    My roof needed replacement due to storm damage. In searching roof contactors I was impressed with Skymark roofing credentials and 5-star reviews.The installation crew was outstanding! On time, organized, clean, neat and my roof covering removal and installation of new was 100% completed same day.Inspected by building department and passed! Im a licensed home inspector and have seen hundreds of roof replacements!This however, best Ive even seen! I highly recommend Skymark Roof for any roof project.

    I was called whenever they wanted to visit and perform any inspection or investigation!!They showed up on time and were respectfull and efficient. I would recommend them to any and all future customers.I unfortunately hired another solar company that went bankrupt and Skymark took over my service, and thus far I’m impressed with them as my new service company!

    Skymark Solar did a terrific job. The crew was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The installation is extremely neat. In fact several of our neighbors have commented on the high quality of the job. Our pool is heating much quicker than our old panels even though the size and number of panels are the same. Skymark replaced both our roof and pool solar and I continue to be impressed. I would recommend Skymark without question, they are honorable, professional and very easy to work with.

    My overall experience with Skymark was very satisfying. I had storm damage last year. My insurance company recommended a new roof. There were 3 phases to the work on my roof; removing my solar panels, re-roofing, and re-installation of my panels. I dealt with 3 separate Skymark teams and each performed their work professionally, with courteousness, and quickly…… A couple points of note would be it took a long time between phases to complete the entire job. My solar panels were offline for nearly 2 months and 2 weeks. Also, it was me that initiated contact with Skymark to know when the crews were scheduled to show up. I just felt I was not kept in the loop. However, the job was completed and very pleased with the quality of work by Skymark…..especially the crew that re-installed the panels. I believe they went above and beyond by adding additional supports in my roof to insure each bracket holding the panels was secure.....unlike the crew from the original company that sold me and installed the solar equipment 5 years earlier. Overall, I was highly pleased with Skymark’s work quality and professionalism.

    Thanks for coming and adjusting inspection of my system that was through Solaria/Sunnova solar company who refused to come out and check my system out after install since i was still getting electric bills.     Went with this company because I have solar panels that would have to come down first and they also do solar installations. Mounting hardware was upgraded upon reinstall. I was called or messaged for each step of the process. The dumpster was removed immediately, neighbor still has theirs after a week. All in all, it was a very smooth process. Thanks John.

    We had wind damage to our roof and needed a new one. We also was looking into solar panels to be put in the new roof but wanted the same company to do both.We found Skymark Roofing and Solar. We used both and really had no problems. New roof was put on in one day. ( 2700 square feet house with three car garage) The solar panels were put on and hooked up. Now we are producing more energy than we are using. Thanks again for the good work.

    Their staff from the sales people to the installers were professional, yet friendly, prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. They handled everything for us. When there was a problem, (only 1, minor one) our call was answered and fixed immediately. We even had them come back a second time and install a solar pool heater. Would highly recommend this company.

    Cant say enough about the expertise in the solar field. In minutes they had me on the app for my solar panels for a home i purchased. We noticed a panel not online the people on the phone thought it might have been a connection issue sure enough the tech came out connected the panel to the inverter and boom back on line.

    We were very pleased with the entire process of receiving an entire new roof. The pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes we received, the materials were delivered quickly and the crew came to do a total tear off and resurface as soon as the materials arrived. We had a very rainy July, and the crew continued to work in light rain, as long as there was no lightning. We were very impressed. Our roof looks beautiful, we are very happy with everything. A special credit goes to our sales rep Guy Morrell who has kept in contact every few days since we signed our contract, and continues to follow up every few weeks just to make sure everything is still perfect. We give Skymark Roofing a FIVE STAR review and highly recommend them, and their sales rep Guy Morrell! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    My solar panels needed to be removed before having my roof repaired and to be replaced and rewired after. Skymark Solar did a great job. They were careful during both phases and no panel was damaged. The system is working without problem. It is not unexpected that a roof will need to be replaced during the life of a solar system. I recommend Skymark Solar to do the task!

    We had the installation done while we were in our summer home in ILLinois. Lanny Rivera was our go between and he made sure the house was alarmed and disarmed while skymark was working, Everything went well. We had an independent inspector examine the solar panels attachment. He said that it was an excellent job. We installed the enlighten app so we could monitor our system. We received our third Duke Energy bill showing no usage of power with a bill of $47.00 for the month of October
