    Bravo Plumbing was the third service i had spec an outdoor faucet replacement. They were the most affordable, and they were the only ones to explain doing the work “to bring everything up to code.”They arrived on-time, did great work and the price they estimated was the price I paid.10/10 would recommend their services!

    I called Bravo because my water heater stopped working and needed to be replaced. Max was very timely with his estimate and could replace it the same day for me. After I decided to have him do the work, he was back to do the job in barely two hours. He even went above and beyond to go back and replace the new water heater because there was damage (dents) to the one that came out of the box. I would highly recommend Max and Bravo for your plumbing needs.

    I called Bravo Plumbing to replace an aging and failing outdoor water supply. I considered doing the job myself but due to a few complexities I thought it might be a bit much for me. Max and Milton came to the house and did the job quickly, cleanly and in a professional manner. Price was quite a bit lower than a phone estimate from another service.

    This past Saturday night, our toilets stopped flushing due to a massive clog in the main sewer line. I called Max and he was at our house within the hour (did I mention this was Saturday night). Max diagnosed the problem and got our line unclogged, even explaining what had happened (we still have a trap in the line which is where the clog occurred). I would highly recommend Bravo Plumbing-second time Max has saved the day.

    Hose bib on the rear of our house suddenly started shooting water out of the anti-syphon valve like a public fountain. Max was at our house within an hour of our call. On a holiday weekend! We were amazed. Max was very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He had the hose bib replaced in under an hour. And the work comes with a warranty! We will definitely use Bravo Plumbing again.     We have used Bravo Plumbing several times. Always great service and repairs. We recently had a leak in the basement, which Bravo repaired. Ten days later (on a Sunday) there was an issue with the repair. Bravo immediately sent a team who arrived within 20 minutes. They fixed the problem, replaced a part that was not part of the original repair, and did not charge for the visit or the repair. Another great Bravo experience! And always ask for Chuck. He is the best.

    Attempted to tighten the handle on my shower and the shower cartridge became damaged creating an endless small drip from the spout. Bravo Plumbing was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and even gave me the steps to fix it myself free of charge. On their advice, I went and bought the needed piece and repaired it myself. I was definitely surprised to see a company try to help out the customer to such a degree. Will definitely be going back to them for any other plumbing issues.

    Excellent experience. Max was on-time, wore cloth booties over his shoes as soon he entered and got right to work. He found the problem with my non-working spigot and gave advice where to get a new replacement. He successfully got my shower to drain and advised what we should do going forward.     Max came out to our home to replace our main water valve and he did an excellent job. He quickly responded to our call and came up with a plan to resolve the issue. We had to get our water company to turn off our supply at the curb and Max came right away to fix the valve so we weren’t without water for long.     Had a hot water heater leak on a Sunday morning. I left messages with 3 local plumbers who advertised emergency services - no call back. I prefer to give my business locally owned businesses vs. Big Box companies.Found Blue Man Plumbing via Google and decided to call based on reviews.Max came out within an hour. Was very courteous and knowledgeable, and better yet, he didnt charge me the $159 that others charge for the emergency call.After talking to him, we decided that the work could wait until Monday morning.Max showed up 1/2 hour early with an assistant.     Great Great Service. Called New Year’s Day. Answered right away and was at my house in an hour. Put booties on his shoes before he entered my home. Very polite and professional. Got to work right away and fixed the problem so fast. Cleaned up after himself and all.     I moved to Yardley, PA about 7 months ago. My first call was 6 months ago for outdoor repairs. I was very happy with Max’s work, very punctual and great value for the estimate provided. I decided to stay with family in the city for a few months, when I returned home I found that my water heater needed some repairs. I decided to contact Max again since I was pleased with repairs made before. He provided the times between 10-12. Once again I was very happy with the estimate and professionalism. He repaired the water heater and haven’t had any issues since. I will continue to contact Max for any future repairs/installs.

    Blue Man Plumbing provided timely and exceptional service! We woke up to a leaking water heater flooding our basement, and they came out same day to provide a quote for new water heater. We felt the pricing was fair so we authorized the work and they had the new water in and fully functional on the same day, took about half the day. Very easy to work with!***EDIT UPDATE*** - 13 months after the water heater install, our drain valve failed. Blue Man was very responsive, and came out the same morning to fix our issue. They also honored our warranty which was fantastic. We will definitely continue to use for all future plumbing needs!

    Fast arrival over the holidays, had to open the bathroom wall, but Max managed to fix the pipe and replace the tile so you can hardly see the wall needed to be broken open. Also this was the first plumbing repair where they didnt have to leave to go to a store, everything was on the truck!

    Max and his team were fantastic. We needed help installing a dishwasher after a frustrating week of issues with scheduling through Best Buy. He was honest and upfront with pricing, unlike the other companies who came out and ended up quoting us an install fee that was twice that of the dishwasher. Max had someone come out within two hours of our call and the dishwasher was installed quickly.

    Great experience using Blue Man Plumbing. Had two different plumbing issues. Max removed an incorrect diameter sump pump discharge line and installed the correct line. Max also removed a toilet and sink with new valves so I could paint and put a new floor down. Max came back a week later to install a new toilet and faucet after I finished with the renovation. Skip unclogged the remaining sump pump discharge line that was outside the house and underground. The line was completely blocked with silt buildup. All work was well done with the utmost professionalism displayed. Visits were on time and courteous. I will not hesitate using Blue Man Plumbing again and definitely highly recommend them.

