My experience with Raynor Services was pleasant and easy from beginning to end. Jodi who did the scheduling was very accommodating to my hectic schedule and kept me updated the day of the appointment of when my technician would arrive. Colin, the technician who did my electrical work was friendly and polite and very professional. He really knew his stuff! My house is 100 years old and therefore had its own funny issues. He did a complete inspection of my problems and found solutions even though it took digging around in my old attic to find the right wires! Im very pleased and everything turned out beautifully at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company!

Chris was very knowledgeable anf professional. Due to our ignorance on anything electrical it would have been easy for them to write up a novel worth of issues and make a profit. However, he patiently explained the minor issues we experienced and even provided advice on how to avoid them going forward. I genuinely felt, before their arrival, that we were going to see someone for 5 minutes that briefly glanced at the issue, have us pay a diagnostic fee and be handed a quote that could bankrupt us. We were estatic that it was the exact opposite. He checked multiple areas of our home and did everything in his power to diagnose the issue before providing us with multiple options from things we can do ourselves as well as services they could offer. We feel very confident and well educated on the next steps. Those steps that will 100% be completed by Raynor who have currently made us a customer going forward! I hope the company acknowledges that Chris is not only a quality electrician but also someone who will keep clients returning due to his personable yet professional demeanor.

Jody Steve and Scott were all very professional and the service was completed as expected! Both of the technicians were very nice to deal with and very knowledgeable. However, there was one minor issue a pet divider that we had at the bottom of the steps appeared to get broken that day and I don’t believe my wife or I did it, so I feel like it may have happened while the technicians were there, I cannot be sure and honestly it’s a minor thing but I just wish someone would have said something to us so we didn’t go down and find it that way after the technicians left.

We needed a new line run from our junction box to kitchen for a replacement cooktop that needed an 4 wire setup instead of the 3 wire the existing cooktop had and added to new outlets in the garage. The Raynor team of Chris and Matt came to the rescue. They were careful with their planning to minimize cutting through walls or ceilings to route the wires. They explored options as recommended the least invasive. They were efficient and courteous. When the work was complete, they walked us through what they did and showed how the wires were routed through the house. It was a great experience. Thank you Chris and Matt for doing an amazing job, the cooktop works amazing just in time for Thanksgiving!! Appreciate it!!

I was a little bit overwhelmed in trying to find an electrician in a short time for repair flagged by the electric company. Called for a few estimates and most of them wanted me to replace the panel in addition to whats needed to be fixed. Raynor was the only one which gave me two estimates with and without replacing the panel. That was the main reason I went with them. My only complaint is our first appointment got rescheduled last minute and the person who scheduled the appointment did not disclose about an extra fee for late appointments. I also had to call them to follow up for an inspection after the repair.

I have been a Raynor customer for many years. They’ve delivered consistent, high-quality service that always works with me to fit in my schedule and budget. There have been times where it would have been easy to simply suggest a full replacement of a system or upsell on some other service but each technician in every part of the business from Electrical to HVAC has been upfront, honest, detailed, and most importantly fixed the issues the right way each and every time.Tim for example was an HVAC tech that recently came out to do a tune-up, identified a failed component in my heating, walked me through exactly how he found it, why it was that component specifically, and what my realistic options were. A normally really tough decision was made super easy and we got it fixed on budget and in time because of his professionalism and expertise.This is what Raynor offers and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

This review is way overdue but I wanted to leave some feedback nonetheless. We discovered that we had rainwater coming in to our main breaker box via the service line. This resulted in corroded breakers and other evil issues. So we essentially had to replace the complete service from the street in. Matt and Mike did a tremendous job. We had the new service and breaker box installed in one day. They wore booties when moving in and out. They explained everything they were doing along the way. The new breaker box includes a whole house surge protector and the new exterior weather-facing lines are sealed as tight as a drum. Not an expense we wanted to have, but it had to be done and were really glad we picked the Raynor team to do it.

We were doing a kitchen remodel in an 80-year old house that had a lot of previously owner done work and non-code work or electrical that was grandfathered in. We called other electricians who literally ran out of the house when they saw the kitchen. When Luis from Raynor came in and we showed him the plan we had worked on with the designer and started telling him which outlets we needed moved or added, and the janky electrical work the previous owners had done, he just stopped us and said he was going to fix it, bring everything up to code, and give us a solution for lighting. They also upgraded our electric panel during the job. 3+ days of work in all but at the end we got everything we wanted without having to micromanage them. Plenty of outlets where we needed. They completely rewired the kitchen. Everything brought up to code. Everything was just done right without us having to worry about it. I would absolutely recommend them.

I called another service last night - my AC stopped blowing cold. I was told a mechanic would call. He did about 45 minutes later. He said his boss told him to stay home as he has been working to hard - NO JOKE. He said someone would call in the AM. Shockingly no one called in the AM - so I called them and as of now Im still waiting for them to call.Nothing I cant stand more when I need service. So I called Raynor at 9:AM the young lady was very nice and helpful said they would call me as soon as a mechanic became available. About 2 hours later I received a call and text - Matt came to my house - he was very nice and respectful. He did his thing - told me my issue gave me options and completely went over everything so that I could understand the issue and the fix. He was very clean and professional and I HIGHLY recommend Raynor. I am the president of my HOA and I am sending out a letter to all the home owners to give Raynor the 1st call. Hopefully I wont have the need, but if I do I know who Im calling and requesting.

