We recently worked with JJB on a garage repair and remodel project. We were told the project would take 4 weeks, but JJB had it completed in only a week and a half. Chris was our project manager - he was excellent to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and he was very honest and thorough with us while discussing all of our options. Everyone who played a role in our project was extremely professional, efficient, and committed to a high quality outcome. I would absolutely recommend JJB to anyone with home remodeling needs!

Honest, trustworthy, professional, and responsive describe my experience with JJB Home Improvements. I highly recommend their team for your next home improvement project. Their team updated my historic Milwaukee duplex to include both kitchen and bathroom, refinishing the hardwood floors, paint, updated electrical, and new boilers. The JJB team understood my vision for this project and executed it flawlessly. Spencer, our PM, was a pleasure to work with. Hes a true expert in his craft, took the time to explain the technical aspects of the project, and was responsive to my questions. Spencer set the standard I will judge future PMs against. The entire JJB team was great; the owner, the PM, the tradesmen, and office staff.I am proud to endorse the JJB team!

JJB Home Improvements did an absolutely fabulous kitchen renovation job at our home in Wind Point. They were professional, communicative, detail oriented and respectful of our home. Their crews were excellent, did exceptional work, and cleaned up after themselves. When problems with suppliers arose, they addressed issues quickly and did everything possible to resolve problems and move the project forward. My husband and I are thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen and couldnt have asked for a better, more professional contractor!

I recently worked with JJB homes to do some updates to my kitchen and bathrooms. This work included installing new countertops, new cabinet pulls, a wine rack, a backsplash, lighting fixtures, electoral outlets, new floor to ceiling tile showers, new sinks and bathroom fixtures, along with painting and redoing hardwood floors. I started off working with their design team and then the project was handed off to the project manager. The entire experience was great! The quality of the work was outstanding and the attention to detail very high. They communicated extremely well all along the way. I received routine emails from the project manager that let me know what had been accomplished that day and what was planned for the next day. They consistently completed the work in the time frames that they gave me and stuck to the budget. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company.

Chris was great! He and his team was very professional and got the work done very nicely. He also spent some personal time in order to save me a month and a half of waiting. My garage looks better than it ever did and the doors function is greatly improved.

JJB removed an old deck and small balcony from our house and built a beautiful new upper and lower deck. Their design team worked with us to drawn up just what we were imagining and they also provided different options to help work within our budget. Their crew was very fast but also super professional and friendly. We had a great experience and would not hesitate to hire them again. The end product is nicer than we could have hoped for! My home had an area in the back of the house where the soil was up against the siding. The siding was also below grade due to the construction. I dug it out and found rotted wood down there. I had JJB come by and assess it and come up with a fix. They removed the bottom couple rows of siding and found that the studs were intact and the sill plate needed to be replaced. They also noticed that the foundation wasnt finished in the corner of the house. They replaced the sill plate and poured concrete to complete the foundation. The work went quickly and they finished in a couple days. They weather proofed it and now I dont have to worry about critters crawling into the house through the rotted wood. Photos listed show the inital removal of the dirt, and then progress thru the fixes. Would recommend JJB Home Improvements to anyone and I would definitely hire them again!

Such an awesome basement remodel experience! JJB exceeded our expectations -- they turned our dark dingy dungeon-esque basement into a light and airy space for our family to get cozy and for our tiny kiddos to play! They always made sure we knew what to expect for the coming week, and their teams of workers became friends we looked forward to each day. Cant say enough nice things about our experience =)

