    After the company that Loweā€™s contracts with to install water heaters backed out of a commitment to install the same day, I contacted Blue Sky.It was a little after 1:00 pm and the young lady I spoke with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and said she could have someone there shorty.Blue Sky did exactly what they said they would do. They gave us a window of 2-4 and they were there before 4:00 pm. The installers did a great job. We discussed the process when they got there and then they went right to work and were very helpful. They stayed within the quoted price with no surprises which was nice.Unit works great and we had hot water within a few hours of them getting there. After two long days of clean up work, a hot shower was priceless.Overall, outstanding service from start to finish, great experience and we highly recommend Blue Sky Plumbing!

    Not just on time but offered to come a little early. Dalton was very knowledgeable, proficient, and clear with what he thought was going on and gave a differential to it. At the end he did a recap of everything, make sure I understood what needed to be done and what I needed to do in the interim. What a great experience!     Dalton did an excellent job with a couple of plumbing repairs we needed. He explained what repairs were needed in detail, provided an estimate, and completed the work quickly, leaving the area he worked on cleaner than it was when he started.     I called Monday, had someone out by Tuesday, and then my plumbing issue was fixed by Friday! They were all extremely nice and professional, explained all of my options and kept me updated the whole way. Iā€™d happily use them again. Dalton was able to get the materials needed, instal everything, and wrap up sooner than anticipated. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and efficient .

    Called on Monday, they were here next day and gave a very reasonable window of time, and even showed up early after confirming with a phone call. They were done in under 2 hours and got all my leaks fixed. Excellent service and very friendly. Will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to friends! Very reasonable prices as well!

    Had a main line sewer clog. Elijah was the technician. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Problem taken care of in a matter of a half hour.     I called their company and they sent Cody out the very next day between 10:00 and 12:00. He started and was finished within an hours time. He even had it all cleaned up and the wall cemented . He had to chip into the block wall and to reach the bent copper pipe. He knew what he was doing and did a great job. I thought $307 was a good price for a great job

    Very nice service individual. Once the issue was resolved, upon doing some research, wish they would have rechecked prior to leaving. The problem rearose. After a couple of text messagesback and forth with service tech, I believe the homeowner can fix. Homeowner has googled the problem and should be a simple fix. Only wish for the fee paid it would have been done by a more qualified technician.

    We had to replace one, and repair a second hose spigot, due to water leaking in the stucco-block wall. Scheduling with Tanya and Angela, who are as genuine as they are professional, was a breeze (and a pleasure). Daltonā€™s workmanship (opening up the stucco / re-piping / and re-pairing the opening) was stellar. Also appreciated his setting my expectations and clearly communicating necessary steps involved with why these new pipes were being used, and how long to wait for the stucco repair to cure, before using the new spigot lever. Tyler came back out to finish setting the spigot with Tapcon screws, as Dalton had advised.Between scheduling, repairs, workmanship and follow-up, I think Blue Skyā€™s rates are a good value, given the exceptional quality of everything I experienced. I also have the sense that had there been any issues, this family-owed company puts integrity over reputation and money. While plumbing repairs are not on my bucket list of ideal home improvements, at least I feel assured calling on Blue Sky.     Needed an emergency appointment for a clogged pipe that was causing back flow into our laundry room & kitchen. Frank Gay came out and gave us some rip off quote of 2-3k and tried to tack on extra services such as septic & ā€œfamily plansā€. Next, Cody from Blue Sky came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what actually needed to happen, & had us fixed up in about an hour. $378 to fix us right up! we will be using Blue Sky from here on out! Cody was respectful & even offered to take his boots off when entering the house. Give Cody your business & you wonā€™t be disappointed!

    Alonzo and Gary arrived on time and were very informative about dealing with the leak under our kitchen sink. they replaced our defective garbage disposal.     Thank you for your service in replacing my hot water heater. Your plumbers were very respectful and answered my questions. Someone left a key on the hot water heater. Its on a pink clip. Also the water is not very hot. Is this a problem with the the hot water heater or was it not adjusted? I can hold my wrist under it and its only warm.

