    GREAT EXPERIENCE!Done Rite Seamless Gutters has the best quality product. I shopped two other companies and Done Rite gutters are thick and durable compared to the others that were cheap and flimsy. The owner, Richard answered all my questions beforehand and he was very involved during the install. They matched the gutter colors to my house very well and the workmanship was excellent. Done Rite was recommended by a couple of friends and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

    I give this company a 5 star rating. Rick and his employees have done work for me on four different occasions. I am extremely happy with their work. Looks very professional. I highly recommend them. 7 inch gutters for my metal building and the residential gutters on my home are approximately over 10 years old and still work like they should.

    Done Right gutters are the best contractors Iā€™ve had in my house over the last four months since we started fixing up a house that my sister-in-law bought. Itā€™s nice to be able to submit a positive review. My last few reviews have been negative, Due to less than caring contractors doing work and not caring about the end of project.Anyhow, this company arrived the same day I requested a proposal. We then set up a day and time to have the job done. They showed up on that day and within two hours had my 52 foot gutter with leaf guard up and installed properly underneath the flashing, so the water runs from the roof into the gutter and not behind the facia like the previous owner had.We installed a 6 inch gutter with the leaf guard protection, which is the best product you could buy vs The cheap Loweā€™s 4 inch with a cheaper plastic leaf guard that doesnā€™t work like itā€™s designed so if you need a rain gutter in your home I 100% recommend DONE RIGHT Seamless Gutters(956)Ā 867-1358 in the RGV

    Done-Rite Gutters installed gutters at my parents home today.Mr Saenz came out at the scheduled time to look over the property and gave us quote.I called him later that day to set up an appointment to have the gutters installed.Due to the possible severe weather approaching, Mr Saenz pushed up the time of the install so we would be ready for the possible heavy rain. We appreciated his thoughtfulness. The work was exceptional and the entire crew was professional and respectful of the property.     I requested an estimate and the owner was able to come out to my property the same day. They were able to correct some poor work done by a previous company and finished the rest of the gutters around the entire house. They even added a section of rounded gutters for part of the house that is rounded. The previous company had said it couldnt be done. Overall, the gutters look and work great. The price was reasonable and work was done fast.

    I canā€™t Thank Done Rite seamless Gutters enough for the job they had did when they installed my gutters. The quality of work was really detailed and you can tell they care about their craftsmanship. I recently called them again because of the bad storm in April a branch had messed up one of my gutters. I called and they said they would take care of me with the warranty they give and it was minimal damage. Not only can you trust the quality of work but you can also trust that they will take care of you which doesnā€™t happen often now these days. 100% recommend to anyone needing new gutters for the house.     Done Rite installed gutters on our home over a year ago. They did an excellent job matching the color with the eaves and provided a high quality gutter. We are now having a pool put in and found that one of the down spouts was in the area where the pool will be. We called Done Rite to see what it would take to move the down spout. Richard showed up within an hour and provided a plan to move the down spout under the ten year warranty.     We experienced some storm damage and Done Rite fixed the damage at a very reasonable rate. Also, during the initial installation we had asked them for leaf filters, but all they had at the time were very coarse ones that kept leaves from going through, but stuck on the top of the filter.. looked bad. Done Rite came out with a new product and only charged us the material to replace the filters with new.Very satisfied !!

Ricardo is a detail oriented individual and keeps his customers informed and updated on the installation process. No surprises here. I cannot say enough about this companys dedication to customer satisfaction. I also found his prices to be competitive with other contractors in the RGV. I felt his quote was very reasonable and the quality of the product is the best available. Done-Rite was even able to closely match the color of the existing facia and soffets of our home. Installation was completed within one day for a 3,000 sq. ft. two story home. It was a big job.If you are considering gutters for your home or business do not hesitate to call RIcardo and include his company in your list of bidders for the job.     Ricardo Saenz of Done Rite Seamless Gutters takes pride in his work. I cant say enough about his attention to detail. Melbas Dance is now in its 66th year in business. Our three-story dance complex contains seven studios and a dance retail store, which translates into a series of flat roofs. Leaks have been a problem for years.Done Rite Seamless Gutters has solved all our leak problems. Ricardo installed a new gutter system to get more water off of the roof. Several months later, he returned to tweak the gutter system at no additional charge. Furthermore, he has helped repair the shoddy work done by previous roofers and even recommended a roofing company to cover the roof of our largest studio. Im happy to report that for the first time in many years, we are leak free!

    Let me start by stating that this an honest humble company. Professional, good value, responsive and on time. I had our rain gutters done by another company that basically installed them incorrectly. Called Richard on a weekend mentioned the flooding situation that was happening because of the previous installation. He quickly said dont worry, I will go out first thing tomorrow morning. Next morning was here on time and fixed my problem. This was last year. Wow!! I dont know of anyone who will go fix someones work. All this company wanted to do is make sure that our problem was fixed and at that point I was sold. Just today they came back and cleaned out the gutters and picked up all the leaves that were taken out. Also they are not out to empty your pockets.     These guys just blew my mind today with their exceptional customer service. We had gutters and leaf guards installed several weeks ago. After the last rain we realized part of the gutter wasnt draining properly. They promptly came out and corrected the issue. A few days after the corrections my son stepped on a piece of scrap metal leaf guard buried in the grass by his playset and punctured/sliced his big toe. I looked around and found a few more pieces, so we called them to explain what happened and if they could come clean up the rest of the scraps in the yard. Not only did they show up to clean it the very next day, they brought my son two toys as a gift and to apologize for what happened. That says a lot about a business. They actually care about their customers and went above and beyond to fix a problem AND bring a smile to my son.Awesome service.

    I Recomended Done Rite Gutters 100%. I had another company come out to add additional gutters and they installed them incorrectly.     The only thing better than Rickā€™s gutters is his character. Down right absolute solid human being and business owner. He will go completely out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you want, period. As far as the RGV thereā€™s no comparison.
