We’re very satisfied with the memorial Chris engraved for our family. He had a particularly difficult task because the marker included text in both Cyrillic (Russian) and Latin (English), yet he succeeded on all fronts. We’re particularly grateful that after an initial misstep, Chris addressed the matter with due seriousness, attention to detail, and diligence. Throughout the process, he kept us informed of his progress in an admirable display of transparency and professionalism. Highly recommend.
