    It was a pleasure meeting Jamie. He and his partner did an awesome job. I will always call C and M Plumbing for our plumbing needs. They were able to come out the next day. Jamie is very knowledgeable about his job and explained everything. He even took the time to show me what was causing the problem and offered solutions. I also appreciate that they didnt leave the yard a mess, considering all the rain lately. You could barely tell they were there. I received great customer service and that to me is priceless.     Richard and the others that helped were amazing, from first visit to replacing every line from my meter 4 days later! He provided consistent communication, did outstanding work some of which was above and beyond in my opinion - and worked in the dark to ensure it was completed in one day.     My mother needed a new septic system. C & M immediately came and gave an estimate which was half of another company’s. Their office workers were always pleasant and responsive, their installers were professional and knowledgeable, and the company management went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied.     C&M went above & beyond to fix my tub water fixture. I bought a fixture from Lowe’s & all the parts were not in the box. The guy from C&M went to their office & got me a fixture & then completed the job. He never complained that I put him behind in his schedule or anything. The ladies at the office were quick to get me on the schedule when I called. Paying for the job was easy—just a tap on the tablet & receipt was emailed quickly. I recommend C&M Plumbing for all you needs.

    I cannot say enough great things about these guys! We have an old house with additions which have presented several unique plumbing issues. They have gone above and beyond each time to figure out the best way to solve our problems in a very difficult situation with pipes that are almost impossible to access. They worked for 2 days trying to resolve this problem (not counting the previous times they came in November and December) in cold, windy and generally crappy conditions and never complained. Everyone at C and M plumbing has always been courteous, helpful and friendly from the office staff to the service guys coming out to our house.     The service that was provided was swift and topnotch! All staff were kind and respectful. The plumber, Mr. Richard Baxley was able to explain the repair. He was courteous and respectful of my home. There was another worker that used a machine to dig up my yard. He was also kind and respectful. Once the pipe was finished, he returned and covered up the area. It was free from all debris.Following the repair, Liz Tackett was kind enough to provide a letter to the water company sharing that the leak was repaired.I am a return customer. It was C & Ms professionalism that made me return. They have a customer for life. I am telling all of my friends and businesses I frequent to use C&M. All of the staff are amazing. I did tell them all to ask for the best plumber, Mr. Richard Baxley.

    Norman Adubato from C&M plumbing came to my rescue. I live in an older home on a concrete slab. Very scary to think about pluming/pipes going bad, but I found a leaking pipe while doing my kitchen reno. Norman was able to fix it in a little over an hour in an awkward tight space without busting up the floor. Woohoo! C&M has also done my septic in the back yard a few years ago.     We had a couple of “gurgling” toilets for a couple of days and then the bath tub and shower starting backing up. We blamed it on the excess rain and thought no more about it. Next day, same thing, water backing up in the bath tub. I gave a call to C&M in Mount Olive about 12:20pm and their men were here about 1:10pm. We had our tank pumped out about 8 yrs ago approximately, and yes it was full and not just with rain water. Jamie and Kevin were very informative and gave some good information on septic tank “health”. They suggest every 3-4 years tanks to be pumped.
