    I’m doing a reno on my house and hired B&D to remove and replace all the drain/waste/vent pipe in the house. They really did an amazing job! It’s an old house which makes things difficult, but they really knocked it out of the park. They got me on the schedule right away and was in and out in three days. I couldn’t be more pleased. B&D really needs to be on your short list if you’re planning a reno.

    My A/C went out at the beginning of what would become the longest and hottest heat wave of the summer ... at least up til now ... I didnt really know where to go, but a good friend recommended B&D so I gave them call. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get out to take a look at my old and worn unit and diagnose the problems. Unfortunately, it didnt survive, but B&D was able to provide me with a quote right away and get me on the schedule once again much earlier than I would have expected given the high demand that came with the circumstances! All of this would have been worth a 5 star review, but the tech who came out to diagnose, Hayden, really impressed me by his professionalism and knowledge. His ability to quickly assess, test, and work through the potential problems and solutions went above and beyond my expectations. He was also very kind and caring. HVAC problems are rarely cheap and easy to fix, and while not as serious as something medical, Hayden spoke to me with the manor and care of a skilled surgeon who has to deliver bad news. At no time did I feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of in any way. Needless to say, when I found myself in an HVAC crisis, B&D stepped up in a big way and I am so very grateful for their incredible service!

    We had real cloudy water coming out of RO water system and Michael (The Rock) figured out the problem right away which ended up being our 20 year old water softener and the water pressure valve was shot. He was able to install the softener same day & had to come back the next day to install the valve. He was very professional and on time and very funny. We have used B & D many times and highly recommend them. Great company and thanks again.

    These guys are the best!! I called with an emergency the night before I had to travel and everyone I spoke to couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and responsive. The team is honest and fair. Jackson was incredible. He walked me through a temporary fix over the phone for the night so I wasn’t without water overnight. He arrived the next day and tried to do the most efficient and cost effective solution. Couldn’t recommend them more!

    We are in the midst of a whole house renovation. B & D Plumbing has handled everything. Of all the trades and of all the people involved in this large project, one person stands out—Lindsay Saunders, in Internal Support at B &D. She has been a life saver and sanity-restorer. After a less than successful experience with our general contractor, Lindsay stepped up and righted several errors, helping to get a stalled project back on track. She has been extraordinarily competent and helpful. The project will continue to completion,but at this phase, I have only praise for B & D, due to the help and support we have received from Lindsay.

    My technicians name was Drew... Very professional. And personable. The work was done nicely. And in a timely manner. He came out on one of the hottest days the summer to repair my boiler. I would Recommend B&D. Their prices are reasonable in my opinion.

    We moved in a new home and had a couple issues now that needed service, and both times at a time when businesses are closed. B&D returned my call within minutes to set up how soon they could come and take care of our issue. In todays world this just doesnt happen. Also the employees that helped us were so respectful and professional. They made us feel like they really cared and again something we dont come across that often anymore. Thank you B&D, you are number #1 in our book!!! Anyone need a plumber or hvac help, do not hesitate with B&D you will be thankful you made the call.

    Furnace was having issues. They came out to take a look, were quick to find the issue, and we were lucky enough to have the job start the next day. Turned out to be a fairly big HVAC project it seemed (2 full days) but everyone was very professional and did a great job. Jared in particular went above any beyond expectations to help with a lot of reworking our messy old venting and gas lines. Really didnt have to do as much as he did since we wouldnt have known any better but made everything much neater than it was prior. Would certainly recommend/go back to for future needs.
