Rick Palermo and his terrific team have just finished the installation of our new ceramic tile kitchen floor, 300+ square feet. Their careful planning and execution have transformed this room. The best part was working with Rick and the tile installers...clear communication, great crisis management (first shipment of tiles were defective and Rick intervened to help sort it out with the supplier), and flawless work. Every crew member exhibited total professionalism...the work flowed, day to day, to completion. I must mention the good humor and warm presence of the men doing the installation...it was natural and fun to have them with us for those days. A great and satisfying collaboration.Barry Menuez

Palermo tile responded quickly to my call and after understanding our immediate tile installation requirement, they scheduled an experienced, professional tile installer to arrive within the required timeframe to install the tile as part of a larger project. The installer arrived on time, was very professional and completed the installation on schedule, in 1.5 days. The team exceeded expectations by understanding our situation and responding immediately to keep our project on schedule and with quality results. I highly recommend Palermo tile services and I will certainly hire their services again in the future!

As a company that designs & installs all types of custom shower enclosures, we service the same area as Palermo Tiles work. Being the owner of Absolute Shower Doors, I do all of our measurements for both locations. I frequently find myself in bathrooms that have been renovated by Palermo Tile. Not only am I always impressed by the workmanship of this contractor but being all we do is shower enclosures, we are usually the last trade to come to a job...so I usually hear both rave reviews as well as any gripes customers may have about their entire renovation process. I always hear rave reviews about this company. Ive also had occasion to meet the owner Rick Palermo and find him to be a straight shooter and knows his stuff. Runs a tight ship for sure. We always refer our customers to Palermo Tile. Excellent company!
