I called them as soon as they opened today due to needing an emergency repair for my rental property. I received a quote while on the phone and they were able to complete my window pane replacement job within a few hours! I was also able to pay online or via the phone. I will definitely use them again for future jobs. Thank you for being very quick and professional!

I cannot say enough good things about Custom Screen & Windows. Adam was very prompt in answering my email about windows, came to my house, did the most exact measurements of the three companies I had come to give quotes, and was very personable. Their price was reasonable and he was able to provide exactly what I wanted. My order took three weeks as I ordered 2 high impact (hurricane) pictures windows . It arrived on time and he called me promptly to set up a time for installation. What I loved was that Adam himself showed up for the install. It took them no time at all to install 9 of my 11 windows. Unfortunately they sent the wrong size for my high impact windows. Adam was extremely apologetic and made sure the correct ones were ordered right away. When I offered to pay for the windows I had (as over half the job was completed) he refused saying no the job isnt finished. All my windows are in now and they are amazing. I also know they were installed right as we have had a lot of rain in the last weeks. If you want amazing customer service and high quality windows you cannot do better than this company!