    Danny, from Blue Sky Plumbing, was fantastic. He came out at the request of a Septic Service that called him in because they were having great difficulty locating our 104 year old septic tank. Danny found it in five minutes! He dug it all out and called for a Septic Service he knew might be available in our area while he was out there to pump it out. 15 minutes later, our system was working and completely back to normal!     When I called Blue Sky Plumbing with the issue I was having with two of my three toilets not flushing, they were able to get a technician out the same day. They were great on communicating when they would be here. After checking things out, Dalton explained everything he was going to have to do to fix the problem. After cleaning the drainage pipes he made sure everything was functioning. He cleaned up after himself, and even caulked where he had to take the toilet out because it was not possible to clear the clog from the roof vent due to the slope of the roof. This is the second time I have used this company and have been pleased both times. I would certainly recommend the company and Dalton.

    The service tech was very good, timely, efficient and neat. He also showed me how the previous work that they had preformed was improperly done and to fix it right was going to be very expensive. I was told I would receive a call the next day from the owner which did not happen!I have used Blue Sky for all my plumbing needs and now I have a decision to make.I need to apologize to Blue Sky plumbing! After righting this review, I looked at all the invoices for this job, which involved a warranty replacement of a sinkI went to the reclamation company to see to the sink replacement and realized that they had brought in their own vendor to reinstall the plumbing.I have upgraded my review to a five-star and Blue Sky will remain as my go-to plumbing company.

    We had a wonderful experience w/ Blue Sky. While attempting to change out a leaking hose bib on my home, I inadvertently sheared the copper feed pipe off inside the wall. After a few choice words, I immediately knew I was in over my head and gave these guys a call. A very nice lady answered the phone and to my surprise, she said someone could be out within a couple hours. Chris showed up earlier than expected, and was able to reverse my mistake within a very reasonable amount of time.     Amazing! Called Blue Sky and they were out the next day. Cody showed up on time and ready to work. He diagnosed where the water leak was coming from, removed as little drywall as possible to access the leaky pipe, and fixed it in no time.     Recently we were referred to Blue Sky Plumbing by our friend and HVAC friend Chad Turner with CD HVAC ... We were experiencing a leak in one of our 20 + year old hot water heaters located in our attic .     The company was very responsive and the plumber very capable. He had confirmed that the toilet was leaking. Then, he pulled the toilet, had to repair the pipe that the flange was seated onto, get out old cement, put in a new flange, add fresh cement, get everthing as level as possible, add a wax ring, replace and level the toilet, and grout around the toilet. Daltons work was beautiful! Im so glad that Blue Sky was able to help me out.

    I dont normally leave reviews but wanted to for Blue Sky Plumbing. They were on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and had competitive pricing. I had them out to repair some cobbled together plumbing under my bathroom sinks from a previous home owner to bring it up to code. Not a terribly difficult job but one I myself didnt have time to deal with. Josh did an outstanding job and was very proficient in getting things done quickly. The roofer had covered the vent pipe so could not snake that direction. He asked if he could pull the toilet to go through the flange for snaking. We had no problem with him doing that. Then he found that the flange was damaged (old house so brittle). So we asked him if it could be fixed or replaced. He did a great job explaining things and taking care of what needed to be done.     You only have one chance to make a good first impression. My initial call to the company was a welcomed surprise. Wade, the owner , answered the call! Always talk to the boss-man, my dad used to preach. Wow, I thought, an owner who has a genuine concern and desire to help you. It was reassuring to know he took an interest in the problem I was having. How often does that happen these days? I received a text the same day with the name of the tech coming out in the morning and another one when Chris was on his way! Chris greeted me with a handshake and a good morning. Removed his shoes before entering the house. Truly a sign of respect and consideration. He listened, looked, and voila, explained what the problem may be. I had a thumping and growliing noise coming from under the tub in master bath every time a toilet in any of the baths were flushed. Chris went outside , and discoverd the culprit. He presented a few dianostic options with costs and after receiving my appoval to proceed with them, he rolled up his sleeves and went right to work.. He explained everything he did and discovered my tank was full and water was flowing slowly. It was a septic system problem yet he didnt leave. He continued on and located the tank with shovel in hand, and removed the cover to show me the problem. Chris didnt leave this damsel in distress until he was assured I was able to secure a septic company to come out. By thwarting a real disaster, Chris saved me a lot of money and headache. It was a breath of fresh air to meet and talk to professionals who take pride in their work, get it right the first time, are punctual, knowledgeable and personable, and who care about their customer. Mark was the technician assigned to my job. He showed up on time, was very courteous and was able to fix my sink and toilet issues.     When one of our hot water heater elements went bad, Cody with Blue Sky came out exactly when he was supposed to be here and fixed it up for us within an hour. He walked me through what was happening and made sure I understood everything before he started. Iā€™m very pleased and our hot water is doing great.     They were absolutely awesome! Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the issues with my garbage disposal and plumbing and spent a considerable amount of time on the issues with my gas stove. Although he was not allowed to work on the stove itself, he checked everything he could work on to make sure it was hooked up correctly and working right. If i have plumbing issues in the future, Blue Sky Plumbing will be my go to plumbing company!

