After a long frustrating experience with another contractor, we met Gary and he offered to help us build our dream home. Gary’s professionalism and communication were amazing! It turned out the cost of our home was well beyond our budget, not Gary’s fault prices increased 30-40% due to COVID related issues, and we decided not to move forward on our project. However, I would highly recommend Wake construction for your northern Nevada project if you want an honest contractor that will go the extra mile for you! I only regret that Gary did so much work trying to help us and didn’t end up getting a contract.

Wake Construction is the absolute best! We contacted Gary Wake from a referral that had their home renovated in Merced. Not only does Gary take the time, he goes above and beyond to make sure you get something better than what you ever imagined. We only had our kitchen renovated but will use Wake Construction from now on for all jobs! 5 stars.

Gary had a ton of great ideas to remodel our kitchen. We just wanted something modern and simple, and he definitely helped to fill in the blanks. I cant think of anything negative, he did everything he said he would and finished the job within the time and budget we gave him.