Aaron, our salesperson was knowledgeable and professional and kept us updated on the order process and pricing. We are repeat Raynor customers (they previously installed a generator disconnect breaker and external receptacle) and Raynor was the only one I called this morning for an estimate on a whole house surge protector.I called around 930a and one of their electricians, Brian, stopped by about 12p. He was professional and friendly and brought 2 examples of the surge protectors he would quote us. He was upfront and clear about the difference in materials and the corresponding prices. The pricing was as expected based on my research (appreciate not being gouged!) so we pulled the trigger right there. 30 minute install time based on our panel setup, which was very efficient.Brian was also very flexible and courteous and gave my son the time he needed to save his video game progress before he shut the power down for the install.Just a great experience all around this morning. 2 for 2 with Raynor!

Louis Z arrived and he was an absolute treasure. He explained everything he was going to do and also took the time to explain to me what the issue was (in a way I could actually understand), why it happens and how we could rectify it. That Electrician, Colin, did a thoroughly professional job in quickly diagnosing a somewhat tricky electrical problem in our main service panel and effecting a temporary, but safe and secure, repair that restored power to our entire home that morning! (And all of this on a Saturday!).In addition, he patiently and competently explained all of details and procedures he was using to restore power, and then fully explained the permanent repairs (panel replacement and main service feeder) that would be needed in the long run to fully rectify the situation.Again, to get that kind of professional emergency electrical repair service, that quickly...and on a weekend...was truly a lifesaver for this Cherry Hill home owner! Instead, I got A. down to earth well-trained tech that knew exactly what to do. This doesn’t solve my whole problem . I know it’s a fix and things can happen maybe a week, or a year down the road just like anything else. I’ll be using them for my electrical box and water heater in the spring as I realized quickly that this is the company to go with for my other old things . I was lucky to get Matthew Raynor as he is part of the family. obviously he has a high knowledge of the business & Technology . He probably heard all the tech talk at an early age. Thank you, Mathew Raynor & The Raynor family. I requested Matt to come over for my air conditioner. Well he didn’t arrive another crew. Did they check my levels everything was good. They gave me the mumbo-jumbo story about needs a cleaning service coil cleaning. The unit is crystal. Clean like brand new 11 years old. he told me it was a pound and a half low on refrigerant I also need a thermostat and a leak detector which you would come back in two weeks to find the leak. I didn’t let him do it. It was over 800+ dollars just for a check up well that was two months ago the air blows ice cold. I have to turn the thermostat up because it’s too cold in my home. I spray my coils from the inside out and then the outside every year with the lights spray and keep them clean. Take all the debris out of the drain holes on the bottom.. My house is so cold. I’m wearing a jacket in August.. Bing, my system is Lennox high efficiency. It’s very expensive to repair.. It makes my energy bills super low literally under 300. My July bill was $148 living comfortably. Why would they want to charge me almost $1000 to do nothing but check it out. Matthew is more honest, his families business.. the other guys are out to make themselves look good that they had $1000 sale to the owners. I refused everything and my air conditioner is running in perfect condition.. I will let Matthew come to my house or air.

Being pressed for time by my siding contractor I was just looking for what needed to be done and in a hurry. Matt, an excellent representative of your company, with a friendly, positive, and very confident attitude listened to what I wanted. He then had me consider his suggested improvements and said, “I can get this done today!”His suggestions, which because of time I hadn’t even considered, has seriously improved the long term outcome of this project. I can’t heap enough praise on this man!!!!When I was a project manager I had a number of good contractors. I could have used more like Matt.

John Villa our technician was amazing!!The first cone he came out he nailed the problem , explained what he felt was the problem and the solution!! He trouble shouted a temp fix till he could come back a few days later to replace out competent pump on our heater.He was here yesterday and did a great job, and rechecked out humidifier on our 2 nd heater and made a suggestion as to how to clean the hose, which he did. He is a total professional. Quality of his work and his explanation of what he did was excellent. We have had great service from Traynor for our heating, plumbing and electrical needs of which all the work was completed to our satisfaction. Their monthly service plan is a great comfort to us with its many benefits!! Given them as a referral to a few friends!!

He made a few small adjustments and all of the heating units now work.As a precaution he measured each unit and is giving me a price to switch out each one should the need arise.Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I had contacted Raynor services to fix a damaged meter socket. Chelsea and Amanda were able to answer any questions and schedule the appointment quickly. Colin was the electrician who assessed the damage and was able to provide a walkthrough of the entire process. He was a thorough professional. Matt was the electrician who actually replaced the socket. He did a great job and was very professional and courteous. I would definitely work with them in the future. Highly recommend.

