    Pro Exteriors recently completed putting a new roof on our home. From beginning to end I found them to be professional and thorough. Brad was particularly helpful and timely in providing the quote. We have solar panels, and they coordinated with that situation as well. Josh and his crew were here early and completed the task in one day, including the replacement of a lot of plywood. Clean up was meticulous. Thank you gentleman for a job well done.

    I had a roof leaking and causing damage in my master bathroom. Keith came out went in the attic and on the roof to find the problem. He had the repair guys out sooner than expected and patched everything up perfectly. He even had the repairmen fix a piece of siding that had broke that I didn’t even speak to him about. Great service all around.

    Pro Exteriors just finished a major face lift to our very old house – Replaced all the sidings, windows, soffits, and facias. The entire process was very impressive. Brad did a great job during the estimation process and the price was very reasonable. Everyone was great to work with, very skilled, very professional, and very honest. Mike W. and John was great replacing all the rotted wood and installing the windows. Mike O and Kevin was amazing and very skilled, Mike’s attention to detail make us very comfortable that everything will be done correctly. Josh was the project manager and he was very professional and make the entire job flow very smoothly. He made sure everything was done correctly. We are very happy with the results and appreciate the whole crew for a job well done. We highly recommend Pro Exteriors.

    I recently contracted Pro Exteriors to perform a full replacement on a 22 year-old 20x20 deck. If I had one sentence to explain Pro Exteriors, it would be this: They are a company in-which you get what you pay for (in a good way). In a day where everything is now way more expensive than it was just a few years ago, and Pro Exteriors is no exception to that, the tradeoff to cost in their case is value. Now that the install has been done for a few months, I understand they really are selling and installing premium building products. I learned that term “premium” wasn’t just some marketing catch or term - the deck was one of the most solid structures I have ever seen or stood on! I have no other words for the framing job but superior, as-are the “premium” Wolf finishing boards also used. I understand why Aaron, who is the owner of the company, insists on using these products – they are indeed superior!Next is Pro Exteriors customer service skills - an increasingly rare trait these days! This is truly an area Pro Exteriors has carefully mastered. When I initially contacted them, Brad came right out and was extremely professional. I could tell he truly cared about the job as we worked closely to spec everything out. I could tell he was even getting enthusiastic at times for how our choices were panning out in the proposal as he knew how good it was going to look – I always love to see people enjoying their job! His attention to detail was excellent, down to something as small as the fasteners being used for our railing system.Once we signed, we got to meet Josh, the field super for Pro Exteriors. One of the first things I noticed about him was his attention to detail. (The second, if anyone is wondering, would be Josh’s enjoyment in expressing his enthusiasm by putting as many exclamation points as he can possibly fit into any one email message). Jokes aside – I respect the man loves his job too! He’s respectful and was always thorough in answering my many emails back and forth, and he did all this in a very timely manner. Rarely did a single day go by between any questions and an answer, which I appreciated considering I knew my project wasn’t the only one they were managing.Mike and Travis then showed up one day to perform the install. They are both great family-type guys and I am thankful they put up with our toddler (who loves construction work), keeping him thoroughly entertained for the duration of the install (seriously, you guys have the patience of a saint). Mike was also great at ad-hoc questions I had as the install progressed, as well as keeping me informed which I appreciated. Mike’s attention to detail as a master carpenter really showed and he was quick to address anything he was unhappy with without me even having to ask him. As the install drew to a close two guys accurately depicted as “the Pony Tail crew” came out, which if you have the pleasure of meeting those guys, you’ll learn just how deep customer service runs.My point is, even with all these gentlemen in the mix, I never at any point felt abandoned by Pro Exteriors or that the investment was a “mistake”. There are always a few bumps in the road with a project of this scale and cost, however all these gentlemen consistently maintained two things in common: excellent attention to detail and an increasingly rare breed of customer service.We will be due for a roof next in the near-future and Pro Exteriors will certainly be the first company on my list to call!

    Pro Exterior recently oversaw the design and replacement of our rusted and leaking lantern house at top of the Mispillion lighthouse, which we had moved to Shipcarpenter Square and restored in the early 2000’s.     I wanna give a big thanks to Nate Opaliski and the whole team at Pro Exteriors. I received a brand new 50 year roof through my insurance carrier I only had to pay my deductible!!     I interviewed five different companies to address the leaks in my 10 year old roof. Pro Exteriors provided the clearest, most detailed plan to address the problems. The detail was so specific, I built a spreadsheet model to evaluate each proposal against Consumer Reports and Better Business Bureau. You wont be surprised - Pro Exteriors had the highest score for quality of proposal, good standing with the Better Business Bureau for no unsatisfied customer issues and all the materials were in the recommended group from Consumer Reports.Down to each component to be used, Pro Exterior was precise and unerring. The timelines they projected were met. They cleaned up very well and Ive found very little debris, despite the high winds we experienced on the first day of the project.Some of my neighbors have worked in roofing, and each day theyd stop by and watch the Pro team at work. They were very impressed at their discipline, their teamwork and professionalism.Im impressed with everyone, and most especially with Brad who made this a calm, well-thought out approach with several options for Good, Better, and Best. Hes been very responsive, easy to work with, and clear in his communications with us.You can imagine why I recommend Pro Exteriors, and they should be at the top of your list when you need your roofing problems addressed by serious professionals.

