    I gave them 5 stars because 6 wasnt an option.I initially had them as my 3rd or 4th choice and was kinda suspect based on being lowest price, shortest wait list and less than hungry to make the sale. Tipping point was a very strong recommendation from an excavator I know and trust.Communication before, during and after was timely and accurate. Very patient about tweaking the design and on top of dumb mistakes before they happen (I flipped roof / side colors on order form). Put up the building I bought (not the one they sold) 1 week later than scheduled and final bill was lower than the original quote because they adjust for wood and steel price changes. Hooked me up with their supplier for additional DIY material at cost.Install crew was a lead man with obvious experience and a couple laborers that he stayed right on top of. Put up a 24x40 in less than 3 days and its straight, square, plumb and level to about 1/8 tolerance. They sub out the gutters and concrete and zero issues on both.

    I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship put into my 36x50 pole building built by Armada. Communications were great through the building process. The crews working on the building were very knowledgeable and great to deal with. The price of my building was very reasonable compared to other pole barn builders. If you are seeking a quality built pole barn, I certainly recommend Armada.

    Armada has built 3 buildings for me. When planning the first building, I got several estimates and Armada was the best. The process working with the folks at Armada was great, I was so happy with my first building, when I moved a few years later and had a needed additional buildings I went directly to Armada.Jeremy was awesome to work with designing the buildings, I made several changes through the process and everything was accommodated, (including fixing the building they just put up after I backed into the building with my truck).Scheduling with Arron was easy as well, closing on my property was delayed several times and Arron worked with me, so as soon as I was ready they could begin the building and ensure my horses home was ready when we moved in.The crew that came out to put up the building were very professional, hard working, easy to talk to, and I got exactly what I wanted.Then I needed a workshop, (28x30). I received an estimate for a prefab building, feeling that the prefab was a bit high in price, I called Armada. Armada put up my workshop with concrete floor for less than the prefab building with a wood floor. I got a higher quality building for a lot less by choosing Armada.I have referred my friends and others to Armada. I will not use anyone but Armada, I think that highly of their work!It is so hard nowadays to find professionals who do quality work, insure the customer is fully satisfied, and give you more than you asked for, so if you need a building call Armada!

    Armada Buildings did an excellent job- We had a very tight deadline to get the building up- and they were able to get it all done! Super happy with the building and how it turned out. I was dealing with Jeremy and Aaron- Both were great and easy to work with.

    I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.I initially had Armada as my 2nd or 3rd choice - that was the wrong choice as I wish I had dealt with them right from the beginning.Their communication before, during and after was always perfect. I was never left in the dark, They dealt with the changes I constantly made throughout the design process and even when I started building. Jeremy came to meet and sign the contract to hopefully finalize the deal so there would not be anymore changes, but still the additions kept coming. They worked through all of my crazy add-ons and made sure everything still went flawlessly. Aaron was so helpful throughout the entire process of building as well.Their install crew was a lead man with obvious experience and a couple of laborers that he stayed right on top of. They put up a 60x80 building in less than 10 days and it is straight, square and level. Their garage door company came in and did a flawless job on installing the doors and openers. We are so thrilled with the final product that we are starting a plan to build another structure next year with them.Words truly cant describe how happy I am. Thank you so much guys!

    Fantastic experience when they put up our building in 2020. They built a 30x50x12 in 2 days and everything was perfect, down to the concrete. Highly recommend!

    Great people to deal with. I had lots of questions and they answered them all.They were very flexible with the build date. I postponed it because I wasn’t ready.I don’t think you can do better for the money.I know you can pay a lot more for the same building.
