    11-5-24 We woke up with no heat. I placed a phone call early in the morning. Within 45 minutes, I had a gentleman named Patrick, knocking at my door. He diagnosed the problems fast. Took the furnace apart, went to go get the parts and assembled the machine by 1:00. . Not only was Patrick fast and courteous, he also did an excellent clean up job. Prices were good compared to other companies that offered the same services. Patrick said, even if we have questions in the future, feel free to call. Patrick thank you for making a memorable experience. I usually dont write reviews, matter of fact, this is the first review I ever wrote. So you know VP plumbing and heating has to be an excellent company. Now theres peace in the family.

    Vinny’s team is amazing to work with! I have used them twice in my home. For both issues (once for AC and once for clogged drain pipe). They came within an hour, gave me a came to a resolution fast and effectively. They left no mess behind and the price was so reasonable especially for emergency repair work.

    I called and spoke to Vinny on the phone to explain the plumbing I needed done. He was polite, professional, and informative. He had me send him pictures of what I needed fixed and called me back to explain things and give me an estimate, which was very reasonable. He sent Luke and Quinn to my house the next day. They did an excellent job. It was done quickly and they were able to do a couple of extra repairs I needed. I appreciate their courtesy and expertise. I would call them for any future work I need done.

    Ive been working with Vinnie for years, from everything to ring down a drainpipe, remodeling & updating (2) bathrooms, a kitchen remodel, installing a whole house water filter to replacing old waste pipes in a slab leak.Every time, Vinnie quoted a fair, reasonable price for the work, worked around my busy schedule and did an excellent job! His team of plumbers are efficient, kind, courteous and always leave the place in good order and cleaned up.     Had a great first experience with VP Plumbing. I called based on reading previous reviews. My call was answered quickly and a crew arrived the next day as it was not an emergency. I shared photos in advance so they knew what they were walking into. The crew of two were professional and courteous and clearly knew what they were doing. After assessing the cause of the leaky toilet, they quickly fixed it, explaining exactly what they needed to do. They left the bathroom cleaner than they found it. I hope I dont need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I found one I can trust.

    Professional as well as respectable and friendly. Pricing is given from this is simple to this is difficult. And it’s one price. Not “if not done in three hours it’s an additional $$$ every half hour after that with some companies. They explained in detail what is going to be done and during the work showed you what was going on. Once done they stayed and checked until it was ok. The clean up after the job was good. Stop looking around this is the place. Believe me I did my research!!!

    Competent, professional, and pleasant!I contacted VP Plumbing & Heating, and spoke with Vinnie, to schedule maintenance at my condo. He was able to schedule a time that worked with the guidelines of my HOA. (This has been a problem in the past with other plumbing companies and I’m so grateful for his customer service.)Tim and his partner arrived within the time frame given. They were able to replace my water shut-off valve and install a new toilet fill valve. I was so pleased with how respectful and professional all members of VP Plumbing were. It was wonderful to receive such quality customer service during my time of need.

    Been using them for a long time and dozens of jobs. They come when you need them and rearrange schedules when there is an emergency. I can’t say enough good about them and because of that I pay them within minutes of the receipt of the invoice.

    Another in my I wish I didnt need it, but Im glad I called them review series: VP Plumbing and Heating.During my attempt to repair a hot water leak in an old sink, the handle broke off the fixture, and long story short, the water was running like Pabst Blue Ribbon at a Nascar race.Faced with the prospect of spending the rest of my life in the bathroom with my finger plugging the faucet, I contacted Vinny at 6:30 in the morning, he replied immediately! He was able to get his employee Kurt over that same afternoon. Kurt was clearly experienced and did a great job. Clean, courteous, and complete, he made sure that sink wouldnt leak before the US budget was balanced. I really cant recommend these guys highly enough. Very impressed.

