    Fantastic experience! From Matt comingout to do the estimate.to Dylan and Chris doing the work everything was great:). There was an initial delay that was out of their control but they kept me updated. They covered all the carpet to protect it and cleaned up when finished. Dylan kept me updated on the progress throughout the day and made sure I was satisfied at the end. We plan to have another shower completed by then in the future!

    They did a great job refinishing my doors and trim/replacing hardware throughout my home as well as painting the ceilings and installing a full home water filter. Im very happy with the results.We had one communication issue over paint that they handled with the utmost professionalism and, frankly, went above and beyond to resolve. After a mix up with the paint color used, they came out months later to match the paint. They were even prepared to repaint the entire ceiling had they been unable to match it.I still rate them highly because they stand by their work and make sure youre happy with the end product. Theyre also just generally nice and pleasant to work with.

    I just had the pleasure of having awesome crew from Bella Concepts due work on my home. I had an addition put on 20 years ago. It was sinking due to rotten wood in the craw space which is only 10 inches. The spent 4 days in that damp dirty space replacing wood and leveling floor. Did same from attic. They answered my many questions on friendly and respectful manner. I they also replaced my concrete porch with a beautiful deck . Never any shouting or bad language. They clean up every day before the before they left. They did great work. I could not be any more pleased. Great job, great crew.Bea Pearce

    I had Bella Concepts remodel my mud room which was an add-on to my home. It was meant to cover the exterior access to the basement and it was in a pretty terrible state.I had several contractors out to look at it and provide quotes. Jeremy was the only one that seemed actually interested in providing feedback. He came back to me pretty quickly with a fair quote and actually had drawings of what the mudroom would look like when completed, which was excellent.My original start date was for the end of September, and due to material shortages, it got pushed into mid-November. That was a bit disappointing. However, they were able to move me up to the end of October which was a nice surprise. They arrived on the start date and got immediately to work. The crew was excellent to deal with. Dylan was the main person working the job and he was a treat. He was very personable, very professional, and extremely detail oriented. He was very apt to answer questions and took the time to explain all the steps as he was doing them. He had various other folks out to the site, and all of them were very friendly and helpful. I needed to have basement access throughout the entire job since I work from home. My wife also needed to have access to do laundry and they insured that the work area was cleaned and I had access to both when necessary.The job took roughly 3 weeks to complete, and I didn’t mind it at all. I was pleasantly surprised by how detail oriented Dylan was, and how much he was trying to ensure that the job was done right no matter what. No corners were cut here. Give that man a raise!I cannot recommend these folks enough. They are an excellent company, and I will absolutely be using them on my next remodel job in the near future.

    I just had my bathroom and floors redone. One of the best experiences Ive had with communication, detail and precision. Chris and Shawn were a blast to be around and made sure every detail that I wanted was obtained. The quality and service is the best Ive encountered and for anything I need done in the future this is the only company Id go through.

    Matt, Dillon and Jeramy did a wonderful job at our home. After we purchased our home we discovered the sunroom was lower in one corner. We called Bella Concepts and scheduled a repair. It only took these three great and talented contractors only a day and a half to raise the corner 2.5 inches! They corrected the problem all while the temperatures were 99!!! We WILL hire them again!!!

    We contacted Bella Concepts to add a bedroom in our home. From start to finish, it was a very positive experience. I was incredibly impressed with the integrity of the company and workmanship. It’s hard to come by these days. The two guys working on the project were committed to making everything right. They were both personable and respectful, overall a great representation of the company. I would 100% contact Bella Concepts again for our future needs.

