After facing a clogged kitchen sink, I called a service technician to resolve the issue, but he was unable to fix it with standard equipment. He suggested hydro-jetting as a solution, providing an estimate of $1100, which I found to be excessively high. Seeking a more affordable option, I contacted Rooter Hero for a second opinion. Their technician, Jay, confirmed the same problem using regular tools but offered a hydro-jetting service at a significantly lower price. Jays professionalism, friendliness, and expertise stood out during the process. Despite the unexpected expense, I felt reassured by the quality of service I received from Rooter Hero, making the investment worthwhile. -

This was my first time using Rooter Hero and they were great! Easy to make an appointment online. Someone called within 10 mins to let me know I’d hear from the plumber within the next hour or so and I quickly received a message that Jay was on his way. He arrived within the hour and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly cleared our clogged drain. Would absolutely call again! -

From the initial phone call to the service technicians arriving within two hours, Rooter Hero was great to deal with. Gabe and Joe are outstanding techs. Both were friendly, professional and polite. They provided an assessment of the situation and gave me choices on how to proceed. They rooted the drain and left the area spotless. I highly recommend Rotter Hero (as well as both techs.) -

I was very satisfied with the plumber’s service; he completed the repair work responsibly and diligently, and I’m very grateful for his service. However, the company’s scheduling was quite slow and didn’t prioritize urgent matters. Although the phone support was responsive each time, they didn’t schedule the work promptly. Additionally, the company’s charges are quite high; they charged $350 for opening the wall. Last year, I used another company that charged only $200 and refunded this fee if their services were used continuously. Also the company placed many procedures during the repair, signing paper work before starting a job, pre - payment, making payment immediately after the job done , which let customers feel no trust at all , the most important is that all these procedures slows down the emergent job. -

As a person who believes in compliments, not criticism, I am compelled to write this review regarding Travis, our service professional from Hero Reader and plumbing. He has been here twice in one week and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Even though he had to come late, he didn’t worry about having to get out of here until his job was complete. He also told us what would be better for us to do to avoid this problem in the future. It is not often that we call a plumber once, and then have them come back again. And we couldn’t be happier with the work that he did both times! I highly recommend Travis and on a scale from one to 5 would give him a 10 1/2. -
