Last month Pride Plumbing was GREAT. They came out and done a complete repipe of the entire house. It only took a day to complete and the pipes look amazing. No more leaks for us.     We have used Pride Plumbing for the second time today. Exactly like two months ago when one of the Plumber Techs came to our home, these two technicians were as exceptional in every way as the previous one. These two techs were very curtious and informative. They checked out our problem, made phone calls to see if the proper equipment was in stock, came back inside to give us a price and explained every little detail before anything was done. This company along with their employees are hands down the very best at whatever your need would be. My husband and myself feel very fortunate to have them in our area to get our problems repaired/replaced with top notch work procedures. Thank you to the receptionist that returned my call promptly this morning and a huge thanks to Davis Truman and Johnathan Welch for your expertise work today.     Steve and his right hand man are AWESOME! They are professional, personable, and so knowledgeable and helpful! They installed a pump and spigot at our dock and repaired loose shower faucets. I’d highly recommend using Pride Plumbing!

The first visit they brought a camera out and found exactly what the problem was. Scheduled the appointment to repair it quickly.     Long story short I called Pride Plumbing to connect a 4” PVC sewer pipe coming out of the house to the septic system. I had a separate company to do the rough in plumbing job before hand & it was rough. A total mess. I called Pride Plumbing on a Tuesday & they came out the very next day to solve all of my issues. Whereas all the other companies I called was weeks out or wouldn’t even return my call.Bobby Smith was the technician I dealt with. Very professional & you could tell he’s the type of guy that takes “Pride” in his work. I don’t trust just anybody to do a good job but I can trust Bobby. So do yourself a favor when you need plumbing work call Pride and request Bobby.. you’ll be glad that you did.

    Very pleased with Pride Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I called to get some work done at my fathers house. They were very prompt. The man who came out (Dad couldnt remember his name,sorry) he did a great job. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient.     Great company with fast service. Got an appointment for someone to come out the day after I called. Davis arrived on time and got the job done quickly and explained what was wrong and how he was fixing it. He also caught an extensive issue we were unaware of and gave us a quote right away and is good for 30 days so we could decide if we wanted to move forward with the repair. Strongly recommend using this company!

    Very happy with the service. When the technician arrived he quoted me $678 and gave me the run down if what he thought needed to be done. After inspecting the issue he realized it wasn’t that big of a job and was honest about that. He was quick and thorough as well.

    After using two other plumbers I found Pride. Nick was amazing & professional & tenacious. He asked about my problem & what had already been tried to fix my kitchen sink. Then he explained what he was going to do & gave me choices & told me exactly what it would cost. Finding the draining problem wasn’t easy that’s why the other companies gave up. Nick stayed with it for over 4 hours until he resolved the problem. The cost was exactly what he quoted me even though he had to climb & crawl in places he wasn’t expecting to have to go. Through it all he was polite & professional as he persevered & got quite dirty. I would highly recommend Nick at Pride Plumbing. I will use them for my plumbing needs.

    As far as what Cory did, I was satisfied. Ive lived in this house for 24 years. I had to put in a pump because my waste lines were lower than the sewer lines. The pump I had in there lasted over 22 years. You replaced it when it died 2 years ago. Then you had to replace it again in December 2023 and I had to pay for it again because the warranty period was over. At that time you cleaned out my pipes and charged me for that. Now 2 months later you came back for the same problem and I was told warranties do not apply on weekend problems. That was another almost $900. So if it happens again, first of all I have to make sure its not on a weekend or else youll charge me again. FOR THOSE REASONS i AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR WORK

    I didn’t select good quality or Value because I haven’t actually hired them to do the work yet. But…Scott came in and reviewed our situation and was able to come up with a solution that should resolve our problem. The price seems reasonable, given the scope of work, and I fully expect that the job will be done in a neat, professional manner. I’m very pleased with Scott and Pride Plumbing so far!

