We called Nello electrical for an outage. Was late at night and was looking for someone quick as there was supposed to be a storm the next day. Nick was able to come out right away even though it was late and fixed the issue. He was very personable and professional. I called them again a second time to fix our chandelier that stopped working. All the workers were nice, professional and knowledgeable. The owner is really about customer satisfaction and super friendly. Will definitely use them again.

We enlisted the services of Nello Electrical when renovating our home, and we needed the works -- upgrading the electrical system, installing fixtures, relocating switches, etc. -- theres nothing that Nick and his team cant do! Not only did Nick do amazing work, he got it all done quickly and efficiently. He always conducts himself in an extremely professional manner, hes super knowledgeable and made some great suggestions along the way, and hes very responsive and attentive. I have referred him to anyone looking for an electrician, and hes since done work for several of my relatives. Highly, highly recommend!

NELLO ELECTRICAL does things the right way! It started with the first phone call, Nick set an appointment with me right away. I had already made several calls to other electrical vendors but NELLO ELECTRICAL was by far the most responsive. I understand companies get busy, but as a business man myself, good service is everything. They followed this up by arriving on time for our appointment, providing solid insight and alternatives on my panel upgrade. Clearly experts in their field, Nick presented an incredibly fair quote, won the job and showed up fully prepared when they said they would. They gave a quick walk through, discussed their plan and executed with ease. Brand new panel upgraded and relocated. Original installation was unsafe and non-standard which Nick spotted right away. House shutdown for a few hours and back up exactly as they planned. Zero downtime for the family and left us with a clean and future proof setup. I immediately setup our next appointment because Nick and his team are true professionals. I will be referring them every chance I get. I say this often and it never gets old... There is no substitute to doing good business.

I needed the 80 year old wiring in my home replaced. I had put it off because I dreaded the cost and hassle. The walls in my home are plaster and I knew it wasnt going to be a picnic. Nick put me perfectly at ease. I was prepared to shop around but he picked up the phone right away, came out the next day, was honest and understanding about the electric in my home, and quoted a great price. He describes himself as a neighbor and he treated my family that way. He originally anticipated four days of work, but Kory put in extra time on the first day and they brought on a third electrician the second day to get the entire job done in 2 days, half the quoted time. Nick, Kory, Rob, and Tristian were incredibly respectful of my home, putting everything back cleaner than they found it, and of my family, being patient and kind as my 4 year old asked them questions. Also worth noting the extra touches. I had only expected the wiring replaced, and they went out of their way to replace all of the switches and outlets, patch their access holes, rewire two lights that werent part of the job, and add 7 breakers to my box to put my electrical up to code. They were focused on doing the job right. I will be using Nello again and will tell others to do the same. My wife put it best when she met Nick; I have a good feeling about that guy

Since we are moving to new house but old building with old wires which build at 1928. We need to upgrade some of the electrical, so my husband google local people. And he found Nick!!We are so lucky to have Nick and his team to help us setup the door bell and upgrade the power from 100 to 200 also to install an outlet at backyard for dustless AC. Even though Nick was so busy at that time but he still try his best to help us. They are professional, efficient and up to the code.Really thankful that we had them.

I cannot recommend Nick enough. The wiring in my condo was beyond messed up, and Nick was able to figure out what was wrong and quickly fix the problem. When I had another issue, he was back here just as quick to fix the issue. Very personable, professional, and reasonable! Will be using again if I need anything in the future.

Had a partial power outage at my moms house, so on a few neighbors recommendations, I called Nick at Nello Electrical at 5:45 at night, never expecting to have anyone pick up, much less come over within a half hour to diagnose the problem. Very impressed with the immediate response, especially being a new customer. Came the following day & got the power back up for mom, but knew that we had a bigger issue with the 90 year old electrical panel, which needed an upgrade. A week later, Cory & Tristan (super nice & courteous guys) arrived promptly and did all the work professionally & to code, and left the worksite spotless. Very happy with the outcome, & will be using them for future projects.

He’s helped me in the past with an electrical issue that the original builders missed, and was quick to realize the fire hazard it posed. Nello Electrical is amazing!! I had a problem with my smoke detectors going off randomly without a fire. I called Nello on a Sunday night (superbowl Sunday at that), and he called me back, gave me a quote, and drove out that night within an hour for a new customer. He figured out the problem quickly and fixed it, explaining everything to me so I could deal with it in the future. Nicholas was a really nice guy too. I wish I could give Nello Electrical more stars. He will come through for you!

I called them first thing in the morning on a Saturday and was fortunate enough to catch them right before they started their calls. They were at my house within 15 minutes and were able to disconnect the electricity to a lamp pole on my front lawn which my landscaper knocked down. I can breath easier now that I know the wire has been disconnected and is no longer live in the ground.

Nick and his team were great!1. I inquired at 7:30AM and received a call at 8AM2. He came same day to take a look and provide estimate3. He provided estimate when he said hed have it to us4. He came to our house on time to perform the work5. Although the job became more than it was expected to due to the age of our home, he honored his original estimate and still completed the job as it should have been done.Due to the houses age, his plan had to change and we do have some additional work on our end to repair some holes that had to be larger than planned, but this was not his fault at all, and he made us aware of this right away. His task that he said hed do was completed and he honored the price and still showed up the next day to finish up despite more work being on his plate.We will continue to use him for everything else we need to do in this old old old house.

I can not thank you enough. I currently own a small business in Mineola. As if Covid has not been tough on all small business then there are random maintenance repairs that have to happen but seem always to come at the worst times. I called Nick and he was super responsive and offered to come the same day ( within 2 hours). He understood the importance and the struggle.