    Just a FYI to folks - NEW washing machines come with water discharge lines that are not the old black rubber ones and are thinner. You current hookup will not work on most cases. Of course PC Richard’s doesn’t tell you this.Called Ken’s and Ronnie was over in a short period of time to change out the pvc piping and make the hookup work. Prompt nice and polite people every time. Highly recommend them for all plumbing issues. Have used them many times

    VP Plumbing is a reliable, trustworthy company and has helped us with many of our plumbing needs. Installed a double sink vanity water hookup, installed water for our washing machine, drip pan in case of a leak, gas hook up for our oven, installed dishwasher and now just helped us get rid of an awful sewer smell coming from the lower level of our home. They answer the phone every time we call (even after hours) and have a great team. Thank you Vinnie, Phil, Neil, Tim, and the entire team.. they are all incredible. P.S.- They always clean up when they finish a job, and you would never know they were there to begin with. Highly recommend!

    Highly recommend with very reliable service...VP Plumbing and Heating was just a Google search back in 2018 for an oil to natural gas conversion. With great reviews, it was the obvious choice, so my wife called and made an appointment. Vinny the owner showed up for a free consultation with my wife and I at the scheduled time to answer any questions we had regarding the process including having to deal with NatGrid and the city of Brookhaven for filing permits. Its was a very smooth transition. Vinny and his professional staff made us proud of our choice and we have been using VP Heating and Plumbing ever since, including last fall a sprinkler shutoff valve that needed to be replaced in order to winterize our sprinkler system. Today, our sewer line was backed up, and without hesitation, I called VP Plumbing and Heating left a brief message. Vinny called back and recommended a sewer plumber that was at my front door within 30 minutes of the original call to Vinny.

    Vincent always called or texted me whenever I contacted him. He advised me of best brand of faucet to get & where I might get it. I was able to get the faucet on Amazon for half the price of distributors, and it arrived in 1 day. And Patrick came the next day and completed the installation in an hour! Patrick called, came on time, wore a mask, cleaned up, was very personable and I was very pleased with his work. I have already recommended VP to neighbors and will continue to do so!     My family with one bathroom had been without a working shower for a month. The plumber who I have used successfully before kept trying to fix it having me order incorrect parts and additional parts that he thought would work from Kohler adding to the delay. He would come to fix it and while showering the faucet would fall off. Another plumber I use was unavailable who recommended VP Plumbing to me. I waited only a few days for VP Plumbing to come . Within 1/2 hour tops I had a perfectly working shower without having to break open the tile wall as the first plumber said would be needed. Turns out simple fix, not even a problem. The first plumber just kept putting the faucet on wrong. Eric the plumber technician from VP explained everything thoroughly and was so pleasant, cheerful and understanding as to why I was so anxious. He also told me much of their day was redoing other mistakes. So save your self time, aggravation and money people. Call VP Plumbing FIRST.

    Had an issue with a bathroom faucet where the water wouldn’t stop running. it was after hours and vp plumbing was the only one to get back to me. He responded to my text within minutes and had one of his workers en route to my house at the same time. Anthony was at my house within the hour. He was so polite, neat and professional.     I cant say enough nice things about this company! My husband, I and our son moved to Suffolk a little over a year ago. We moved to a townhouse development and the age of our hot water heater surpassed its prime. We called VP Plumbing, they came immediately and serviced out HWH and to our surprise it was in good working condition. Other than a small leak, which they fixed. Fast forward 1 year later and our Pilot light keeps going out and no hot water! The company who made the HWH gave us the run around, and told us they could come in 1 week! 1 week with no hot water...get outta here!!! So, I said to my husband please call the company who serviced us last year! They came that day, no run around... Straight shooters. Told us what we could do, and what they suggested.     Phil and his co-worker (I forgot his name) both showed up on a Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend to fix a slab leak at my moms house in Holbrook. I am a plumber myself but this was the building liability and so they hired their own plumber but I choose to check out how it was going. The guys had drop cloths covering everything, exceptionally clean with every piece of work they performed to limit the amount of dust throughout the house. They both came in with smiles and great attitudes for 2 guys working on their weekend off because I know myself, I wouldn’t have been the happiest. They fixed the issued very promptly and before you knew it aside from a few holes in the ceiling they were gone and you didn’t know they were there. Whenever I get too lazy to do my own work I’ll give these guys a call, they are everything you want when experiencing problems with your home and in need of a plumber.
