The plumber, Shawn who did the job was polite, professional, and diligent in getting a new one installed.     Very professional, friendly and personable. Plumber replaced Kitchen faucet & utility sink faucet where he had to take utility sink off wall to cut a hole for sprayer attachment & reattach utility sink to wall. Installed a new Filtration System with a water softener where they had to dismantle old system to install new one. Water is clear & taste great! Both group of guys came out when they said they would & notified me ahead of time when they were on their way. Office ladies are wonderful to work with in scheduling & in answering any questions I had. The entire staff at Pure Water definitely all work as a team and provide excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days. Thank you Pure Water!

    I highly recommend PureWater. We ended up having an emergency with our hot water heater and they sent a technician out within a couple hours. The office ladies were so friendly and the technicians were so respectful and did an amazing job with the new water heater. So glad we called them!

We are very satisfied customers.On December 20, 2024 we had our annual water inspection. The technician was Kevan. A very friendly fellow, very courteous, and very professional. He answered all of my questions. He performed the inspection with great diligence as if he were the customer himself. We chatted briefly about deer hunting after the job was done. He did a stellar job! Our water system passed the annual inspection with flying colors!!!

    Communication was awesome which is too often not the case these days. Each interaction I had with the back office, service team, and installation team was excellent.     Jay and Brandon with PureWater were amazing. They gave us an objective assessment of the state of our ancient drain system in the crawlspace (needed replacement, which we verified with a second quote). They told us the job would be done in 2 days, and it was. They quoted us a price and that is what we paid—no nasty surprises. The new drain system works perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves. And the best part is these guys were just kind and respectful and a pleasure to work with. Had a nice chat with Jay after they finished. I feel like we made a friend.

    The technician they sent out did a good job, for what I needed done, which was to put in 2 brand new sink faucets. It only took him a little less than 30- minutes, for the price I was charged seemed to be overly priced for such a easy short job, that took barely 30- minutes to replace 2- sink faucets. 300.00 for the first one and half price for the second one.

    The plumber technicians arrived as scheduled and wasted no time pulling out my old unit and installing a much more efficient water softener. They were very respectful of my home being sure to keep the area clean and tidy. Meryl provided me with a great tutorial. Steve reassured me to call anytime and that many times if there is a question or issue it can be solved on the phone.The owner Brandon came out to show me my options. There was absolutely no high pressure sales. There is annual servicing which is quite helpful since I’m certain my two previous water softeners had short life spans due to no servicing. Scheduling was prompt and the staff in the office were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Pure Water Solutions.

    Working with Purewater Solutions was a great experience from beginning to end. They replaced my water filtration system and my old Quest water lines. During the initial visit (for a quote) the tech proposed some fixes to get hot water to the kitchen area faster and the solution now works like a charm. On the day of the install everything was done professionally and looks good under the house. The technicians were very friendly and courteous, explained questions I had, and even wore booties when coming in the house. We have not had any issues and everything works as it should since the work was completed.I can definitely recommend them for all plumbing and water filtration needs and will use them again if the need arises.

    I could literally type this review all day! From the first phone call I made to them to the completion of the install, they have been the most professional and helpful example of what customer service should be everywhere! With a new construction home and me being very uncertain of what was going on with my water after only 5 months of living here, their staff took my concerns serious, found the issues, installed our filtration system, and have followed up with two check ups/testing to make sure we have good water now. The technician Merle was on time each and every time, polite, professional and answered all of my questions and you could never even tell he was ever under the house. He cleaned up the entire workspace under there. The office staff were very patient, kind and took their time in explaining what was needed and truly understanding my frustrations and concerns. I will recommend them 1000 times over! A+ in my book!

    The other morning I woke up and didnt have any water coming out of my faucet. I called pure water at 7:30am and they had a technician at my house by 9am. He quickly diagnosed that I sadly had a bad well pump. He made the proper repairs and had my water back on by 11:30 am. I couldnt be more grateful for the quick and efficient service!

    We hired PureWater Solutions to install new a water softener, neutralizer and carbon filter in our home. Merle with was very professional; he installed the units and new plumbing needed, drained and removed the old equipment, explained the operation of the equipment and cleaned up in about 4 hours.     This company is extremely professional and the employees are very kind and helpful. They were able to identify major issues we had with our wells expansion tank and water heater, and went above and beyond to replace them. Our house is very old and the majority of the plumbing fixtures were in an inaccessible area. They were able to cleanly cut an opening in the wall to access it all, remove our old water heater and expansion tank, clear out old piping, and replace everything leaving it all more accessible and in better shape than it was before. I highly recommend them!

    PureWater Solutions is a blessing. Living in Cumberland County, Virginia, we are very limited in businesses providing services to our rural county. Having not had any luck with several plumbing companies, I did a Google search, and PureWater Solutions popped up. After reading the reviews, I called to inquire if they came out here and was greeted by a friendly voice. I was delighted to find out they could send a Plumber out in a couple of days, and an appointment was made.The morning of, Stephen the Plumber texted me to let me know he was headed my way.Once at our house, Stephen listened to our concerns and immediately got to work on the problem. Within a couple of hours, our kitchen sink was draining and working like it was supposed to. Stephen explained everything he did and suggested steps for us to do to prevent problems in the future.     These well water systems are the best. My clothes are completely clean under one try, water tastes great and MOST importantly during and after my shower I feel moisturized instead of chalky dry because the treated water is soft and allows the soap to rinse away from the skin.
