    We had a surprise leak in the second story of a very old house. Called in the afternoon and they were able to send Matt out at 9 the next morning. He found the problem, went and picked up parts and fixed it in less than 2 hours! He was so professional and showed us what was wrong and how he repaired it. I will definitely call and ask for Matt the next time I need any plumbing work!

    After a terrible customer service experience with another provider, Bruce from Advanced Plumbing stepped in and installed our new electric water heater. Bruce took the time to explain and verify no leaks and working well. Hauled away old tank and cleaned up after himself.     Matt worked to resolve a badly clogged kitchen sink drain for several hours and was finally able to clear it. Rate was very reasonable considering the difficulty and complications. Thankful we called Advanced Plumbing.

    A pipe on our hot water heater had a hole and water was leaking everywhere---and of course, it happened on a Saturday! I called Bruce and he was at our house within 30 minutes. The pipe was fixed quickly and the price was reasonable! So thankful that he was able to come on a Saturday and get the job done---thanks so much Bruce!     Wonderful customer service and a veteran friendly business! Justin and Blaine did a fantastic job fixing a problem left behind by a previous company who installed our whole house filter.     I plumbed in are basement and wanted somebody to come out and double check my work he was more than glad to come out and verify what I had done and did not charge me. great guy to work with very appreciative of Bruce. He will be my new plumber going forward if I have any issues.

    These guys are AMAZING! I spoke with Bruce on the phone after price shopping for inspectors, and he won me over immediately. He explained exactly what needed to be done with my clients pending home. I wont go into detail about all of the amazing things Bruce and Ray uncovered at the home, or how long they drove to get there... But I will say that I plan on selling my clients on their expertise and loyalty to their customers forever. Theyre worth the milage, heck Ill pay it! You will not regret hiring this company. 10/5 stars! All the stars!

    I live in the county and was having septic issues. The owner Bruce spent about 30 minutes providing detail information and instruction on what could possibly be the issue and a fairly simple fix that I could try previous to a service call if I wanted. He not only saved me a service call but his information solved the problem. Thank you so much Bruce!! I am so glad I found your company.

    These guys are amazing. We called on Tuesday to have someone come look at a leak under the house. Turns out our main was completely rusted out. They showed up Wednesday with a backhoe and put in a whole new line by 3! Super nice guys. Walked me through everything they were doing and why. This is the second time we have had to call them out since we moved to Monett 3 years ago and honestly I dont want to call anyone else. Thanks guys!

    Bruce came out to inspect our septic system and gave us an honest assessment. He explained the system and what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done in language I could understand and patiently listened to my questions and concerns and did not talk over me.

    I just got off the phone with one of the guys. I believe his name was Bruce. I had previously tracked down my issue with my kitchen faucet. I needed some advice. Im so thankful I called and asked if my idea would work. Had I not, I would have caused myself a lot more problems down the road. Not with just the faucet mechanism but with also potentially poisoning myself with out knowing. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!! If I ever need something done in the future.     TOP TIER PLUMBER! I have worked in construction and trades myself for over 40 years and would never dream of hiring a plumber but, circumstances caught up with me. I was out of state and the house we just purchased needed immediate major surgery on the domestic well and water supply line. Bruce and Advanced plumbing was recommended by a neighbor so I took a chance. I definitely made the right call. Bruce possess the knowledge, skills, abilities, tools and most importantly the motivation to get the job done correctly at the agreed price and on time.

    The crew showed up on site said what they were going to do. Very friendly got the job done in couple of days, they were really knowledgeable in how to take care of our septic. I would recommend them for anyone to use. Said if I had any problems they would be right back to check on it. Also got a 1yr warranty! Im am just pleased with this company.

    Had water flooding into my bedroom and issues with my shower and toilet all of a sudden. Called Bruce late in the evening and Chris and Riley showed up first thing the next day. They stayed and worked on a pretty bad clog for a few hours. I needed a second pipe unclogged a week later having similar issues and they came right out to get it done. They were so friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. The gave us advice on how to keep those pipes clear. I am so glad we called Bruce and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone.
