CK construction did a very good job adding a bathroom under my raised home. This would have been 5 star but there was a bit of delay from the time we initially met and construction began. The initial estimate was incorrect and had to be adjusted up considerably but Chris worked with my budget and made adjustments to keep the cost down. I was very pleased with the final product and the attention to detail. Communication was very good.

My husband and I hired CK Contracting to renovate our 1950s home in The Groves in Mt Pleasant shortly after we purchased the property in 2020. While the home had been updated we wanted to expand our living room, knock out a wall, add a folding all glass porch door (designed to open up the room) and then add a 20 x 20 screened in porch. CK and team did an awesome job on the build and the quality was top notch. While of course you will always run into delays in building due to the supply chain issues, it was so refreshing how well the communication was from CK to us in regards to any delays. We would meet w/ CK at the house every week and walk the project, talk through next steps, scheduling, budgets etc. We never once had a bad surprise due to the responsiveness and the over communication style of this builder. We highly recommend CK and team for all your home building and remodeling needs.

Our experience with CK Contracting surpassed our expectations. We could not have asked for anything more. The CK Contracting team is proactive, highly communicative, well organized and wonderful to work with. And the project was completed to our complete satisfaction. We love our cabana, our daughters bedroom and bathroom, and the additional remodeling we did on the main house. They truly helped us turn this house into our home!

I have nothing but good things to say about Chris. Our kitchen addition was completed on time and there were no surprises. Even after the project was finished, he checked in with us to make sure everything was working out well. His subcontractors were all excellent and did such high-quality work that we rehired them for smaller projects on the house. I always recommend CK contracting to anyone I know who is thinking of doing work on their house!

CK Contracting finished our downtown home remodel in February 2019. We called and interviewed no less than 5 different companies. Chris had solutions that others did not. We knew CK Contracting was the right one for us after Chris asked, whats going to keep you up at night? With any renovation, the time line is usually the hardest to nail down, but I am pleased to say our 2-3 month timeline nearly hit the nail on the head (finished in 3 months 1 week). The quality of work is still shining through after living in the space for the past 6 months.
