Bob was a professional. Even had a timely respond in the evening and was able to work around my work schedule. Came by and quickly diagnosed the problem . Flat service charge for the trip and repair was part of it. But on-site , provided an excellent quote for a specific ask which I will be taking advantage of in a few weeks. The gfci and wiring we needed to fix was repaired quickly and we both got back to our day. We will use and recommend again.

Babak and his team were amazing!! We had several electrical concerns in our old home, and Babak helped correct all of the safety issues to code. He installed several new outlets (both indoor and outdoor), and he also helped install LED overhead lights in our garage, which have made a night and day difference! He was very reasonable and all work was done with great care. Thank you!

I had an urgent electrical problem going on in my backyard as certain electrical outlets were tripping constantly. I called up Bidram Electric and my call was answered by the owner, Babak. He informed me that he could attend to my issue within a stated time and after explaining my situation in detail, gave me a price, which I thought was rather reasonable. He arrived at my house exactly on time. He was joined by his apprentice Adam. They were extremely thorough and were able to troubleshoot the problem with relative ease, which was relieving. While there, I had other small issues that needed fixing and at a really reasonable price, fixed it. A short while later I had another issue in my garage where another outlet was tripping. I called him up, and once again he returned to my house and took care of the new issue with relative ease and professionalism. I would highly recommend Babak and Bidram Electric to solve and repair your problem with a high degree of expertise and knowledge and very reasonable prices, compared to the competition, you will be extremely happy and satisfied like I am. I needed a couple of ballasts replaced for my fluorescent lights in the garage. I sent a yelp inquiry and got about 7-8 messages in the 1st hour. I did not want to talk to too many people, so I just randomly picked B Modern Electric. I texted back and forth with the owner Bob. We agreed on a time for him to come over. He came on time and did the job well. He also cleaned up after his work. I had some other electrical work I needed to get done - I needed to fix some light switches, which he took care off as well. He prices his services very fairly. I am so glad I met Bob Bidram and now I have an electrician I can rely on.

They took their time and as we found out, I had a more difficult issue than what we had asked for a quote on. They did not take advantage of the situation and only charged for the additional items we needed to have the work done. Right then and there, no having to schedule. Professional work, GREAT value and stand behind their work. I give a very high recommendation for this company

I was concerned about the safety of one of my light switches that wasn’t working due to the fact that even in the off position there was a glowing light showing . I called yesterday on a Saturday and spoke with Bob. He actually made time to come out to my house, today, Easter Sunday to check it out. As it turned out, it wasn’t a fire hazard ( thank goodness) but the switch was old and needed to be replaced. He explained everything to me and replaced the faulty switch. Bob is such a nice man who is professional and kind. I feel so lucky to have met him as now I know who to call for anything in my house!!!!

Had my Tesla delivered sooner than I thought so I needed my car charger asap! I googled electricians in the area and thats when I found B Modern Electric. I gave them a call but it went to voicemail. Less than half an hour later they called me back. The conversation was very professional and knowledgeable. They came out to my house that day to give me a free estimate. We agreed on a price and they even made time to come out during the week since I said I wanted it done asap. The work itself was nice and clean. Wires were tucked away as much as it could be. This is an overdue review. We had Babak installed recessed lights and ceiling fans all throughout our house last year. Babak did a fantastic job and was very professional. We’re getting ready to move, and one of the light switch went bad, Babak came out that weekend and replaced the switch for us and while he was there, he replaced a bad outlet for us at no charge. Babak installed four recessed LED lights above my garage door. He came by at my request to provide an estimate, and honored an offer on one of those home improvement magazines, that I happened to have and that was somewhat dated.During my decision-making process, he clarified all my requests for clarification and provided as many details as I requested. He listened to and understood my concerns, and I think he showed an honest demeanor at all times.The job ended up entailing some challenges due to how the wood structure above the garage door was built. After that, I checked several of those soffits above the garage doors around my neighborhood, and not all of them are built in the same fashion, meaning that I understand how that job could be ‘not always standard’. He managed to sort out those challenges and looked professional to me at all times.I can’t know whether he is responsive or not on a ‘post-installation’ issue because, so far, I’ve been satisfied with what I got.I am considering him for future electrical improvements at my house as far as he remains professional, honest and charging reasonable prices.
