    I can’t say enough great things about Callaway Outdoor Designs. They’ve don’t two projects for me now and are likely coming back for a third. They have been transparent and fair on pricing the entire way through. They complete the projects rapidly. Each one only 1-4 days. The final products speak for themselves in the photos and videos here of my complete fence replacement and my new landscaping! So excited to work with them more moving forward and I’ll be recommending them to everyone. The best part about all of it is that this local business is family owned and operated! I love to see that in today’s world. Thank you again to Callaway Outdoor Designs!

    Brett and the team did a wonderful job upgrading our outdoor kitchen. Removing old one, being upfront about what needs to be done, and installing everything in timely fashion. We had this done few months ago, and everything is still looking like new. I will definitely use them again for my next backyard landscape project!

    This is the second time we have contracted Callaway Outdoor Designs to add travertine to our backyard. The first time they built the Pergola with the travertine flooring. That was 4 years ago. It still looks wonderful. This time I wanted Brett to join the pergola to my patio with the travertine. It looks stunning! His crew was early each day they came. They completed the job in two days, cleaned up everything. This company is professional, patient (I needed time to decide what and when I wanted this done) punctual, reliable and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will do business again, if I need them. I just need to come up with another project. ;)

    We are thrilled with what Brett was able to do with our small backyard space. It previously had large, empty beds bordered with bricks and we needed space for a toddler to play. Brett understood what we needed and transformed the space into a usable, safe play space that looks great. It was a pleasure working with him and we would definitely use Callaway Outdoor Designs again in the future.

    I used Callaway Outdoor Design to extend my patio and create a sidewalk on the side of my house last spring (2023). Granted, it was a fairly small job, but Callaway Outdoor Design treated me as they would someone with a big project. I appreciated that. I appreciated their communication. The job was done promptly and at the price quoted. When a small issue came up after the project was completed, there was no hesitancy on the part of the company to come out and fix the issue quickly and at no charge. I would definitely recommend them!

    I had several estimates completed for a home landscaping project before Brett came and visited with me. We had instant alignment on what I envisioned. Callaway was not the cheapest bid I received, but that didnt matter. I knew I had the right company to do the job. The results were phenomenal and even better than I expected. The workers were great guys and a pleasure to talk with. They worked extremely hard and completed the entire project in two days. I was impressed with how quickly they completed the job.

    Had a limestone border added to the front of my house, bushes removed, and grass added. The owner, Brett, came out promptly to provide an estimate and was very respectful and timely with following up. Process was easy with paying deposit electronically. The crew and leader, Grant, onsite were professional. They walked around our home talking to us about all our plants, knew all the names of them, and provided advice on how to care for and maintain them. Everything was completed to a T from the detailed contract we were provided. To our surprise the crew added several additional touches to our landscaping that we didnt ask for to make the yard come together.This company really cares about their work and does what it takes to make the customers happy and feel comfortable with upgrading their outdoor spaces. I would only use them again for any future updates to our yard. Highly recommend for all your outdoor living and and landscape design needs.

    I am so happy to have found Callaway Outdoor Designs! Brett is very responsive and accommodating. He came out and saw what my backyard looked like before and we were able to complete a design to fit my budget and needs. Not a penny over was charged and I felt I could trust this company during the entire process.Steve and his crew came out and installed my concrete slab with concrete steppers and black star rocks. They were fast and did a good job!I will definitely use this company again for any future landscaping needs.

    I can’t say enough wonderful things about Callaway Outdoor Designs. From start to finish, they have not only been thorough and fastidious in the execution of their work, but also communicative, consummate professionals. The complementary design Brett created for my home was executed with precision by Arturo, Sharon was a pleasure to communicate and work with on the backend and even Grant, who just wrapped up my first maintenance appointment, was so meticulous. It’s no wonder why my neighbors were clamoring for their contact info even during the initial install! Do not hesitate to hire these folks. You will not be disappointed.

    Callaway Outdoor Designs did a wonderful job landscaping my front yard.From planning to planting, it was easy for me every step of the way and the results are beautiful!They have also provided me with the help I need to keep all my plants healthy. This was very important to me because I am not an experienced gardener.The crew that did the work was very professional and also very pleasant. I knew I was in good hands.This is a small, family-owned business and they care about their clients. They are top of the line.

