Called because boiler was leaking. Always feel a bit nervous when I have no experience, but they were extremely courteous, professional and fairly priced. The plumber who came was very knowledgeable and professional. Came right on time, explained what needed to be done and gave a reasonable estimate of the cost.Fixed everything neatly and quickly, just all around great service. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a plumber.

Have used Jack Gayson plumbing in the past with great results. So naturally, when a pipe started leaking in the basement I didnt hesitate to call them again. Jason was the mechanic who showed up. He was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was here for just over two hours and he was able to repair the leak and slow drain in the kitchen sink.I also asked him to take a look at the bathroom toilet on the first floor which was acting up. In no time at all, after replacing the parts in the tank, the toilet was running perfectly.I have found this company to be outstanding in terms of price and responsiveness. I called yesterday and they were here today, right on time.

I have worked with the team at Gayson on several projects through the years. I should have given a review earlier. Here is what they do. They respond promptly to need for service. They show up on time. They are polite. They charge what seems to be less than I always expect it is going to be. They offer guidance on where to get high quality plumbing fixtures like faucets for a fair price doing so with no personal incentive. Theyre just professional in every regard.

The Gayson name is backed up by the Owner Jack Gayson. Had a boiler problem went from oil to gas and the Gayson staff could not have been more helpful. Not only did they choose a boiler that was covered the gas company but it had rebates, so the cost was less than quoted. The plumbers were neat and clean they removed the old boiler in one day. Installed a new much more efficient boiler it has been running with no problem and is saving me money. I would recommend this company to any one they stand behind there word. Plus they offered a very reasonable service contract.

No one want to have to call a plumber but its very comforting to know about Jack Gayson. In the midst of this social distancing thing I had a leak that actually took down part of my kitchen ceiling. I called them at 9am and two wonderful guys were here by 9:30! They were appropriately prepared for the cover 19 rules. They were able to trace the source of the leak and replace a cracked pipe. Then they got out the vacuum and cleaned the two areas affected. Really you cant do better than that!

Such a great Company!!! My Aunt who is 86 years old calls me up in a frantic state, telling me that Universe Plumbing from Seaford NY said her boiler was unsafe. I called Karen at Gayson Plumbing & Heating Co. they dispatched a service man within 1 hour. He cleaned the boiler and opened a valve and the heat is back on safe and warm! Gayson Plumbing saved my 86 year old Aunt who lives by herself $8,500 in replacing a heating system! That is the price that the clowns at Universe tried to extort from her after shutting off her heat in 30 degree weather!

The only ones to call for your plumbing needs. Whether in the event of an emergency, general repairs or complete plumbing renovations they have shown up promptly and left their work areas spotless. They have worked with me as I’ve done renovations and have upgraded plumbing in my house along the way. Jack is fantastic and accurate with the quotes, Karen and Lori are more than accomodating with appointments and scheduling, and the work done by the employees shows for itself. For the big jobs, Jack has come by to ensure everything is going smooth and answer any questions. As always, a huge thank you to Gayson Plumbing.