    I just moved to Levittown, PA & since I am working from home I also decided to do some renovations to my new home. I wanted to install new Faucets, toilets, water heater and a shower.     I called Blue Man Plumbing to come take a look at the leaking valve for the cold water supply going to my toilet.     Had an emergency the Monday evening before Christmas 2022. Had a 2nd floor water supply line burst to our toilet before the shutoff valve. Had to shut the main off to our house and open all faucets to relieve water pressure. Made a late night phone call to this company which was followed by an immediate response, great customer care, very professional, and easy to deal with. Especially reasonable too with their costs for emergency repair.This company is saved in my phone in case I need another hand in a pinch, as well as to share with other family and friends.     I had a clog in the drain in one of my rental properties which was causing water to overflow into one of the toilets in the the house. I called max at 830 in the morning and he was at the house by 945. Everyone else I called told me at least a day or some crazy price to get there right away.     We called Max for a pipe that was leaking and even though he was dealing with a family emergency and a hurt employee he was still incredibly responsive and sent one of his men out to our home very quickly. If that’s not great service I don’t know what is!!! The plumber found the leak, repaired it, and even replaced the tile!!! Job very well done!!!     I reached out to Blue Man after another recommended plumber told me they couldn’t be here until 5 days out. It wasn’t an emergency, but it was an issue we wanted dealt with ASAP. Blue Man came out same day, and they were actually available an hour early. They diagnosed and explained the problem clearly, and the issue was resolved in an hour. I can’t speak to value because it seemed pricey for the work done, but I didn’t get competing quotes. Both Max and Matt were extremely polite and professional.

    My tenant called me Saturday morning to say that a pipe in the basement split and was leaking. Of course it had to be a Saturday. Went and did some research add blue man plumbing was local and had good yelp reviews so I gave them a try rather than go with a large franchise outfit. I feel the price was fair and he fixed additional parts of the pipe that were suspicious looking, preventing another episode. My tenant said the worker was very professional and she was pleased.

    I can’t say enough about Max from Blue Man. He is the exact kind of contractor that one looks for – communicates promptly, arrives on time (early actually!), is fair with his pricing and most importantly, does outstanding work! So my plumbing job required that I get a new faucet and all the associated accessories (supply lines, etc.) While some plumbers require that you either purchase such items from them or have them back another time once the materials are obtained, Max showed major flexibility by allowing me to run to the nearest Home Depot to purchase the required items. He coached me over the phone throughout the purchase to ensure that I bought the correct items.I work with contractors a lot as I have multiple properties and I have rarely seen somebody who possesses ALL of the above qualities. Max is also very friendly and fun to talk to. He has a great story, developing his craft in the difficult New York City market. Again, he’s the type of plumber you want when you need somebody. In fact he’s the only plumber I’m ever going to use on my Philly properties – my New Jersey ones too if NJ ever becomes an option with him too! Seriously, thank you Max. You’ve made this customer very happy that now I can check “find a plumber in Philly” off my to-do list.

    I rarely write a review, but I have to say these guys deserve it. Ive had a lot of bad contractors of all types (eg, that either dont call you back, or you make an appointment and they never show up, or you make an appointment and they show up really late, or you contract them only to discover they did a really bad job)... but the Blue Man Plumbing is everything I wish I could find in all contractors.They promptly returned my call, showed up on time, wanted to wear booties to not dirty my home, gave me very reasonable estimates for multiple things I needed done and then actually did a great job. They came on a Saturday, which surprised me because thats a rarity.     Very polite. Went above and beyond to unclog the trap in the main line. It was causing toilet waste to fill up in our sinks in the basement that our laundry drains into, as well. He knew I was upset about the mess it would’ve made and came back with a shop vacuum to clean it all up. Even bleached out the sinks! Would highly recommend! I was expecting the cost to be a lot higher than what they charged me, as well. Very pleased with their service.

For both appointments they arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled window, quickly identified the issue, took great care to minimize disruption and were careful in preventing any water or materials from getting anywhere on carpets or other parts of the hallways. In addition to identifying the issue and communicating the greater extent of the issue and executing the fixes in a swift manner, they went the extra step of providing things like special materials to help soak up water (better than my bath towels) and adding a water detection alarm.     March 2021 Update:We have a sewer drainage problem this week. I called Blue Man Plumbing and I am glad I did.Skip came out to clear the drain, but our problem was out of the ordinary. He stayed for about 5 hours and was unsuccessful in clearing the drain with all of the techniques and tools available. He was transparent about the situation and explained what he believe the problem was. He gave us his recommendation on next steps, what work he would do as well as a cost estimate.Skip came back the next day and did the work he said he would do—answering all my questions along the way. He didnt leave until the work was complete. He even installed a new toilet since the old one was already off.These guys are true professionals. Theyre easy to talk to, answer all of your questions in a way you can understand.I will keep giving my business to this guys.---I have a problem with some drainage issues on my property. I called Max to come take a look. While he was not able to address my problem, he helped me understand what I need to do in order to get it squared away.Max is a professional in every way. I called him this morning, he gave me a time that he could be at my house, and he arrived right on time. I am definitely going to continue calling him for services.

    I was very pleased with their level of service and promptness of their response time. I received a call back just minutes after submitting the contact us form on their website and Max was at my door within an hour. After taking a look at what I thought was a leaking pipe behind the bath tub wall, it turned out that the leak was from the tubs faceplate that was improperly installed. He re-installed it and made recommendations on how to avoid future leaks. Max was very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Max for any future plumbing issues. Thanks Max!

    Moved into a new home in Yardley last July.Called for an appointment for a leaky faucet.Max arrived on time and evaluated the problem.With a twist of a wrench he tightened the nut.Fixed the leak.No charge !!!I have found our plumber for all future work.