We had a bedroom and hallway remodeled and everyone at JJB was excellent. Only had a few miscommunications but Jeff and Joe the owners took care of it immediately. Working with Allison, Nic, Maggie and Tyler was a great experience and everyone is very vested in JJB from their work ethic to the work in general. Nic was superb with getting back to us everyday and showed up to make sure things moved along as planned. When all was said and done Jeff came out to do a walk thru with us and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. Jeff and Joe take alot of pride in their company and it shows. I would say their pricing was competitive with other companies but they by far, were more concerned that the customer was pleased than most places we dealt with. Dealing with basement issues is not my strong suit. I just have to trust that the company providing the service is honest and accurate in their appraisal, recommendations and project completion. I can say without hesitation that JJB Home Improvements exceeded my expectations in every way. Jeff was extremely responsive and reassuring as he walked me through the work to be done and why it was needed. The cost was far below the other estimates I received for the same project. The office staff responded quickly and documented every step for my records. Juan and the other staff always called before they arrived, were very professional, courteous and got the work done in the predicted time frame. I have already recommended JJB to two friends. Their customer service is outstanding, and the work done put my mind at ease-no more cracking or bowing to worry about. 5 stars all around!

Our tuck pointing brick wall work was done fast and very well. The workers were friendly, professional and very approachable. They cleaned up everything nicely. Even our neighbors gave us compliments on the work done. They compared the work done on our Bldg to the work they had done previously on theirs. They realized how JJB workers did an astounding better job. Hence the 5 stars on my review.

Wow, what a great contractor! Jeff, Joe, and Company are simply the best. In spring/summer of 2021, JJB painted our home beautifully. In the process, they discovered significant repair issues that needed prompt attention. They kept us well informed throughout the process, and our home was transformed. We were so thrilled with their work, that we engaged JJB to further transform our home in 2022 by adding a large covered porch (including beautiful new windows), and a matching pergola to the front of our house. What an amazing transformation, with incredible curb appeal! Friends and acquaintances sometimes drive right by our home and have to double back, because they can’t recognize it anymore. The value of our house has grown exponentially. JJB’s attention to detail, superb customer service and service after the sale, wonderful and friendly crew, and total professionalism are giving us our dream home. We plan to hire them again for additional projects. Bravo, JJB!

We had worked with 2 contractors before and had bad experience both times. So, we tried our best to find the right one this time. Yes! This time we hit the jackpot. The owner Jeff B. responded to our request for an estimate immediately and he was at our house as scheduled. He walked around the house, and inside the house after I explained him what our problems were, and carefully took notes. They gave an estimate immediately with all the details, with a start date and length of time it will take. Amazingly, everything was done as scheduled. Their project manager is super, he explained everything they did every day. If there was additional things needed to be addressed, he explained it to us without pushing it or pressuring us. They left a very clean job site. Everyone I met, or talked on phone from the office were just very pleasant and helpful. I hope we dont need any other projects on the house soon but if we do, we have no doubt to what company we will go to.

JJB were very caring and always respectful to us. The work was outstanding!!!. After dealing with two contractors whom left us with no stairs no porch. We were devastated they went above and beyond to make it right after we were taken for a bad ride by previous contractors that talked fast and delivered nothing but wanted our money, My wife and I were left with no trust and no porch we are 65 and 68 years old Iam a Deacon at my Church and we trusted the two contractors prior to JJB Home Improvements. God answers prayers and we are happy and satisfied. The way they cared in the way they showed us love we never thought to be trusting again but they restored our faith in contracted work. WE were without a porch and stairs since June. But it took JJB less than a week in November to do the porch that speaks volume and shows this is how you do people you show them love and caring not in empty promises but work and caring to do a great job to say trust us.

I would highly recommend this company to get the job done! Very high quality stucco repair which did an excellent job matching our 1920s hand textured pattern. Very professional and cleaned up everyday going above and beyond. Took care of some extra gutter and roof repairs quickly at the same time. They are very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend to all of my friends.

We just had a complete bathroom remodel done by JJB Home Improvements. We couldn’t be happier with the result! This is the third major project they’ve done for us (kitchen in 2014 and roof in 2016). They have always been professional and courteous and the result exceeds expectations. I would highly recommend JJB!

We had damaged wood and plywood on the top front of our garage. JJB came over within a day of being called and had a proposal soon after. After accepting the offer, they scheduled it efficiently and quickly. They changed the damaged wood out (removed the squirrels nest we had no idea that was in there) and painted the trim for us. There was nothing surprising in cost and the job was completed on time and it looks fantastic.
