    From designing our garage/Barndo on the Troyer website, and working with Michael Buckner with the design and Liz Mitchell in scheduling and delivery of materials, we had an exceptional and positive experience. We considered the cost of materials and construction to be fair and reasonable. From designing to completion of construction, all was done in a very timely manner. Walmarc’s building crew with Walter and Joe did an amazing job in the construction of the barndo. We highly recommend Troyer Post Building.

    The process of working with Troyer was great from the initial call for a quote and a few questions to the final build. The entire team was quick to answer any questions. We were referred to them by another customer and have referred them our selves. The sales team was very informative and explained everything. The delivery team laid out materials easy for the build team which showed up and knocked it out in just a few days. Every single person I have talked to has been amazing and would definitely recommend them for your build! We took their building and turned it into our forever home!

    I would like to thank the team at Troyer Post Buildings, from the first time I walked in and all through the building process and delivery of the materials for being very professional. Hank was my salesperson and helped me with designing and the purchase of our polebarn. I would also like to thank the team from Top Notch Builders who did an excellent job of building the polebarn in 2 days. Very professional builders who did a fine job of cleaning up the construction site once they were finished. I would highly recommend Troyer if you are looking for a quality building.

    We had a 30x48 garage built by Troyer Post Buildings and we couldnt be happier. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, from our salesman Hank to the crew that did the construction. They met their time lines, were efficient, and cleaned up when finished. All for a fair price. We highly recommend Troyer Post Buildings!

    Material delivery was good but seemed to have received about10 bags of concrete we did not need. Crew was courteous and professional; however, the boss should have reviewed with owner at end of day for any issues. Crew should also pick up trash at end of day. Issues with insulation blowing across the road. Surprised with side entry door, confusion on trim colors not clear, all disposal of scrap material home owner responsibility, 2 of 3 windows leak (homeowner repaired), gable end poles cut too short to support gable truss, many scratches on metal, gable overhang build method could have been better.Overall, satisfied but with my builder background I would have done some things differently.

    Honest, Trustworthy and Straight Forward is what you can expect with Troyer Post Buildings40 x 60 x 16 enclosed with Front Shed 40 x 24 x 16, Charcoal with Black top and trim, Super pleased with everything from first contact with Hank Phillips, Lizzie, Matthew and Edward with Troyer to Logan and crew Luke, Nathan, Jacob, Choco and Orielio. I look forward to my next project with all, I would highly recommend giving Troyer a chance to earn your business and build your build to meet your needs. I personally don’t think you will find a better group of people to work with, Hank Explained and help me design my building and went over all the details. I signed the contract and shortly after Logan reached out to me and discussed the building details, then Liz reached out to schedule the building delivery and everything was as discussed. Matthew & Edward delivered and unloaded my building and Logan and his crew were out to put it up in the next couple of days. They were at the job site at the crack of dawn and ready to go to work every day and they worked all day like clockwork. Luke, Nathan, Jacob, Choco and Orielio worked together like you have never seen before, it was very impressive to watch them using the blessings of their skills and craftsmanship and not to mention just super nice respectful group while onsite. See some pictures and decide for yourself, I have gotten so many compliments on my post building and I hope that I have helped Troyer sale a few more buildings in my area than I know of, because helping people that treat people right and run a business with honesty and integrity is the ones I want to see grow their customer base.Thank you Troyer Post Buildings for build my shop, Brant GregoryP.S.     Absolutely fantastic customer service all around. From the initial meeting and design of our workshop with Michael Buckner who take the time to explain the in and out with recommendations that really helped with the final decision to the communication on the logistics and scheduling. The concrete work from One-Up Industries was unexpectedly fast with quick communication and finished up our 3 projects way ahead of schedule. Alex and his team made last minute adjustments with ease. Top Notch builders contacted me the same day as the material drop off was scheduled and were ready to begin work the next day! They knocked out our expectation and had our 24x24x12 with lean to done in one day!If you are look for a pole barn, workshop, post building, whatever you need. Troyer Post Buildings will not disappoint. The quality of materials will amaze you the workmanship of their team of contractors will not disappoint you.

    We purchased a 40 x 30 pole barn building with a 10 x 12 overhead door. The construction was fast and efficient with the work crew arriving and erecting the building in just over 2 days! We were satisfied with every aspect of this project: from the purchase price, to the delivery of the building supplies to the actual build itself. We have had our building for just over 6 months now and are thrilled with it.

    The Troyer team is a first class operation. They have lots of building choices, fair prices and do good work. They built a 30x50x14 pole barn for me. It took them 4 days to build it. They started sooner than expected, were very respectful of my property and did what they said they would do. From the person who does the quoting, sends the contract, delivers the materials, does the site inspection to the guys that build they were all great. I highly recommend.

Johnny Troyer and his crew installed a 60 x 84 a few years ago which has been a great addition to our small farm.     I had taken the company info from a billboard I passed on I-40 near Monteray. When I pulled them up online I was amazed by the quality of the reviews I found. I called the next day and had a quote emailed later that afternoon. The quote was price competative so the next week I drove to their facility which was also impressive. I placed my order and they completed everything to perfection. To find a company that does what they say and on time is priceless in 2022. I will order another soon and HIGHLY recomend them.     From the time of my first call to discuss a new building to the completion I was completely amazed. Every call once the order was place with questions were immediately answered.     I have ordered 2 buildings in the past 3 months from Troyer Buildings. The first was a 30x30 3 sides enclosed. the experience from start to finish was awesome. The only small issue was when the materials got delivered there was a little damage to the metal but they replaced the metal no questions asked and no additional charge. The second was a 36x48 enclosed with 2 12x12 openings. Again a great experience all the way through. Everyone from the receptionist, the people who draw up the plans, and the crews do an outstanding job and are very easy to work with. We had foundation issues on our end and had to reschedule the materials delivery twice. Troyer had no problems and worked with us to get everything back on track. Both buildings were put up by the same crew (Jonathan Troyer is the crew chief) and each building took less than a day to complete. They showed up at 730 and were cleaned up and gone by 430-500. The crew left the area clean and trash free. Will definitely order my next one through them as well next summer. Great job...