    We had two projects, a conversion of our laundry room to a kitchenette with a coffee bar, oven and new cabinets, and complete gut job of our master bathroom, addition of walk-in closet and relocation of the laundry room off our master bedroom. I left messages for three contractors, including Bella via their website. Within two days we received a call back from Matt and set up an appointment to discuss our project. Matt arrived promptly and was well prepared to discuss in detail our plans. We never heard back from one contractor and the other called several week later. It was an easy decision as we were very impressed by Matt, we had already received positive feedback from acquaintances who used their services and we liked the fact all work was completed in house, no sub-contractors. Within two weeks, we had a layout, scope of work and estimates and after a few minor changes, we moved forward with signing contracts and were provided with start dates.Work was done in two stages with the laundry room conversion taking place first. I can’t say enough about the Bella Crew. They were prompt, respectful, tireless, very skilled, trustworthy (had no concerns about leaving them in our home to run errands) communicated very clearly along the way and treated our puppy dog as their own. They were an absolute delight to have in our home. The work moved forward as scheduled and was completed within the time frame. During the course of the work, the Project Manager, Barry visited the job site to check their progress.Second phase, started several weeks later was the complete gut of our 1980 master bathroom, which entailed major demolition which also equates to lots of dust. The crew did an outstanding job of securing the area to minimize the dust, covered all our flooring to protect from damage, and again at the end of each day cleaned their work area. At times we had as many as four or five workers in the home each working in their area of expertise over a five-week period. Again, kudos to all of the crew as they worked tirelessly to meet their timeline. Three crew members were with us almost exclusively and while I don’t want to slight anyone, a big thank you to Elias, Nathan and Dillon. They truly went above and beyond to make it a very positive experience. What also impressed us was their attention to detail. During construction it was necessary to temporarily move the washer and dryer to the garage. It was impossible to keep them neat and clean and I assumed once they were moved to the new laundry area, I would need to clean them. Much to my surprise they were cleaned from top to bottom by the Bella crew, our bedroom which was really a staging area for much of their equipment was quite dusty in spite of the barrier’s erected. Again, before they left the room was wiped down and floors cleaned.In summary, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the end results were just as we envisioned. Even though I’m sure they ran into challenges along the way, the entire project seemed entirely seamless to us. We would highly recommend them for any project large or small.

The project began when it was supposed to and his staff was friendly, detail-oriented, professional, trustworthy and excellent in their craft.     Bella Concepts did a custom deck with blueprints for us this Spring. They had a great team of workers who did an excellent job down to the last detail and modification to make it a great result. The foreman and the others were very professional, polite and they worked very efficiently. The owner was superb, making sure that all was done well and in good time. It was, and we highly recommend Bella Concepts for custom work and remodeling.

    We contracted with Bella Concepts to remove our existing deck, and replace it with a larger one. Their production manager, Jeremy, was awesome. I was able to get an appointment for an estimate in short order. I had a vague idea of what I wanted done, but after talking with Jeremy--who listened to my ideas and concerns and how we intended to use the deck, and then provided a ton of very helpful and insightful suggestions of his own--I ended-up actually going in a completely different direction re: size and materials, and am thrilled with the end product.Our house sits in a township with strict building codes, and removing the existing (raised) deck required us to re-build to existing codes, which Jeremy was completely familiar with. His knowledge of construction (processes and, especially, materials) and codes, as well as his incredibly friendly demeanor, made the initial contracting process an easy decision.I applied for the building permit, but Bella Concepts took care of follow-up questions the township personnel had, and they were present and handled the township inspections.As far as the workmanship and builders Bella Concepts employs, they were great, too. Very skilled and just genuinely pleasant people to have on-site. I had several mature bushes and shrubs that surrounded the existing deck, and they were able to remove the existing deck and construct the new deck without damaging any of the landscaping.The work was completed on-time, and just a smidge over the written estimate. I was not happy with the pre-fab railings available on the market, so Bella Concepts actually hand-built the privacy panels I wanted as well as the railings, steps, and step banisters, which I expected would significantly increase the final cost. It did not.Everything looks great; they left the project area clean; the entire process was as stress-free as possible; communication before, during, and after the project was above and beyond what I even hoped for; and I would not hesitate to recommend Bella Concepts, at all.I had met with two other contractors prior to meeting with Bella Concepts, and there was simply no comparison in personnel. Because I waited until mid-summer to contract for the outdoor project, I had to wait until the following spring for the work to be done, so close to eight months. The wait was worth it. If I moved and needed another contracting job done, I would contract with Bella Concepts--I wouldnt even waste my time interviewing other contractors.

