle was overcome. His recommendations for quality building materials within our budget were invaluable. Communication, quality craftsmanship, and customer service was outstanding. Our second project, a new garage went smoothly. That job was also the highest quality, timely, and right on budget. Ryan and his team take great pride in their work as evidenced by their honesty, integrity, and extreme attention to detail. RCK Construction is the best builder in the area!

Ryan and his crew did a fabulous job designing and building our deck. I purchased a deck drain system to keep our patio dry. They did a great job installing it even though they were not familiar with the drain system and it works as advertised. They did a great job cleaning up after completing the job. Their professionalism, knowledge, skill, and craftsmanship is among the best. I will use them again if needed and I highly recommend their services. Thank you Ryan and Team for doing a great job!

Ryan built our home in 2019 and 2020. He is by far the best builder in southern Missouri. He and his team are responsive, fast, true craftsmen, and reasonable. Appreciate him and his team every evening when I pull in my driveway and see our family home!
