    KG is absolutely the best service in town. They have kept my lawn mowed and trimmed and snow removal in the winter. They are so responsive to my needs and work with my schedule.When I was diagnosed with cancer, Kenny and crew went into overdrive making sure my home was safe by installing hand rails where needed. I unreservedly recommend them and appreciate that they have a heart for this community. Good people who care.

    Tri Delta Sorority at the University of Idaho has worked with KG Maintenance for 5+ years. In the beginning, we used Kenny as a handyman to do minor repairs around the chapter house. Today, KG works as our house cleaners, they have installed and manage our security system, and they have done an overall assessment of the house to ensure a stable future for our member’s beautiful home. We trusted Kenny and his crew to refinish original woodwork around the house, and they did a fantastic job.When we found ourselves in a winter nightmare this year, Kenny took it upon himself to remove snow from our flat roof. He also shoveled around the house to ensure the safety of our members when they returned after the holidays.KG has always been great at communicating with our house director and House Corporation. His staff is thorough, respectful, and often point out issues which may have otherwise been missed. We appreciate having Kenny and his crew on our team.

    Kappa Kappa Gamma at the University of Idaho has used KG Maintenance for 5+ years for property management, ice removal, landscaping, cleaning, supply management, remodels, security install, and all repairs and maintenance. Our rural location makes it difficult to get quick and reliable support for our needs since our Housing Corporation Board is not located in Moscow. We needed a service that was willing to be our eyes and ears for all our maintenance and management needs. We cant say enough good things about his service. What ever the need or question, he responds in a professional and positive manner every time. Every task he has been given is completed with quality, efficiency, on time and with concern for cost. His staff is superior and works well with our under-graduate women and House Director.What I appreciate is how he manages his repairs. He checks it, assesses who can do the work ( often himself), gets them to respond immediately, supervises the work, and bills them once it is fixed to his expectations. We are invoiced once a month with an itemized invoice for all of his services and we pay online. Our House Director and he work together and the daily operation runs smoothly.Kudos, Kenny and his team! Cant thank you enough for all your hard work on our behalf!     KG Maintenance was a game changer for us. I am the house corporation house maintenance advisor for a greek property at the University of Idaho. I live and work in SW Idaho so it was difficult to stay on top of things before we had Kenny and his team on the job. He is fast, fair and reliable in providing or managing all of the varied items that come up taking care of a very old home that house 65 young men. I cant say enough about how positive working with KG has been. The old house is looking better than ever. I recommend KG without hesitation! Mike Hill.

    Kenny has completed multiple projects at my home. I had constant problems with the bathroom sinks when I moved in; however, with his quick and reliable service the sinks were fixed. He clearly communicates various options for repairs and is honest about the costs. His service is dependable consisting of superior work. I highly recommend using KG Maintenance for any home repairs.

From lawn care, to remodels, little things like broken light switches, and big things like major basement flooding. They respond quickly & get someone over here asap.     I really appreciate KG Maintenance. We hired them to take care of our lawn throughout the summer while we were away from school, and they did a great job! They did cut both of our 50 foot drip lines which made the grass yellow, which I would have been pretty upset about, but they took full responsibility of the issue and dropped the price of our summer bill. Really great people to work with, we would recommend them to anyone looking to have their lawn taken care of! A tad pricey, but always on time and very professional. Worth it.

    Kenny and his crew have done many jobs for me and my clients and I could not be more thankful to have someone like this in our area.     Kenny has been a handyman for my sorority, Delta Gamma, for the entire time Ive been at the University of Idaho (4 years). He is amazing, and always goes above and beyond. This fall, I forgot the combination to my bike lock and Kenny actually cut the lock so I could take my bike home. He routinely goes out of his way to help us as much as possible.

    I have turned to KG Maintenance for several projects over the years and have always been very satisfied. Kenny and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, on time, and efficient. Bids are accurate and fair, and their work is absolutely premium. I dont often leave reviews but after a recent successful project, I felt I needed to help put the word out that this company is truly 5 star worthy. They do the right thing the right way, and thats hard to find nowadays. Highly recommend.

    Kenny was wonderful to work with! He came out to reinstall some wall panels that had been installed by a different company incorrectly. The panels were a huge safety risk and he took extra time and care to make sure we were safe and happy with the results. He was prompt, efficient, and understanding about our safety concerns, especially as we are a commercial location. He even came back to double check the work and give us peace of mind. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