    Since moving to Clarkrange this is the most professional and customer service oriented business we have dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a shed, carport or barn. The quality and sturdiness of these buildings are head and heels above the metal building competitions flimsy knock offs.The best part of the experience is the work crew. Wesley and his crew took extra pains to make sure we were satisfied. They are very hard workers and I was able to communicate with them. Most companies workers have been unable to speak English but not these guys!

    We had our 40’x90’x14’ building installed a couple of months ago by Troyer. They were easy to work with, communication was great as well. They dropped our materials off and the installers showed up about a week later and had the entire building done in 2 days.     Mostly good . im a third time customer and happy overall. but a few things im not. crew took some of my paid supplies and also made a few mistakes that will need fixed in the future.     I was referred to Troyer post buildings by a friend that had just had a building put up and at the time I was pricing out a red iron building , he had said what a painless experience it was and that I should give them a call . The gals that answer the phones were awesome and put me over to mark in the sales / design department. Mark was extremely helpful and had me a price right away which was nearly half of a red iron build ! Needless to say I signed the contract immediately. Time was also an issue as everyone knows how hard it is to get anything done during what we call the covid Era! Red iron was gonna be 6 months out minimum and mark promised a delivery date within about 30 to 45 days which my wife and I were thrilled with , materials showed up early if you can believe that ! Fast forward a mere week and Logan showed up with his amazing crew to begin construction. Watching those guys put up our building was an experience in itself , despite a couple bad weather days it could not have gone any smoother . They worked from dusk till dawn every day in less than ideal conditions without missing a beat . A couple minor hiccups with an entry door and a little bit of insulation that were handled immediately by mark and the crew with materials being delivered in both cases the next day with zero effect on the progression of the build . All and all the best experience of any major project I have commissioned. If you are in east Tennessee like we are or anywhere Troyer services we would highly recommend giving them a shot ! I am not a big review guy because I am in business for myself as well and so many people these days cant wait to write a bad review whether it was warranted or not but rarely take the time to write a good one even if you saved them from a major headache that I have mixed feelings on the whole system we have become accustomed to today . Troyer / mark / Logan and crew / gals in the front answering the phones to all of you we thank you for an amazing experience and a beautiful finished product ! I wish I had the money and the need to build another one . Thank you all .

    WOW!! I’m so impressed with Troyer Post Buildings!! From the first day I called for a quote to the day they pulled out off the driveway after completing the building. The crew that put the building up showed up everyday at daylight and work their butts off till at least 6 pm. They couldn’t have been out of their twenties and had it up in 3 1/2 days. And this is no small building 50x30 and 18 feet to the rafters. It was an absolute pleasure and a blessing to deal with Troyer Post Buildings.

    Every step, every phase from the phone call to order, to the final walk through was absolutely first rate! 5 stars are not enough! The ease of ordering the kit just the way we wanted it was made easy and all questions were answered promptly.The kit was delivered as promised with care on-site. The build was incredible! Devon and his team were everything one could wish for. Hard working with attention to detail, polite, respectful and trustworthy. These men started early every day and worked through some very hard conditions! The temperatures on that roof had to exceed 110 degrees at times! With frequent breaks and lots of fluids, they finished the best looking 40x60x12 shop I have ever seen in great time! The final walk through didnt take much time because there was nothing wrong! I think we replaced 2 screws... Now my wife is thinking about a barndominium instead of conventional.. Thanks so much Troyer family for a great job! I will be bragging about this for quite a while..

    Had Mike at Troyers design our barn based on our needs. They had great communication with any questions and the material showed up when they said for the price they said and the building crew also showed up as planned. The communication with the building crew was good and the crew did a great job. We are very happy with our 30 x 40 x 16 ft barn with a 12 ft lean to on 1 side. We have 1 oversized garage door and several windows and 2 man doors. We chose a 3 color combination and it all looks great.

    Troyer built us a 30x40x12 enclosed building with a 14x40 attached shed on one side. It was a very good experience. The office personnel were very helpful and I enjoyed our interactions. They went out of their way to answer my questions and provide the information I requested in a timely fashion. I felt Troyer provided the best value of all the firms we were considering. All materials were delivered on time. A four man crew erected the building in a little over three days. I was here to watch and assist. The crew was hard working and very proficient in their work. They were responsive to my questions and requests. They also did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished.My only issue is they did not show the best judgement in how they attached the 2x6 to the building that supported one end of the rafters on the shed. They ended up nailing the 2x6 into the end of the roof trusses (4 OC). As such the nails were going with the grain rather than across the grain of the wood. The hold strength of a nail going with the grain is only about 30% of the strength going across the grain. In my mind this is a basic wood construction principle so I was disappointed this was not an issue with them. I feel confident the roof would have failed in anything above a light snow fall or wind. I told them I was not satisfied with their approach. They didnt argue or make excuses but set out to have a design that would satisfy me. They added some additional supports and I am now confident it will meet the design requirements for snow and wind. I was glad I stayed home during the construction because I doubt I would have recognized this issue after the fact.All in all I am very satisfied with the Troyer building and the customer focus they showed. I would certainly recommend Troyer Post Building for this type of construction.