    I contacted Pro Exteriors in May of 2021 for the replacement of two decks one of which was second story. I quickly heard from Brad Wazlavek, company sales rep, who was at our home within days. He took measurements and photos and provided an in-depth bid which was accepted. The work was done as scheduled and the result was terrific. Clean cuts on all materials and nice finish touches. Fair price.In May of 2022 we used Brad again to replace an existing screened in porch, a new front porch, and some remodeling work inside the home. Great decision! Once again, the job was begun as promised and we could not be more pleased with how things turned out. Especially pleased with a design change which Brad and team suggested and implemented.Throughout this entire project communication had been timely and responsive. By far, Brad Wazlavek provided us the most professional services we received during the bidding process. We do our homework before we engage a company for projects of this scope. We would recommend getting a few bids but make sure Pro Exteriors is one of them. We intend to make them our go to source for future needs.

    I initially contacted Pro Exteriors regarding the repair of some vinyl siding. I spoke to Jenn Jester who was outstanding throughout the entire process, including scheduling, procuring materials and cost estimates.The repairs were actually completed the same day I called. The technician (Mike) was also great. I had recently found a few loose shingles and Mike confirmed that I was missing some shingles on the ridge but, unfortunately, he didnt have them on the truck so I needed to schedule another repair. Jenn initially thought it might be the following week before they could come back; however, Mike was back the next day and completed the job...which was very much appreciated since a tropical storm was heading our way. Overall, one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service repair company.

    I bet this may be the only super positive review where the potential customer didnt ever go on to have the work done, but that was only because the co. rep., Brad, was kind and honest enough to point out to us that we might have our roof warranty nullified if we had another co., like Pro-Exteriors,repair our roof. Brad was still gracious enough to do a roof climb to diagnose our problem, and WAY more informed than our original roof co. at figuring problems out! Brad was so good at noticing small details of construction, even down to recognizing the name brand of shingle we had installed! Anyway- HE diagnosed our problem, and sadly enough, because of warranty issues, we are compelled to go back to our original roofer. Id have no problem whatsoever recommending the smarts and talent of Brad and Pro-Exteriors for your next project, however. This guy is the roof guru! Really wanted to USE THEM instead!!

    I had a great experience with Pro Exteriors when they installed 2 Sun Tunnels in my home, one in each bathroom. The installers were efficient and professional from beginning to end and the quality of the work was exceptional. When a small scratch was found on one of the plates that framed the sun tunnel on my ceiling, Pro Exteriors would not accept payment until a new frame cover was ordered and installed to my satisfaction before I was billed. Because of Pro Exteriors efficiency, quality of work and concern for my total satisfaction, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

    Ive been burned by countless contractors in Sussex County. Incomplete work. No shows. Wont follow up with an estimate. 8 week projects that turn into 6 months. They showed up early to do the job, finished on time, and the quoted price was *SHOCK* the same price when I paid the final payment.I highly recommend these professionals.     The initial inspection was fair, professional and close to the estimate provided by my insurance company. I chose the company because they were recommended by my insurance company and they were from my hometown. The roofers that did the work were professional, explained everything to me, and completed the job on the date and at the time they were scheduled. My only concern was that it took a month and a half after signing my contract to actually get the work scheduled (October 12, December 29). My job was small and that may have had something to do with it. All being said, I would use them again.

    I feel like I won the lottery of roofers. These folks are fantastic. Aaron the president/owner was the only contractor out of 5 who realized that I had a bat in my attic. The problem needed to be corrected before I could have my roof replaced. Aaron recommended an excellent person ( Wilkens Wildlife) to handle this situation.The ladies at the shop Kaitlyn & Jenn are lovely, they answered all my questions and help me choose just the right color for my shingles.The day the roof was installed 15-20 guys arrived at 8 a.m. and they worked until 8 p.m. ,the roof was completed in one day.The team was organized, courteous and efficient. Their neatness was outstanding. My neighbors across the street were so impressed they said, When our roof needs to be replaced, we will hire this company.I love my new roof and feel very secure knowing I have a 50 year warranty.     Pro Exteriors put a new seamed metal roof on our historic house in Lewes. They did a fantastic job and eliminated several nagging leaks we had with our old roof. The house roof looks great and several passers by have commented on how nice it looks. Additionally, I had them come back several months later and they replaced a DuraDeck and replaced two windows. All done well and we are really pleased with the results.

    C&M did a whole roof job on my house, which included a flat roof section that had a major leak. The crew showed up right on time and prepared. They completed most of the main pitched roof in one day, only having to come out for about an hour the next morning to finish. A second crew came out after the weekend to do the flat roof section which only took them a few hours. Overall, this company did a good job, and at half the cost of the other two big companies I got quotes from. Literally half! I was worried that the low price would reflect in the workmanship, but so far, so good. Four stars only because there’s a cosmetic flaw in a part of the flashing.

We noticed a week after the tornado hit around our area, that a patch of shingles were missing and the damage went down to the wood. In spring, since this is storm time, this was concerning. Within minutes of posting, seeking help, Jen reached out to me and then Caitlin to set up an inspection and temporary fix that afternoon, until the shingles could be ordered to match the slight green colored shingles on the roof.
