    100% satisfied I am with the service. Power goes out at home. Went to Google Typed in Electrian, started calling. Around 6 to 8 numbers later i got NS Electric. HUGE Thank you to there receptionist / dispatch / administrative Billing. She is absolutely amazing. The crew showed up and I now have power in my home. What seamed like took forever was only about 2 hours again the crew was absolutely amazing. I am so thankful for this company! I can not give enough praise to everyone involved. Huge heart felt Thank you. since no one else even as much returned my calls, NS Electric has a new customer forever.

    Great service, great communication, very reliable. Everything you would want a company. I plan to use their services again in the future and would absolutely recommend to anyone.Update: I am now a very happy repeat customer. They worked with me to figure out a slightly complex situation, and went above and beyond to minimize disruptions to the drywall even though it made their job harder. They are reliable, theres great communication, and overall just really wonderful people to have around. I cant recommend them highly enough.

    This is a fantastic company. Ive used them for 2 decent sized jobs in a home I bought about 6 months ago in Morgantown. They communicate well, are punctual, and have fair pricing. Andy did the work in my house for both jobs and I cant say enough good things about him. Its apparent he takes pride in the quality of his work. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of electrical work.

    As always excellent service, good customer relations starting with the office manager to the field tech. Stayed in contact with me up to the day of the appointment. Tech was prompt and on time. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very professional and made suggestions for future projects I’m working on, but not pushy. I’m very please with NS Electric and a returning customer. However with excellent service comes a price, which is worth it.

    This was our first experience with NS Electric. Coltan was able to come out and fix wiring/lighting in our kitchen with only a days notice. Very thorough trouble shooting, knowlegeable, and able to answer every question I had. We will definitely hire NS Electric again.

    Could not be more satisfied with NS Electric, a great experience from the moment we reached out to them. They also brought everything up to the new electrical code inside and out. It was no easy job to mount things to our house since our house is an old style log house. The two fellows doing the work were professional and personable. They also did a fine job of cleaning up after they were finished. We are well satisfied with the work they performed.     Over the weekend, my ceiling fan stopped working. Thinking the switch was bad, I called NS Electic and spoke to the owner Matt. I expected to wait a little while due to it not being an emergency and a smaller job. Not only did Matt have one his electricians (Jake) out to my house the same day but as it turns out my problem wasn’t electrical at all! The motor in the ceiling fan was bad. I thought I’d have to buy a new ceiling fan and figure out how to install it right? Wrong! Jake turned to me and told me to pick out a ceiling fan, he would go pick it up, bring it back to my house, and install it for me. I was completely blown away! Jake and Matt took my small inconvenience and made it a priority. I can’t thank them enough and I’ll be calling them again for any electrical issues I have in the future and so should you!

    Matt has done multiple jobs for us. From a fan installation all the way to adding lights into our daughters bedroom. Not only was the job done correctly, efficiently and professionally but his suggestions for other light fixtures ended up being way better then what originally had it mind.     Like most, I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my time. By far, Matt Wright (NS Electric) is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, timely, and efficient electricians with whom Ive dealt. He looks at the problem methodically and tackles problems in the right order...from the top physical layer down to intricacies. My assessment is that he likely gets his core values from his time serving our country in the military and that is not to be taken lightly. Having used Matt on several occasions, I can attest that this man, as well as his work, are beyond reproach. If you need an electrician, NS Electric is your answer!
