They took care of the complete install except for Propane (Paraco handled that). I had them come back a 2nd time after my wood stove installation just to make sure there was proper clearance for everything. They handle yearly maintenance as well. We just went through a 98-hour power outage, and the generator operated flawlessly. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Cannot say enough good about this company. Office staff provided excellent communication and were friendly. Generator installation was seamless. The installation team was experienced and it showed. They coordinated with gas and power companies. The whole process took only a few hours and it runs perfectly. Prior to installation, the owner (Tom) visited the site to determine the proper size generator, best location, and to explain how it would work.

This company is great. Tammy had everythings set up for us to have a whole house generator installed. Tom and his crew was the greatest finishing the job earlier then promised. Tom even came back to fix a problem that wasnt even his job but came out within 30 minutes and fixed our problem. They have great prices too.Would highly recommend Tom and his crew.

Cant say enough positive things about LPS. Tom and his crew did an amazing job sizing the right unit for us and installed it quickly, completely, and professionally. Customer service is a real strength as well. About a year after our install we experienced an issue with it not kicking off for its weekly startup. I sent an email @ 8pm on a Thursday. Tammy picked it up that evening and had a tech at our house the very next morning without any hesitation or need for follow up. These guys are tops! Highly recommend working with them.

They did a great job getting us the right size generator, and got it installed quickly and professionally (in horizontal snow squalls). We have needed to use it 3 times this week so far.