Our salesman was perfect -- serious about his job without a bunch of chit chat & joking around. I hate it when sales people try so hard to be your buddy, just get to the point already. When he presented us with 3 options to replace our broken a/c -- a low, mid, high priced -- he was very knowledgeable about all & didnt try to sway us one way or the other. Because of the time of year -- a/c install in winter -- we were able to get a better deal. The work was done the following business day, also in a very professional manor. I was also impressed to hear, when we asked, that the owner of the company is a woman with great interest & knowledge in mechanics. I highly recommend Raynor Services.

I had a wonderful experience with the tech from Raynor today. He listened to my concerns about wiring in the attic. He could have told me anything about the problem and charged a lot of money. Instead he was honest, checked all the wiring left by the previous owner, and made sure it was safe without running up the cost. He was neat, professional and honest! As a widow, that means a lot. I will definitely use Raynor for all my future needs!

I had another electric company lined up to do some work and they cancelled on me and I was frantic to find another electrician to come out and do some work the next day because I was having a carpenter coming out to install a huge home project. Other companies I called were booked up, to include Raynor, but the customer service reps, Amanda and Nikki did some magic and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I didn’t have an original time for an appointment since this was such last minute but that didn’t matter to me, I just needed someone that day. An emergency came up with another customer and they asked if we could reschedule and I was stressed again and she knew it. She said she would do some checking and within 20 minutes she responded back and the emergency call took less time than expected. We were back in business and my stress subsided! Within 90 minutes, Brian, the electrician arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I have some more work to do in a month and they are now my “go to” for any of their services. They were top notch and actually had the lowest service call prices of other companies. Great job Raynor and thanks for coming through on such short notice!

Very happy with Raynor Services. We were fortunate enough to have Steven respond for our issue, an intermittent power failure in one room that was not the result of a tripped breaker, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. He was the most professional person I’ve met in a long time. Very polite, very forthcoming about the cost, what he thought the problem was, etc. He ultimately diagnosed the problem correctly, fixed it and cleaned up after himself. The next time we need an electrician we will definitely call Raynor Services and request Steven.

When they come out for their yearly inspection of the furnace and of the air conditioner, they spend quite some time cleaning everything out and inspecting everything. Bottom line up front: Ownership, friendly and responsive service with exceptional results!The Story: The new code has the townships checking into Electric Vehicle chargers. I had mines inspected and passed with the township in 2017, however, my town hit me with a notice that it was ‘un permitted’. With the prior contractor that installed it years ago no longer in business. I was left to find a capable contractor willing and able to ensure it passed. I contacted a few others before Raynor with some saying they couldn’t do it.Upon calling Christina at Raynor, I knew I was in great hands. She knew her stuff and explained the process. She sent an electrician by the name of Will to my house to do a full load calculation and total inspection of the breakers and run. He spent a good deal of time pouring over everything with the utmost of detail and pride in his work. From there he gave me some potential scenarios as well as ballparks for each.Christina and Will ran everything past their manager and then sent in the necessary documents to the inspector. When questions arose, they called the inspector directly to see what he needed and work on providing it. It was more involvement than I expected.When it came time for inspection- it passed! Christina shared in the excitement and relief as if it was her own home.Between Christina and Will I had a dream team that made Raynor the very best electrician contractor I’ve ever dealt with! Thank you both for your friendliness and professionalism!

I had what I considered an emergency and I contacted several electrical services and only Raynor was able to accommodate me. They were courteous, professional, and prompt. They advised me when the technician was enroute to my home, he arrived, he can in and cleared the matter very quickly. He was very professional, polite, and explained what most likely happened. While he was there, I asked about other services they provided and discussed other services I’m interested in pursuing. He was able to provide specific details about what they offered that I could consider. I asked for his card so when I’m ready for additional services, I would contact their office. From the beginning of my quest for services, the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and I called back to thank him. So going forward, I will be a customer for life.

I was looking for an electrician to install a hardwired EV charger in my garage for a newly purchased PHEV. Between Raynor and another local electrician who came out to give me a quote, Raynor was hands down the more professional, more thorough, and overall best option for me. They provided details about recent code changes that required a hardwired smoke detector which the other company probably didn’t even know about. They also wrote up a detailed quote at a fair price. The team who came out to do the installation were friendly and professional and did an excellent and clean installation of the charger. I couldn’t be happier!

After waiting on another company for 3 days to actually dispatch someone I called Raynor. They had someone out that day for my moms house, and gave me text updates every so often to let me know timing. My mom is older and can get confused by some things involving house repairs, and the technician they sent, Matt, was very kind and easy going, putting her at ease. He was also straightforward with what he was doing when talking to both of us. Pricing was upfront, lower than what I was quoted from the other company, and Matt worked hard to get it all done. Asked him for a few more quotes to help continue to fix up my moms house (tackling one thing at a time) and he kindly obliged, taking the extra time to explain the work the new quotes would include. Great experience.Edit - Deducting a star because is now texting me to do a home furnace tune up. I told them no thank you. Continued to text me asking about it. Very sad because I wanted to continue to use this company, but am now having second thoughts. No means no.
