    I had a fantastic experience with this company. Vito and his crew are knowledgeable and their expertise were evident as they efficiently replaced thermostats, installed high hats, wired outlets in the attic & other small jobs.     I am so grateful for the very knowledgeable and expert electricians that were able to troubleshoot and repair a complicated connection problem I had leading from an indoor switch to an outdoor outlet and Ring camera with floodlights. The gentlemen arrived as scheduled and were very upfront regarding pricing and estimating the job prior to beginning the work for my approval. I was so grateful there were no surprises! I was kept informed throughout the job regarding the problem. The necessary repair work and WiFi connection were completed in a very timely manner. The two men worked so very efficiently as a team. I highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs.

    I can’t say enough wonderful things! They were very good at returning my phone calls, and very quick with the estimate and scheduling of an appointment. They were closed during two business days (Friday and Monday) for unknown reasons, and one additional day (Tuesday) due to snowstorm. However, their answering machine message was kept updated with the closure information, and this simple thing alone kept me from seeking another electrician. I had a new light/fan installed in both bathrooms, and a faulty bathroom outlet replaced. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and they even vacuumed the bathroom floors when done. The price quoted was the price charged. I will definitely be calling VLD Electric for any future work, and highly recommended their excellent service and team!!

    I was referred to VLD by a local contractor - I explained the electrical issues to the owner Vito. He sent a team within the hour. Bobby and Izzy, I showed them all the areas of concern. They were not just professional, they were also informative and kind. Neither of them made me feel foolish for asking too many questions. They fixed the issues timely working together well as a team.     Vito & his team @ VLD are the best electricians in the Mt. Pocono area. I had them install a baseboard heater in my bathroom and in wall fan heaters in my basement. The work was incredibly solid quality. The work in the basement completely solved the heating issue I had in my basement, and I no longer have to worry about the freezing pipes that were plaguing me during the extremely cold winter in the Poconos.     We had a weird problem with the lights today, they were flickering and popped the fusebox. We did not have lights in the bedrooms & basement ...When we We called VLD (first time using them) a technician came within a couple of hours. The gentleman found the problem within 15 minutes (the outlet in the basement was shorting out )...The problem was fixed and we did not pay a lot of money..He could of easily took us for ride...My wife and I were very pleased and will most definitely use them again..

    I arrived last night to a frigid home. Searching Yelp, Google and other sources for a local electrician, I decided to call VLD. I left a message at 3:50 AM. Vito called me at 7:15 and by 8:00 this morning his two technicians were here.The problem was likely due to a failed relay that controls much of my homes heating. The technicians, Bob and Brian, checked the line, etc. and found that a simple repair of a couple of poor connections was all that was needed rather than replacing the relay unit. This saved me about $200 vs. replacing the relay. They easily could have simply dropped in a new unit and charged more, but instead provided honest, professional service.I would not hesitate to recommend VLD Electric.

    Returned my call promptly. Scheduled a technician to come out and repair a burned out outlet. Bob arrived as scheduled. Replaced the faulty outlet and checked the other outlets and baseboard heater as well. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.     Perfect experience from beginning to end. When I called to inquire about work being done and to make an appointment. The woman on the phone was very polite, friendly and made my appointment efficiently. I promptly received an email that stated all the pertinent information regarding my appointment. I then received a follow up phone call a day later from a gentleman going over what work was to be done and asked several questions about the job and my service panel etc. so as to remove any unknown surprises and to insure that they would be prepared and the work could be done without any unknown complications. The day of my appointment the 2 gentleman arrived on time. They performed the work in a very professional, clean and efficient manner. There was a minor hiccup with one aspect, but they made sure they corrected it and everything was completed correctly and efficiently. I appreciate the extra effort to make sure everything was done properly. They worked very cleanly and cleaned up after themselves and the price was as what was quoted to me originally which was a very fair and reasonable price. I would have absolutely no problem recommending them to any one and I will certainly use them again should I need any electrical work done in the future.

    Outstanding company! I contacted Vito and his response time was unbelievable. The communication is constant and almost instant. I set up an appointment and Brian was right on time, which was important to me because I had to go to work and could not sit around the house all day waiting for someone. Brian was efficient and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and made sure that he completely understood the problems before he replaced a single part. He was also in constant contact with Vito to discuss what he found and the two men fixed all of my issues. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them and use them over and over. Completely happy which is not something I say often. The pricing was very reasonable and affordable. You will not regret calling them!

    Vito and the staff at VLD Electric have done electrical work at my place of business as well as my residence on several occasions. Laurellmarie and the office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. When it came to electrical repair and installation. The electrician who came to my home was very professional. He had to replace old electric wiring as well as a control panel repair. I was very pleased when he was finished because he cleaned up any mess that was left by him making the repairs.The electrician who worked at the business also handled himself professionally and made all repairs asked of him and cleaned up after he was done. VLD’s pricing was also very fair and comparable or less than other local electrical companies.I would and have recommended VLD Electric to anyone who need electrical work done residential or commercial.