    I contacted Pride Plumbing on 12/14/2022 due to us not having hot water. The representative was great she was prepared to send someone the same day. Due to my work schedule, the appointment was set for the following morning.Cory arrived promptly and corrected the issue right away and we had hot water in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and professional.     They was very professional. The guy told me that I would have to have my jet pack replaced. But its ok. Thats a part of home owning.     We had an unexpected serious issue with our water heater that needed to be replaced immediately. We called Pride Plumbing late on Wednesday evening and Davis Truman showed up early Thursday morning to completely replace and install a new water heater in our home. He was so kind and friendly and did an amazing job! As a woman, men technicians can be intimidating to work with. Davis was the complete opposite. He explained everything that needed to be done before he got started. He even swept up the area he was working in before he left. I can’t recommend Davis or Pride Plumbing enough! I’m a very satisfied customer and will definitely be using this company for our future needs.

    This business has the most friendly people. And super quick to come and they work with ur schedule. Their install fee was way better then I was expecting too. The lady that returned my initial call was very professional and courteous, as well! She called to let me know that Zach was on his way to my house.     Both of my the service guys I had were excellent. Courteous, friendly and professional. They analyzed my problems, gave me options for repairs and told me the pros and cons of each. Once I decided what I wanted to do they proceeded efficiently to get work completed. In addition, the reception, Becky, that answered the phone when I called was very nice and helpful. It was so nice to be able to get someone to come and do my repairs the next day. I had made numerous calls to other vendors that were never returned or could not be scheduled until weeks out.     Great experience from placing the call to the team showing up and doing the job.The team has great professionalism and knowledge. They were upfront with the prices and were fair. I will admit that I was expecting a typical pickup truck side job plumbers to roll out and that 2 or 3 days to solve my issues, and that was not the case. The trucks were fully stocked, they asked the right questions to get to the root of the problem and solved all of them, including finding and repairing a major leak in my front yard. I hope I dont need them again, but will not hesitate to call Pride Plumbing if I have any other plumbing needs.

    Bought a house about 4 years ago and all the pipes under the house needed to be replaced. paid a unlicensed plumber to do the job and he made things worst. and, so we contacted pride plumbing. that was the best choice I ever made! Cory McCormick was professional and polite came to my house explained everything he was gonna do and was finished in less than 30 mins he found the issue and it was fixed. no more stress on my end. pricing was reasonable unlike the competitors. 100% recommend this company all staff has been great to deal with. everyone that works for the company has made my experience the most pleasant, couldnt ask for anymore.

    After calling and waiting on numerous plumbers to check this issue, I did a Google search of plumbers in my area and I decided to called Pride Plumbing and I have to say I was skeptical at first when the lady said someone will be out between 8-9am Monday (this was on Friday) but I was going to be optimistic. Becky called me at 7:49am this morning to confirm the appt time and I said yes maam! Bobby called me later and was very polite and told me what the issue was and he had it fixed and also gave me a little advice on something to install later that would benefit the water issue. This morning our technician, Reggie, arrived promptly, and did an outstanding job resolving our sewer drain issue - quickly getting us back up and running. He was very professional throughout the visit, and thoroughly explained everything he did in an easy to understand manner. He explained the pricing up front (which I found to be very reasonable and competitive with other companies) and he cleaned up the job site when the work was complete. It was obvious from my interaction with Reggie that he enjoys his job and working for this company. To me that says a lot. Having worked in customer service for many years, including hiring, and managing numerous customer service employees of my own, I can truly say that Reggie is the type of employee that every company would like to have working for them. Im very happy with my experience with Pride Plumbing and strongly recommend them.

    Pride Plumbing came out to fix a sewer line that was clogged at my business. Cory, the young man that initially came out tried very hard to fix my issue, but could not.     Very happy with the job installing my new kitchen faucet and drain strainers. Prompt and professional. I did feel like the cost was on the high side and that is why I did not leave 5 stars. However, I did not get any other quotes for this job so I cant really compare labor costs against other companies. I do now know I could have bought the same faucet at Home Depot for about a third of the cost as buying off the truck from Pride. Thats kinda on me, but it still seems like the markup has to be what I would consider extremely high.

Wasnt too happy with the cost, but never having called a plumber before I dont have anything to compare it to ($222).     Jason looked everything over and told me he had to get septic tank pumped so he could work on problem. The pumpers came today and pumped the tank. I called the main officeAnd told them the tank was pumped and Jason could come back and try to correct the problem. Was told they would put me back on the schedule.