    Overall my experience was great! Easy to work with and Callaway handle everything else. I had no real experience in landscaping or any idea what I really wanted but when Brett came over to my house he was able to give me ideas that inspired the way my house looks now. The limestone that were installed really makes my house pop out more and the flowers added will make it look every better once they bloom. I would highly recommend Callaway to my family, friends and any one who wants to improve their homes.

    I am very happy with how my landscaping project turned out. I had old plants removed from several beds, new plants put in with soil and mulch, and stone edging. It was carried out exactly the way I wanted it. I would definitely recommend Callaway and will be using them for future projects.

    We called Callaway Designs to come to home to give a bid on the replacement of plants that had been injured by the freeze from the past winter. Greg responded within a few days and after looking at our front and back yard gave us a bid. The bid was reasonable and we accepted it. Greg said the work would be done in 3 weeks after receiving half of the money for the work in advance.The landscaping took place as per Callaways schedule. The workmen were considerate and efficient. They removed all dead plants and replaced them with new ones that we had approved.Callaway outdoor Designs is very professional and extremely honest.I recommend them to everyone who needs landscaping.

    Four years ago, Callaway built a large outdoor kitchen, patio and pergola for our home. The results were beautiful, and though there were a few issues, they responded and fixed the problems.Recently, we put our home on the market and I think that the addition of the patio/kitchen helped sell it quickly. However when the inspector came he found that the wiring/electrical to the patio was deficient and we would have to call a master electrician to redo the wiring. I called Callaway, not really expecting them to do anything after four years, but I wanted them to know about the issue. Sharon Callaway asked me to send the inspection report to show what was wrong, which I did. She called me back the same day, sent out a certified electrician the next day who told me what needed to be done and said the cost would be $450. The following day Callaway sent the electrician who fixed the problem, and Callaway paid for the work.We were truly amazed at the responsiveness of this company. We had no warranty from them to fix a four year old problem. But they stood behind their product. I think if you are looking for a company you can trust, go no further!Unfortunately, it is rare these days to see folks take responsibility for their actions. Thank you Callaway for fixing the problem instead of trying to find a way out! Your honesty and integrity should get you far in this business, and I will recommend you highly to anyone I know who needs your service.

    Preparing house for sale, wanted to spruce up the curb appeal. Called Callaway Outdoor Designs, Brett, the owner showed up on time. Gave me honest feedback and advice on what I really needed to address. Replaced my side fence and gate, in 1 day!! AND evaluated and repaired my irrigation system, that has not been turned on in 4 years. ALL for a very fair price! Easy to work and communicate with, promptly responds. I would highly recommend him for your next outdoor design job.

    Brett, the owner, came out to give me an estimate, and he was super respectful and knowledgeable. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and even offered some great ideas I hadn’t thought of. The whole process was smooth—paying the deposit online was easy, and the communication was spot on.When the crew showed up, they were not only on time but also very professional. They walked me through what they were going to do, and I was impressed by how much they knew about all the plants. They even added a few extra touches to make my yard look even better than I imagined.What stood out to me was their attention to detail and how much they genuinely care about their work.     We have had the pleasure of working with Callaway Outdoor Designs for several years. They truly do it all and at reasonable rates. At our new home they put in retaining walls for a serious drainage problem, new sod placement, stone wall enclosure around a patio, pavers, mosquito misting system, gutters with leaf screens, circle driveway in the front yard , tree removals, leveling of the acreage and a gas line.In addition, they put in a full irrigation system covering over two acres and custom landscaping that enhanced the beauty of our property . Within the last few weeks they installed a swim spa with decking and pergola.I can honestly say that we strongly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any outdoor design needs.

    I contacted Brett Callaway in the Spring to request a quote on hardscaping my backyard. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and he was very helpful with suggestions.Ron Reed was the supervisor for the job and he also made helpful suggestions. He worked alongside his son, Alex Mallick, as well as stonecutters to install a Bergerac circle surrounded by paver blocks in various colors and sizes. The overall effect is exactly what I wanted.Ron was very detail oriented and took special care to make sure that there would be proper drainage in heavy rainstorms. It was very dry during the time of the installation so he returned a few weeks later, after we have been receiving a lot of rain, to make sure that all was well and draining properly.I am quite pleased with both the service and the hardscaping project and would use them again for similar projects.
