Phenomenal experience from start to finish with BrightLine Electric. I had become worried with several of my smoke/monoxide detectors going out and not being able to reset with new batteries. BrightLine was referred to me and I reached out. They were able to provide me a bid through FB messenger and came out the next day. They were very communicative throughout. Josh at bright line electric was prompt with scheduling, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and able to help with a variety of my electrical needs. Josh at Brightline was fantastic. He answered phone calls and promptly replied to text messages. His fee was $50 less per hour than competitors and he was friendly, competent, and efficient. Josh was the first electrician we have used who was willing to make suggestions on what to try next to diagnose problems if we wanted to do it ourselves, and was willing to walk us through the process of simple repairs. He connected all our new lines and added circuit breakers and explained why the gauges of wires had to be connected to specific amps. We will be using him for all our future electrical needs for sure!

He came and re-wired our ceiling fan that had been wired incorrectly but he was so great because he also did a couple of other little things that had been not working right at no extra charge. When he was up 20 feet working on our ceiling my wife joked “hey when you’re up there would you get that spider web in the corner” and he was like “sure no problem”. I will use him for any electric issue I have at home or at my office. He was great.

Josh and Shane did a great job on a full days worth of electrical work around my house. They installed 220 V lines for 2 kitchen appliances, ran lines for future electric car charging stations, and added several electrical outlets. Brightline installed some Ethernet cable throughout my house, and I am very happy with the end product. Everything was done very clean and professional. Jesse and Samuel were great to work with and even went the extra mile fixing some shotty work done by a Google fiber technician. They were very knowledgeable and helped me to get what I needed. Josh the owner was also super great while I was shopping around and I ended up cancelling my other appointment to work with Brightline instead. Josh was super responsive to my request. We have 100 year old house with some funky wiring. We had a hot ground and were fearful of a fire hazard. Josh found a spliced wire behind the wall and was able to replace all the wiring in that area to ensure we were set for years to come. The other electrician told me to wait for six weeks before he could come see it 🤷‍♂️.

Needed the power updated on an older home that only had a 70 amp main, three sub pannels, all pretty outdated from many decades ago. Wanted the ability to hook up a generator when the power goes out. Josh coordinated with Rocky Mountain Power and county inspectors to get the main lines replaced, mast installed, main panel 200 amp upgrade, and meter replaced / updated. He then installed an inlet and interlock for the generator. Also ran conduit from main to inside house panel, consolidated the three panels into that one house panel. It was a lot of work, but he got it done in the amount of time he said he would. Good communication and explanation of work needed to accomplish what I wanted. Also was flexible developing a quote, I requested a couple changes here and there. In the end the house got the power it needed for a fair price. Highly recommended!
