I found this local builder and was thrilled to have a family owned business and not a big company where you’re just a number.The customer service from the front desk personnel to the final finishing of our home was a pleasure I didn’t want to go thru the building process because of the horror stories I was told. None of this was true.I would do it all over again. The entire staff from the owners, the salesperson Kristin to the guys in the field, Will and Tony, were very helpful and answered all our questions and concernsGreat experience. Choosing a custom home builder was one of the biggest decisions we have made.Before making our final choice to go with Charlie Johnson Builder we walked many model homes by many different builders; and when I say many I mean we spent every spare day we had riding all over the central Florida area for an entire year. The one good thing that came from this is we had a pretty good idea of how we wanted our home to look.We appreciated the time and detail that Kristen went into with us, and with every question we had for her we were greeted with the response yes, we can do that for you, or I will research it and let you know. Even down to a specific rock we wanted on the front of our home. With the combination of our wish list, her suggestions, and our wonderful superintendent, Will and his fabulous right hand Tony (which Im sure we drove him crazy on some days) I can honestly say we our very happy with the final product of our custom home.Not that we ever plan on building another custom home, but if we did we would definitely return to Charlie Johnson Builder.Thank you again for our beautiful home.MeChell and MarkJuly 20th, 2018

With CJB being a VERY family oriented business the best way for them to get business is doing an excellent job with the work they do. Theres a reason why theyre still in business going on the 3rd generation. =)I recently had my home built (1st home by the way) with CJB and they did an excellent job start to finish. Cost were spot on. Kristin was extremely friendly from the beginning and the crew that works for them is incredibly nice (kudos to Will, Tony and G!!) and will bend over backwards to assist you in what you need and want in the home. I would absolutely recommend them if you decide to build a home at a fair price and I will definitely be going back to them again when I build my retirement home. =)

CJB built our forever home. From the first day we walked into their office until we did the final walk through. It was a most pleasant experience for both my wife and myself. Their entire team works to make sure every question or concern are answered quickly and explain the outcome to make sure it was what our vision was.From sitting in the office making the floor plan and picking all of the design features it was a true professional experience.They probably have not had a customer like me that was on site every day of the building process. Their field crew and sub contractors were very professional and were ready to answer all of my questions.They build a quality home from the ground up, the entire team gets huge kudos from us.Had they not built our forever home we would use them again.Thanks CJB for making our dream a reality.
