Had a bathtub backing up with sewage. I called Raymond Pate with metro power plumbing plumbing. He had a crew out the same day and got it fixed within 20 minutes. They were clean, polite, and was priced reasonably. I highly recommend them for for all you plumbing or electrical repairs.

The call started off rough but by the end the management made sure my issue was resolved to proper working satisfaction. They fixed my issues and I no longer am outside checking the breaker panel in my underwear at 10pm. Me and my neighbors thank you lol!

Great techs and good service but to me there prices are really high compared to there competitors only problem is that everyone else is so far booked several weeks out so have no choice but to pay the price or wait for a week or two to have repairs done. Dont get me wrong they do great work but so do the smaller local companies for a better price. If you wait to get it fixed call a smaller company but if you need it done asap call metropower but it will hit you wallet good.

I want to give a shout out to Steve at Metro Power for his superb help in solving what we saw as a huge problem in a matter of minutes on the phone!!We called Gulf Electric who we had used before and they were so not helpful and wanted to charge us $179 to come out same day and $135 per hour to check it out. Normally they charge $79 to come out and $85 an hour. They did not offer any opportunity to talk to a tech. They could not even get to us until the 23rd of July.Steve walked us through several options by phone and helped us discover our problem and it was resolved!! We were thrilled. I HIGHLY recommend Metro Power to all our friends and acquaintances and ask for Steve 👍👍👍

The service rep had to return, but did so without a hitch. The job was done as expected and professionally. He called prior to his arrival and arrived on time, as promised. He had to get up in the attack to check things out, and found the source of our outage.RECOMMENDATION: Unless your situation is one of immediate importance, I suggest that after-hours phone calls wait until normal business hours. When we originally called the answering service, the lady did not know where Santa Rosa Beach was, but she did have someone call about an hour later. The man who called me said he represented MetroPower, and said he would call before he arrived the next day. I never heard a word from him, so the next day I spoke directly with the local office. The ladies I spoke with were professional and seemed to care about our situation. The next day, we got a phone call, and the service rep began the work.

We love metro power. The owner Steve is very caring, his company is ram with precision. The technicians know what they are doing and are prompt and professional. Really appreciate their time and effort on all of our projects.

I purchased a Generac unit from MP and they did the installation too. From first visit to installation they were professional, timely, knowledgeable and courteous. Mine was an excellent transaction all around. I highly recommend Metro Power.4/19/23 addendum:MetroPower has serviced my generator twice. The fee for the yearly maintenance is exorbitant in my view, but their service is top shelf. They honor the appointments they make, call to let you know they’re enroute, and perform their service in a timely, professional, efficient and friendly manner. In addition , scheduling a maintenance visit is always easily done by friendly, professional staff. I strongly recommend metropower.
