Simplisticly put great service. Ordered my cast iron router table and dust collector on 6/26 for pickup in Montclair. Sent me an email on 6/28 for pickup and I called to confirm I was comming in to grab it. Arrived and walked in for pickup where I was greeted by 2 employees who were enthusiastic to help me. While one went to retrieved my order the other showed me around as they were having a customer appreciation day! I got to see the new stainless steel nickel table saws and they are a beauty..... They also invited us to stay and eat but we had some other business to attend to. Overall really great customer service and I will definitely be back to buy thuer Big Eye fence system!

I recently made an order for a table saw and multiple accessories from harvey. 2 days later the saw I ordered went on sale. A simple email to harvey and they happily adjusted my purchase price to reflect the sale price. I was so impressed with this as well as their customer service over the phone that I decided to cancel my order with another manufacturer for a band saw. The other retailers customer service was not nearly as responsive or easy to work with. After struggling for over a month and still no ship date on the other band saw I was done.I reached out to harvey once again. They made the purchase of their band saw incredibly easy and took the time over the phone to answer all of my questions.Super impressed with their customer service and looking forward to working with them moving forward.So refreshing to find a quality tool company with excellent customer service!!!
