The plumber was top notch and knowledgeable in his repairs and in documenting all issues to forward to the insurance company.     The service tech AL Dennys 2450 who came to my home to clear the sewer line was very professional! He explained the terms of his service and answered any questions I had.     The Service Tech came out as scheduled. He let me know 30 minutes prior to arrival. I had a clogged bathroom sink. The Tech, AlDenny, told me my options and quoted me a price for the job. He got right to work. He resolved the sink issue which then turned into a bathtub issue which he stayed and fixed. Aldenny was polite and professional. I was pleased with Roto-Rooter.

    The guy was wonderful.I hired him to set my toilet in because every time I did it, it leaked.... Well, it turned out that my toilet was cracked.. He could have charged me much more, But he gave me a break which I really appreciated!! We will be calling again and would recommend to anybody!

    Service technician Joseph arrived on time and was very professional. After inspecting the problem area he was able to explain the issues in language I could easily understand. He was very knowledgeable and courteous the entire time in my home.If Joseph was in the carpentry trades instead of plumbing I would have offered him a position with my company on the spot.

    From start to finish this was a great experience. I called around 8:30 last night and they had someone scheduled to come out the next day. Ted was super easy to work with, informative and walked through the issue with us. Id say he was in and out in about an hour. For people searching, we had a main drain line in the crawl space that needed to be unclogged which was backing up our laundry and kitchen sink. Well work with roto rooter again because of this experience. Thanks again!

    Roto Rooter of Camden was able to clear a blockage after two other drains companies made several failed attempts. My house had a backup of sewer over a period of several weeks. Other companies tried to snake the sewer line with no success Roto Rooter cleared the line and everything is working

    This company is great! I called Roto-Rooter for a leakage in my basement, and within one hour I had two gentleman come and repair all the damages within two hours. The gentleman, Nick and Ken, were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. They were able to explain things to me in very simple terms so I could understand, and help me file a claim from start to finish. First time working with them, and will definitely recommend them to others.

    We had an old toilet which was leaking and needed it repaired or replaced. Our technician, Victor showed up and immediately got to work on our issue. He offered a few solutions and gave prices for each option. In the end we decided to replace the toilet.Victor was professional and friendly, he was thorough in his installation and explained what the issue with our precious toilet to both the store manager and area manager. Victor left a clean work area, and followed all covid procedures during his time in our store.I will definitely be giving Victor a call the next time we need any kind of plumbing work.     Victor was out service tech. He was extremely thorough ank knowledgeable. The repair took multiple hours to unclog the various areas. Not only did he take time to make sure he addressed all of the clogs but took the time to explain their cause. He also cleaned up everything when he was done. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter and consider yourself lucky if Victor is who comes out. I will definitely use them the next time the need arises

    Could not have asked for a better experience!Within 45 minutes of my first call a Roto-Rooter technician was on site assessing our situation and figured out the problem.     Andrew L. from Roto Rooter is the best!! I purchased my 1st home 2 weeks ago and within my 1st week of living here I had so many plumbing issues. I called roto rooter and they gave me a 2 hour window and Andrew the plumber showed up on time, was very friendly. Being a single mother and with newly being a homeowner I am on a tight budget and not only was he able to work within my budget but he genuinely cared.     Awesome service. I had a collapsed outdoor sewer line and thought I would be without plumbing for an extended time. Rota Rooter was able to get an excavation crew out to my house immediately. They obtained all the permits and had the line completely replaced within a few hours.

    Frank was great to work with. We had toilets and showers backing up. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a damaged pipe due to tree roots. He had a crew out within the hour and problem fixed before the end of the day including permits with the town! It was hot but the crew was still jovial while digging a trench in the yard, thanks Moe and Andy. They answered all my questions and left me feeling satisfied that a quality job was done.

He had me call the service to get an appointment but he stopped in to see if he could determine the problem. He suggested that I buy a new faucet and set an appointment to install. The only reason I dont give Roto Rooter five stars is that it was very expensive for the service that was rendered.

    Kyree Coleman came out on time! I was worried if we had a sewage clog and he talked to me politely along the way, explaining everything and calming me down.     I had a pool party day before. 20 kids under 10. Drain started moving slow, just thought so much water usage, so many dirty dishes from bbq. Anyway, knew I was in trouble Saturday night. Waited until Sunday, 6 am. Nothing moving. Called rotor rooter, the woman was so nice and actually seemed to care. Confirmed appointment. Got 2 calls guy was on his way. He got here, explained everything to me, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer tech. Very efficient and explanatory. His name is Leo. Anyway, would recommend rotor rooter to anyone, and especially Leo.     I was really impressed by the service we received from Roto Rooter. Within an hour of calling for service, a team was dispatched to our home, accompanied by the loss mitigation staff. They replaced our main water line in a day and a half, and cleaned and mitigated the water damage in the basement in one day. Everyone was so knowledgeable and professional, I would highly recommend them to everyone!

    Frank was amazing coming out on Christmas Morning when my sump pump went out and flooded my basement. The plumber that came out to change the pump and the guys who help clean the basement and air it out where amazing. Easy to work with and a blessing on this Christmas morning. I would recommend them to anyone with basement and plumbing issues.

    From start to finish, A+ on customer service. Making the appointment (at a time that was truly convenient for me) through the appointment itself was a great experience. The overall price for labor was a bit more than I thought it should be (but I didnt call around to confirm), so I guess its the price to pay for great customer service. Will definitely use Roto Rooter (and Luis) again!

    I am only giving this organization 4 stars because of the service technician, “Theodore”. He was a true professional and delivered excellent customer service. Roto-Rooter as an organization however, should be ashamed of their pricing. Luckily, I did not have a major issue; fingers crossed one is not awaiting us in the near future. Either way, I will not be a return customer.
