    They are really nice and super reasonable! My regular plumber hadn’t responded to my calls about a sewage smell in my bathroom for 2 weeks so I reached out to Davis. They got back to me right away and were really helpful on the phone. The secretary was super friendly and so were the guys who came to fix the toilet. Bonus: they accept credit cards unlike most local plumbers. They will be our new regular plumber. Thanks, guys!

    Excellent customer service which started at the initial call to request service and went until our lovely plumber Luke walked out of our home. We had some emergent needs (clogged kitchen sink) and the office was able to get someone out in 24 hours!The company has text notification when someone will be arriving and luke showed up early with a smile. He worked on the sink until it was fixed.. thank you Luke! Also addressed other areas of the home that have been overlooked for some time and gave us insight on how to proceed.     My experience from start to finish with the team at Davis plumbing was exceptional. We had a fairly urgent and complex leak in a very old cast iron drain line. I had received a quote from a different provider that was not satisfactory prior to reaching out to Davis. They promptly had someone out to take a look at the situation and provided a very detailed quote. The two gentlemen that came to complete the work were professional, and clearly very skilled. The whole process took much less time than expected and I greatly appreciated the constant clear communication from everyone involved. I would recommend giving Davis a call for any plumbing needs, and will be reaching out to them for any future service I may need.

    We shopped around before deciding we wanted to go with Davis Plumbing to do both minor repair work in our basement and then a larger project of adding additional forced hot water heating to our basement.     My washing machine was pouring water onto the floor. Two very pleasant and competent Davis plumbers came out to work on the problem. When the leaking happened again, Scott Davis himself came out to locate the problem, suggested the corrections to the original fellows. When they came back, they very diligently and tenaciously worked on it and corrected it.Davis has been handling all my plumbing issues (including some big ones when I did a big remodeling) and I have always been impressed by their professionalism, skills, patience, and friendliness.

    Could not have been happier today. Call promptly answered by a friendly, empathetic agent who relayed the hot water tank issue to the service team. Received a call back very shortly from Ian who listened to the problems I was havingwith tank...which soon became worse(water gushing from tank)...and he dispatched Tim...who was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Tim diagnosed problem, took his time answering my questions, got me a quote in real time, and scheduled the job to be done first thing the next morning...which included getting an electrician on the scene.     Jack and Luke were responsive to my concerns of having no heat or hot water in my home. They were going to install a new water heater because they thought that was the problem.There had been a flood in my basement. Instead of installing the new heater they checked and saw that the pilot light was off and checked to see if there were any leaks in the system. They were completely honest and being on a fixed income it was a relief that I didn’t have to pay for a new water heater. They had the expertise for solving the problem quickly .     Our water stopped working in our home. I called Davis plumbing and heating. They came out as fast as they could and found what our problem was . They fixed it right away. My husband and I thought it was our well pump, but in fact, it was the minerals in our water that caused a blockage right before our whole house filter . That caused our water to stop working . The guys located that very fast, installed a new whole house filter and our water is flowing again, thank you to the two that came out today. You guys were amazing !     Back in February of 2022, our upstairs bathroom decided to have major plumbing issues which then went down into our first floor bathroom causing extensive water damage. Dealing with the insurance company has been very unpleasant especially learning we were responsible for the plumbing repairs and told this after the insurance company sent a contractor that ripped apart our first floor bathroom to the studs and left it like that for months. After interviewing 7 plumbing companies and getting no where, my friend recommended her sons employer and just like that, we found Davis Plumbing and Heating. The owner came out and went through the bathrooms, looking at everything, and taking the time to answer all of our questions and explain the plumbing information so that we could understand what had happened and how to fix the problem. Then he sent Tyler and another young gentleman whom not only resolved the original plumbing issue of not one but two pipes having broke, they promptly fixed both and prepared the upstairs bathroom for a new sink install by removing the old sink and preparing the pipes. And the best part was the price, it wasnt shell shock and it was very affordable. Overall, The entire work was about an hour and a half but the peace of mind has been priceless. I felt such a huge relief of not having to worry any more of where the leak was and if it would continue, and how much it would cost me to repair.     Ive used Davis Plumbing twice. Once to install a porcelain kitchen sink with a garbage disposal. They did a great job and were very professional. A couple years later they installed a new shower head and selector valve. They installed it right the first time. As a bonus, they changed out a broken pressure gauge on the well pressure tank. Davis Plumbing is definitely recommended!

    I would highly recommend Davis Plumbing! Our water heater was leaking and Scott came out next day to assess and promptly returned for replacement! The install team arrived on time and were knowledgeable, friendly and professional and left with my basement cleaner than they arrived!     We were having problems with our tankless water heater release valve was gushing gallons per day. Of course it happened on a holiday, so I pushed off wanting to make a phone call. Shockingly the leak got worse! (sarcasm) I called Scotts company, after they were highly recommended to me, and they came out the same day. They diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly that day, and I was blown away with how well they described the problems to a plumbing dummy like me so vividly.Scott and his crew were excellent to deal with, and left the work area perfectly clean (which I really appreciated after a bad experience with another company a couple years prior to this). I honestly dont have a clue as to why you wouldnt call them over a competitor. It was the smartest phone call Id made in a while.
