    I wanted to share my experience. Our contractor who said he had a licensed plumber-but after 2 new hot water heaters and no hot water, it was apparent he did not.I called Williams Plumbing and Erin, the owner answered, immediately. I have to say this is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had getting something fixed. The communication with her was fantastic and she literally worked non stop to get us a new hot water heater installed correctly and in record time! I can’t say enough good things about Williams but I definitely found my forever plumber.

    Williams Plumbing are wonderful to deal with! I had a leak in my kitchen faucet. Erin sent Zach the same day to check it out. I needed a new faucet and he came back to install it. While he was at my house he fixed another small leak that I had in a bathroom. He was courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    I live in Kennesaw, Georgia and own a condo in Miramar, Florida that I rent out. I reached out to Rob at Williams Plumbing, when I was in Florida, to have my water heater replaced as well as the some bathroom tub parts - bathtub drain, control valve, and overflow pipe. He couldn’t do the work until the following week but we were not going to be here, we had to return back to Georgia. Rob has worked with the management company, Coastline Condos, that rents my condo out and knew he had done quality work with some other condos. As a result I trusted him and his company to do the work and felt comfortable paying him ahead of time. As expected, he did complete the work the following week on the date we agreed on and sent pictures. Everything looked great! A big thank you Rob to you and your company for completing the work!     I reached out to Williams Plumbing to replace a toilet in my condo. Erin replied and not only gave me a quote, but also gave me info about which toilets are best to use to avoid potential leaks in the future. Zach showed up on time and handled the job within an hour.     We’re grateful to our neighbor who recommended Williams Plumbing! We contacted Erin (the owner) after talking with the City of Freeport about our water bill rising from $96 per month to over $250. The city water department sent a technician who found no leaks on their side of our meter. Erin had Zac come out before work early the next morning and investigated. Within a couple of days, he was back and completed the repairs. From start to finish, we were completely satisfied- great communication, professional & courteous people.

    We have lived in the Destin area for 8 years and basically have relied on Williams Plumbing for all our plumbing needs ( install 2 new toilets, new hot water heater, shower fixtures, cut off valves to comply with homeowners insurance policy ). A local family owned company is a plus. Never a fuss and very reasonable charges to boot. We are grateful that they have always been available.     Rob, the owner, went above and beyond to help with a leak at my kitchen faucet. Rob took my call on a Sunday and spoke with me to diagnose the problem before he arrived. He actually picked up a new faucet for me on his weekend and brought along to install on Monday. Professional quality work done in a timely manner. They arrived when they said they would and replaced my faucet in no time. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed from the first phone call.     Rob was amazing! Great communication got on the issue and figured out the problem quickly.     We are happy with the service provided by Rob and his technician. They came in and fixed toilets that needed to be remounted after a previous plumber failed to do a correct job. They recognized they were not installed correctly to begin with and went above and beyond making sure we were good to go. Fast service, got to us quickly!     A light fixture/fan caught fire and melted the pipe in the picture. Called Williams Plumbing and Erin said she would send them over right away to make sure nothing was leaking- (it wasnt) which gave me great peace of mind. Obviously it had to be replaced so we set up an appointment and Rob noticed my elderly mothers toilet was a little loose (safety concern) and he tightened it up.(thank you). When he came back with the new pipe I had him look at some aggravating dripping faucet. He came back with the pipe and replaced the PVC. Erin came over to look at the drippy faucets and selected the perfect replacement. Erin, Rob and the crew are so neat and clean that I hired him to replace my hot water tank. Erin immediately place the order So I will write another review after that visit. They were on time, neat, fair prices and says what should be done and doesnt up talk you into pricey things. I lucked out because not only was he super responsive, but he was also really enjoyable to communicate with and a super nice guy!     We were in desperate need of a repair from our leaking shower and needed immediate repair. We called over 10 different local plumbers who were all unable to resolve our issue within a two week period. Rob was quick to respond to our voicemail within an hour. He came out within 3 hours from our call, identified our problem and resolved the issue immediately. Rob was professional, prompt and courteous throughout the whole process. We were overwhelmed because we could not find a plumber to fix our issue and Rob stepped in within hours to repair our leak from our shower. Williams plumbing helped me select the appropriate size water heaters for the home and installed both of them so that I was able to get the insurance on the home.I have now used them on multiple occasions for various plumbing jobs, including installation of a R.O. (reverse osmosis) system, and removing overgrown tree roots from the sewage lines.They are everything that you could want in a plumbing company.     I cannot overstate how much I appreciate the service I received from Williams Plumbing. The tech, Zachary, went over and above to figure out a difficult problem and ultimately fix it. He did not waver from digging a hole, outdoors in freezing weather btw, and coming up with a novel solution to fix a cracked pex-pipe buried in cement. And he did it in an amazingly short period of time, keeping the cost of the service to a minimum. I appreciate the on-the-spot problem solving that was exhibited by this young man as well as his friendly demeanor. I will definitely be using Williams Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.
