    They were extremely helpful during the hurricane’s aftermath. They tried to fix my Kohler generator, but there was no compression so probably need a new generator. More importantly, he made sure my AC, oven, and dryer worked before he left.

    I worked with Forge Mountain Electric recently and couldnt be more pleased. From the initial assessment, Chris & Ben have been fantastic. I have never worked with a more knowledgeable and well-organized team. I met with three companies before choosing to work with Forge Mtn.     We used Forge Mountain to install a backup generator for the house. Ben and Chris make a good team – Chris really stayed on top of things administratively and was very responsive to questions; Ben did an excellent job on the wiring and made sure he kept our property clean. They’re both pleasant to work with. And the Henderson County inspector was very impressed with Ben’s work! We highly recommend Forge Mountain Electric.

    Forge Mountain Electric installed a full home Generac generator on the 13th of May 22 at our residence. If we could give more than five stars we would. Ben and Chris Ware of Forge Mountain Electric are the perfect pair and company that you can have to do any electrical work needed. Ben does excellent electrical work and Christine keeps excellent records and is usually far ahead of what needs to be done. We never had any problems contacting them, calling them or them call us back! We highly recommend them to anybody who needs electrical work or a generator installed.     Benjamin was recommended by an electrical supply house. We called and visited with Ben for a review of our needs. Very impressed with his knowledge and honest appraisal of our situation; and the best solutions. Communication with Christina in the office was easy and timely. The two of them coordinate effectively. Panel replacement and addition of generator capacity were done on time, on budget, professionally and neatly. A great team in which to put your trust!

    Forge Mountain Electric recently installed our whole-house backup generator. This family owned and operated business did an excellent job. It was done right the first time and their initial cost estimate was accurate. They are dependable, punctual and detail oriented. We also had F.M.E. do some needed general electrician task like new light switches and some safety improvements for outdated wiring. Excellent quality workmanship at a fair price. We will certainly call on this company for all our future electrician needs.

    Forge Mountain Electric is the consummate professional electrician team. Ben always arrives exactly on time, he puts down floor coverings to keep everything clean and cleans as he goes, always does a perfect job on everything (and they have done innumerable jobs for me including installing a chandelier onto a high ceiling beam, fixing faulty wiring, installing new fixtures, high ceiling smoke detectors, etc.) is kind, thoughtful, unobtrusive and easy to have around and answers any questions, including giving useful suggestions when asked for even items out of his area of focus. Their charges are very reasonable and the way they calculate hours worked is always very generous. Ben is backed up by his wife, Chris, who is delightful and organized and always follows through on everything. They are the consummate professional electrician team. Grateful!

    I couldn’t recommend Forge Mountain Electric enough. Top notch service.We bought a house that had a Generac generator installed by the previous owner that was put to the test during Helene. After 5 days of running constantly it finally gave out on us. Forge mountain picked up the phone and talked me through a number of troubleshooting steps and followed up via text even though they were very busy with their service contract customers.They sent someone by the next day and got our generator back up and running.They have my business for life.

    We have called around the area since December of 2020 to various other companies, couldnt even get a call back (after 4 separate attempts over 2 months with one company) or even someone to just schedule us (despite insisting the long wait was no problem) Forge Mountain never came up on our searches, so we stumbled across them by accident. They have been responsive, willing to work through several quotes with us, and even suggested services that would save us money rather than go through them. This kind of integrity, and currently this kind of follow-up, simply doesnt exist anywhere else in the Transylvania area. Thanks to both Ben and Chris, youre amazing.

    Forge Mountain Electric in a word? Professional! In two words? Very professional! Ben and Chris helped me get the right generator for the house, and they stayed in touch with me every step of the way. Ben shows up when hes scheduled, if not a few minutes earlier, and he gets right to work. He does his work efficiently, and does it very well. When the County Inspector came to check out the generator install, he said Bens electrical work was the best hes ever seen. And during the process, every time I called or emailed them with a question, they always got back to me on the same day. I cannot sing the praises of Forge Mountain Electric enough. I gave them five stars, but wish I could give them ten stars. This is the kind of service I thought had gone by the wayside. Professional, professional, professional! Thanks Ben & Chris!

    We had an electrical line break on our property which left us without water. A neighbor recommended Benjamin, so I gave him a call. Chris, his partner called me immediately (I forgot to mention that it was a Saturday afternoon) and was able to get Ben to our home that evening. He worked until 10 pm to get the well pump working and then came back to finalize things. Throughout, they communicated regularly and carved out time in the busy schedule to take care of us. No small feat. I feel fortunate to have found them.
