The subcontracted installers for my carpet are punctual, ready to work, getting the job done quickly and efficiently. They arrived at quarter to eight (8 was the start of my window appointment) and now at almost 9:30 theyre just about done- very professional.Wish Lowes showed the same work ethic.This carpet is being installed WEEKS after we paid (24-48hrs we were supposed to have scheduled this- nope Lowes dropped the ball) now today, less than 2 weeks to Christmas and on a day were to get over a foot of snow these guys are kicking it out! All because our carpet sat uncut for weeks at Lowes and they never sent the project to the installer -UNTIL the THIRD complaint and extensive bad review I wrote.Advice - dont listen to Lowes When they say 24/48 hours - dont use them if you need the project done by a certain date and definitely dont try to call them - I was hung up on and transferred into oblivion with ZERO ANSWERS for weeks- until I left a 4 paragraph bad review because seemingly you dropped $2k for an open-ended install. And my main living room was torn apart in anticipation for weeks with NO COMMUNICATION - you are bothering Lowes Mt Pocono PA when you ask for customer service and assistance - THAT is the impression you get with the huffing and puffing attitude.Loweβs Never again. This installation company thats only associated with them by contract - SPOT ON SERVICE AND INSTALL THANK YOU - I can finally put my living room back together and get a tree π
