I cant recommend FL Construction highly enough! Francisco and crew did a major home renovation (adjusted our roofline to add a bathroom and bedroom) for us this year and the results were amazing. My wife cried tears of joy when she saw the final product! Francisco provided a very reasonable bid for the job and was flexible fitting this job into his busy schedule. He completed the job on time and on budget (which I thought was impossible!) He even made a few suggestions on how we could improve the space and also make sure our house was the most structurally sound it could be. He was super flexible when we changed things around on him a couple of times. He provided us with progress photos and kept us updated on how things were going and the timeline of the project. His crew is very professional and they kept the job site shockingly clean. I will never look elsewhere for any future construction or remodel needs.

We are building a house on an island and found FL Construction online. After talking with Francisco we determined he was the guy for the job. His pricing was reasonable. Francisco is very knowledgeable and a make it happen kind of guy. He made suggestions on areas where we could save money. He communicated with our other contractors to ensure that the job was being done correctly for a smooth progression of the project. Francisco has a genuine concern for doing the job well. Our job site was challenging and was not prepped properly by our excavator. Francisco didnt let it phase him and did what was needed to make it right. The team worked well together and accomplished a lot in a short period of time. Francisco is dependable and honest and does quality work. We hope to work with him on other aspects our our project.

I usually do all my own home renovation work because I am very particular and I can save a lot of money. But after building a new deck I was completely out of free time and I still needed new siding on the south side of my house before winter to protect a lot of the work I did. I found FL Construction online and they looked pretty new so I wasnt sure if I was taking a risk but Francisco was really responsive, I felt good about him after I met him, and I liked the quote. I checked a couple references and saw pics of his work and decided to go ahead with it. When the work was complete it was clear I made the right choice. They did siding on the south side, installed a new front door, and built a shelter over the front door. It still needs paint but that will be a separate contract and speaking of the contract I think it was straight forward and fair. Francisco was polite, very responsive to both texts and emails, and timely. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was a good value. I had to go out of town for three weeks for work so it was up to my wife to interact with Francisco and his crew. She enjoyed hosting these guys and I think I only got one phone call with a question while I was gone. They did a great job of figuring everything out and it felt really good coming home to a job well done.

FL did our addition work, we added on a two story addition and remodeled one section of our house. They were responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Francisco is a great problem solver, easy to work with, a hard worker and an all around nice guy. He has a great crew and we couldn’t have asked for more and highly recommend!

I found FL construction on Google maps and hired them based on their reviews. They were fast, fair, reliable and gave a reasonable price. They weren’t the cheapest option but I felt they were the best for the job and the price they quoted was fair. They did extra work beyond the job they quoted! I would absolutely hire them again.

FL construction was great to work with. They showed up on time and did quality work bracing my deck for my hot tub and repairing some supports. I FINALLY found a contractor that does quality work for a fair price. The job was complete and when I got the final invoice it was actually lower then the original bid even though they did more work then what was planned. I’ll be using them for every project they are willing to take!

He responded promptly to calls/texts with pictures and offered to visit the property location personally before giving a quote. My house purchase fell through unfortunately so I did not use his service but had a pleasant experience throughout. His estimate based on just pictures was fair and reasonable.