    Woke up to NO hot water from my tankless water heater last week. The control panel wasnā€™t working and I was concerned over a costly repair. It was so easy to text images of my heater and control panel to the company cell phone, and within 20 minutes, Danny called me, and via FaceTime, he helped me locate and reset the breaker, fixing my problem in record time with ZERO COST to me!!!     We have a guest cottage with an instant hot water heater. On Friday morning our guest reported no hot water.With weekend ahead and travel on Monday we knew we had to have it repaired or replaced that day.I called Blue Sky Plumbing and was told at first it would be a week before I could be evaluated. After relaying the situation, the kind women arranged a super professional tech named Tyler to come at 11:30 a.m. . He called in route to let me know he was on the way.He was able to determine a new unit was needed. Unfortunately he did not have a spare in the truck. He made the calls and had his partner Danny drive to Orlando from Mt Dora and even got the warehouse to stay open after closing hours to meet our needs.Tyler and Danny worked until 9:40 pm before finally solving all the issues that come up with replacing units. Iā€™m sure my guest was as grateful as we were.Iā€™m not sure how many other companies would go to this extreme to please their customers. But for sure we will be recommending Blue Sky Plumbing to anyone asking us for referrals.

    We had a great experience with Blue Sky Plumbing. Danny was super helpful and honest. He helped clear a very stubborn clog in the sewer line, and when it needed a little more cleared out later that evening, he came back out (late on a Friday night) and refused to charge another trip fee or an after hours charge even thought I thought he should. Would highly recommend Danny for any plumbing needs.

    We have used Blue Sky three times in the past two or so years and have had an excellent experience each time. Tyler was just out to redo our kitchen sink plumbing and yet again, he did a great job with a fair price. They have always been honest to us about the problems, given a few options for fixing it, and have kept to the quoted price or even below it. They are easy to schedule and have always been on time. Ive also called with a few general questions over the years and they are helpful and friendly even if I dont end up needing to schedule a plumber. We will certainly continue to use them in the future.

    I contacted Blue Sky Plumbing to inquire about a new hot water heater. An appointment was made for the very next day.     UPDATE: Danny reached out and came to fix the 2 issues. He did a great job on rerouting the water pipes in the attic. I would like to point out that the hot and cold nobs are made this way by the manufacturer, so the second issue is more with the manufacturer than with Dannys work. Thank you, Blue Sky and Danny!This work was done a little bit ago and I wish I had a better look at the work before Danny left. He was polite and seemed to know what he was doing but he ran the new pipes right in front of the steps into my attic instead of to the edge of the ceiling and over to the new spot, 5 extra feet tops. We have to be cautious when entering the attic. He also installed the water knobs facing each other so we have to have tiny fingers to turn the water on or off. My husband cant get his fingers in the small spot at all.I cant add pictures for some reason.Again, my fault for not looking at it well enough before he left but these just seem like common sense things that shouldnt happen period.

    Called early this morning and had a wonderful experience with their office personnel which a great introduction to this company. Booked an appointment for this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised when Josh showed up early for our appointment! A couple months ago we had another company come out to fix a clog drain. With due time and use we quickly found out he didnā€™t properly fix the clog after paying a few hundreds dollars. Now, having two bathrooms impacted from this poorly fixed job I called Blue Sky Plumbing in the morning and they were able to our and fix our drainage issue and install two new toilets! They came referred from numerous neighbors, and I can see why now. Our technician Josh was professional, kind and courteous. He listened to my concerns, was diligent and cleaned up after his work. One thing I noticed was while removing old toilets and whatnot he used black garbage bags! I wish I would have called this company sooner and will only use them going forward!!

They asked me questions no one else did (like, ensuring the termite bond on the house was not impacted). It is worth hiring the best - you get the job done right.
