The process was seamless—after filling out a short questionnaire on their website, we received a call within 30-60 minutes with detailed answers about the service we needed.We scheduled an appointment for the next day between 2-4 pm, and Steven arrived promptly at 2:00 pm.     Excellent customer service and communication. Prompt/timely. Initially Alex forgot to write down my appointment for chimney cleaning and when I called he immediately offered for Steven to come the very next morning and said hed personally come out if Steven couldnt because he wanted to make it right.     I highly recommend this company for their exceptional services in chimney sweeping and dryer vent cleaning. Our dryer vent pipe, which was previously clogged and malfunctioning, now operates flawlessly after their intervention. Additionally, the company adeptly addressed the issues with our chimney, including several cracks at the top that were causing a significant water leak and the absence of a chimney cap. They efficiently cleaned our dryer vent and chimney, and performed the necessary repairs at a very reasonable cost. We are thoroughly pleased with the quality of work they delivered.     Stephen arrived on time to clean my fireplace and chimney today. He was very thorough and went through the cleaning process step-by-step with me. He inspected the outside and gave me estimates on what it would take to get my chimney back up to par. He was friendly, professional, and prompt. He even gave me advice on projects that I have going on in my home at the time. I will definitely be calling them back for more work that I need done. He did an excellent job.     This team of employees were outstanding overall. Alex was so flexible with the timing. Also everyone was polite and courteous to me and my wife,which is always nice. These guys deserve five stars in my opinion . Havent had my air ducts this clean in a minute, but that wasnt even a problem for this group. Out standing job.     Alex and his team did a great job painting our home! Healthy home services was able to do a variety of services that I needed done. They were able to replace all rotten wood on the exterior of the home, fix a leak that was causing interior damage, clean and repair the gutters, trim back several limbs from a tree etc...     Im not sure why air duct cleaning is so expensive but they were cheaper than 2 of 3 quotes that I received so I chose them. The two techs who cleaned my air ducts (James and Chris) were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable.One of my vents had a little mold on it. They cleaned it, sprayed sanitizer throughout the entire system, vacuumed each return, cleaned blowers and other things in the attic, vacuumed my dryer vent and even took out my trash.They also provided me with a detailed invoice so that I knew what I was paying for. And James was very helpful answering any questions that I had when he came by to do my free estimate.Overall Im pleased with the service.

    Fast, honest, friendly and real value! I made the mistake of using another vendor through Groupon to take care of all my vents and they did more harm than good. Daniel fixed the problem in minutes and then walked me through the house to show me what to look for when its done right the first time. These guys have a new loyal customer.

    We have had a great experience with Healthy Home services! We had a raccoon get into our chimney over the weekend and unfortunately died in the process. The dead animal caused a horrible odor throughout our home that was unbearable. We called around to get some quotes. It seemed like every company wanted to charge an arm and a leg to come out on a Sunday and because there was a dead carcass as well. After explaining our problem they gave us a very reasonable price to clean the chimney, remove the dead animal, and sanitize the chimney with a disinfectant. The technicians Justin and Alex were great. They came out short notice, took care of the problem, and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

    Selected HHS through Home Advisor site for gutter cleaning and power wash. They showed up on time, were very personable and were fast. Cleaned up as the went. Didnt find any gutter debris in yard. Great job power washing deck around pool. See you again in the fall for gutter cleaning.

    Ronnie and Alex were great! We had a bad storm come in these past few days, which caused a huge tree branch to fall on our roof in the middle of the night. The tree limb damaged a section our roof, causing water to poor in our home. Our walls carpet and floors were ruined, so we thought. Alex and Ronnie came out in the middle of the night to temporarily stop the water from getting in our home and to prevent any more water damage. They were able to stop the water from getting in, they were also able to extract all of the water from our floors and carpet. The next day, HHS USA were able to have a 4 man crew out to our home to repair the roof. We are so fortunate to have such a reliable and affordable home service company on call! Thank you guys so much!!

After purchasing a gutter cleaning voucher on amazon local i was informed of all other services offered. With a regular maintenance plan they were able to provide every service i needed and at a reasonable price.They now ensure that my home is healthy and i know longer worry about finding a reliable home service company.     Gentlemen came in went straight to work.....as soon as they suctioned all the lint and debris out of my vents the house began to smell and clean and my airflow throughout the house was a tremendous improvement, they also sprayed this sanitizer citrus cleaner which fights mold,virsus, germs, and more.

    Very professional and personable, steven and Daniel came out on short notice to cleaned our air ducts. We were very interested in watching the cleaning process. The technicians used a rotating brush and a huge HEPA machine. We were very impressed with the work that was done and could tell a difference almost immediately. Would defiantly recommend.

    Got a groupon for Furnace inspection/ Cleaning and Dryer Duct Cleaning. They called ahead of time saying they could come early if we liked due to a cancellation, which worked better for our schedule. Alex and Justin showed up and walked through the house, and totaled the cost for the additional vents and main that were not covered in the groupon (which I initially thought all was covered, my mistake). That being said, they were very courteous and professional. They waited for me to walk them around the house and to each level. They then ask permission to sit at my table to write up a quote. They gave us several options and made their suggestion but did not seem pushy. We decided to go for a full cleaning of all ducts and mains which was an additional $387 after the groupon and a discount. I believed at the time that it would be worth it. By the time they were finished I was confident it was. They were extremely thorough. Especially in getting my dryer vent unclogged (which not exaggerating probably had at least a full grocery bag worth of lint clogging it). It required them going in from the inside and outside of the house several times. But they stuck with it, and I can actually hear air blowing and see steam from the vent on the outside of my house now. :) And even though Justin said many times it was the most clogged dryer he had ever dealt with, there was never any cursing or foul language used, which I appreciated having 3 kids in the house. From start to finish these guys were professional, courteous, personal and down to earth. Nothing bad to say, especially since they probably saved me from a dryer vent fire. Thanks guys!
