Came highly recommended from my contractor, did not disappoint. Great quality, great pricing. Took care of our upstairs temperature control problem. Richard (the owner) was extremely thorough, honest, & professional. Answered all my questions. And the office secretary was by far the nicest, most pleasant, down to earth person Ive ever spoken to when setting up a service call. You just dont get that much these days. I felt like they really cared and wanted to help, I would absolutely use again 👍🏻 Thanks again, Thacker team!

Saw Thacker at the H&G show at the fairgrounds and had them out for an estimate to replace AC and Furnace. Very friendly people. Estimate went well. Mr. Thacker was professional and knowledgeable. I considered the estimate a fair price and it compared a little more favorably than other Bryant dealers.Had new AC and Furnace installed a few weeks ago. Installers were courteous and professional. They found a small dent in the AC unit when they uncrated it and went back to get a replacement no questions asked. Because of that they had to finish the job the next day. Furnace was making an odd noise which they investigated and fixed prior to completing the install. Everything looks good and there was a minimum of a mess while they did the install which they cleaned up. Office people are also super nice. Overall Im happy I had them do it and look forward to giving them my business as far as annual maintenance.

I had a new furnace and A/C installed at my new house and they did a fantastic job in no time! Everything looks professionally done and works even better. Would recommend to others all day everyday!They also did this work much cheaper compared to others in this area. All around great company and great people.

I have seen some negative reviews which was definitely not the experience that I had. My sister had called Thacker to do a shower enclosure. She had used them a few years before for a plumbing issue and was impressed with their work. I live in Michigan and when I came in to see my sister I saw the job that was done. Very poor workmanship and the job not completed. I pointed out these things to her and she spoke with the person that did the work. He said that he would correct those issues. Long story short, the wrong shower surround was used, drywall work above the shower. In the interim, this employee was let go by Thacker for unnamed issues. My sister called Thacker and they came out and inspected the work. The owner said this work was not reflective of their companys standards. He said that he was correcting several other jobs done by this former employee. They completely removed and replaced the drywall, shower and surround. The work done by them was top notch. Im sure this cost them a good amount of money to correct this situation, but it was done correctly. It shows the integrity of this company and its owners. My sister or I would not hesitate to recommend or use Thacker Plumbing in the future.

I absolutely love my new Bryant furnace that has been installed in my home this year, what a difference!!!! Thacker Plumbing and Heating care about the customer from beginning to the end. But thats not the end, I also scheduled for yearly service to take care of my A/C unit (that they have installed)! If you want good honest service, call them!!!