    We had Bella extend a patio roof; it turned out better than we expected. The construction was solid, and it seamlessly blends with the existing roof. The workers were what I would describe as family-friendly regarding the demeanor. Also, it was great that their supplies/materials were organized and out of our way. There wasnt trash laying around at the end of the day and they seemed to clean as they worked.

    I contacted over 4 contractors, 2 showed up for estimates, 1 provided. And that seems to be a trend, no one wanting the work. But Matt answered me promptly, provided a detailed estimate with options, was transparent with the costs, and sent me a great crew that worked extremely hard and friendly every day until completion. Most home builders/remodelers wont touch wood siding, especially cedar, but these guys did and provided excellent workmanship. I just contacted them for more work and so should you!

    We had Bella Concepts complete a very large full-kitchen renovation this past August, and we could not have been happier with the whole process! We had a very small kitchen adjacent to a dining room with a wall separating, and since we did not use the dining room hardly at all, Bella helped us come up with a design whereby the wall would be brought down and we would have one massive kitchen! Through the planning and execution of the project they were extremely helpful and responsive. During the actual construction they were not only very courteous and professional with my family (who came in and out all the time) but also their workmanship and attention to detail was top notch. Any little things that we say they were already either planning on completing or were very happy to take care of for us. Whenever issues came up, they always worked to come up with innovative solutions to keep the project on track and also to keep the budget where they had estimated. We have heard that major renovations like this can be a nightmare, but we had quite the opposite experience. We would highly recommend Bella Concepts and will absolutely be using them for more work in the future!

    Bella Concepts Remodeling came to my aide when a leaking hot water heater in my basement caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. I didnt know where to begin since mold had already started growing on the adjoining finished room, but I did know for safety precautions, I needed to contact a professional with knowledge on mold removal. Bella Concepts Remodeling contacted my home owners insurance company for me to explain what had transpired, the extent of the damage and even met with the insurance adjuster in my absence. I am grateful for the assistance provided, professionalism, dedication and sincerity provided by Bella Concepts Remodeling and would recommend them for all your remodeling needs.

    They remodeled my bathroom and put in a shower and a tankless water heater, as well as a new toilet. They also moved a wall and put in a new floor. This was in a remote room with only cold water pipes. There were some initial problems, but they fixed them right away, no questions asked. Now the shower and sink work with hot and cold water. I recommend Bella Concepts because of their customer service.

    Had a deck rebuild in the spring, followed by a partial kitchen renovation. The projects began on time, as set up a few months prior. The deck rebuild was better than I expected. The team, led on-site by Dylan was always responsive, innovative when some slight modifications evolved, and very accomodating when working around my dogs (and birds). The kitchen renovation began after the deck was finished and Im very pleased with that result as well.

    Bella Concepts Remodeling took our dated 70s master bath and made it into a wonderful modern ensuite. From obtaining the quote from the owner, Matt Jones, to the completion of the project, communication was exemplary. The staff working on the project, Nate & Randy, were organized, very professional and talented. They were polite, on time and very aware they were in our home taking care not to be invasive. Their high work ethic was very apparent throughout the complete project. We are extremely happy with the quality of work Bella Concepts performed and would not hesitate to recommend them most highly.

    I’m the guy with tools that family and neighbors ask for help. I needed patio door replaced but wasn’t comfortable tackling that myself. Matt Boswell and Matt Jones came out to measure the door and discuss options with me, and we agreed on a price and timeline. When the day came, their workers Dylan and Mason, were genial and friendly. They took extra care with removing and then reinstalling the vinyl siding to keep it from cracking in the cold weather. Their quality and workmanship is top notch. There’s always a little bit of anxiety when someone else works on your home; I’d have no problem with Dylan or Mason working on any part of my house in the future. The job they performed is seamless and I could not be happier. I’ll be keeping Bella in mind if I need home repair services again.

    Bella Concepts just recently did a rather large kitchen remodel in my home and the results turned out fantastic! I couldnt of asked for a more professional and friendly experience with the company. All the work was done in the exact time frame I was given and in a very costly manner. I compared their price quote to three other of their competitors and was by far the best option for my budget. We have already set plans in motion for an addition on our home they will also be handling this summer.
