    Sherif did a very good job of updating my tiny downstairs bath. His ideas for improvements to the space were very helpful and he did a fantastic job removing epoxy paint from the shower floor and covering it with a new tile floor. As shown in the pics, a vast improvement over the original space.

    We had patio doors removed and new install along 3 other items completed. Mike and Jimmy were early and waited 15min to come to our door. They were professional, neat and respectful. The price paid is for the actual time and they were efficient with time so we save a few hundres dollars. They were so good I had them return for a second time to replace door locks. Jimmie was quick to do the job and we are pleased with the quality of the work. Highly recommend Ace Handyman Laurel. Ask for Mike or Jimmie. They are superb.

    Sherif did an outstanding job putting new drywall in and helping patch up spots around my home. He was so professional and polite every step of the way. Went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommended!!

    Michael was fabulous. He did the 2 jobs I had requested, very efficiently, and then I added on a bunch of little ones when he was done, as I had more time available to use if I wanted to. He ended up reattaching molding, rehanging a towel hook, fixing a door that no longer hung evenly, attaching a ceiling register, and changing recessed bulbs in a light fixture I didn’t understand. He was very pleasant and friendly, with a positive attitude. I wish I had known about this service earlier and will definitely have him back when there are new things on my list. Such a great experience!!

    Jimmy C. was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through what to expect and was patient with my questions. The expected rate was also much fairer than other places we’d quoted with.     I’ve used ace handyman several times. Most recent experience was with sharif (actually second time) he put cat doors in two locations. He was friendly and efficient. I felt very comfortable with him in my houseHe made sure I knew what my final cost would be depending on time spent.

    I had an excellent experience working with Ace Handyman Services!I requested service for extending a water line in my kitchen to service my new refrigerator, which includes creating an outlet through a wall separating two rooms. My communications were handled by Alex, who provided excellent customer service, prompt responses and scheduling, as well as being generally very friendly and helpful. My technician, Michael L., worked efficiently and kept me informed throughout the entire process, including any issues that came up as soon as they were encountered. Now that the work is complete, what I have is better than what I initially envisioned, and would gladly contact Ace again for any other handyman work I may find a need for.

    Had Jimmy C. come out for some work on my kitchen ceiling and patch work on front porch. Scheduling with Alex was incredibly easy. Communication was open and the process was explained and executed without incident.. Jimmy finished well under the time allotted and was able to come back the next day for a few more small touch-ups that enhanced my experience. If we weren’t moving out of state soon, Ace and Jimmy would be my go-tos for projects big or small for life! Thank you guys so much!

    Sherif was knowledgeable, expedient and professional. He completed the job within 30-45 minutes. He replaced our dryer vent cover outside. Caulked the around the vent cover and cleaned out the dryer vent. The vent he replaced looks 100% better than the original vent.All in all, the job he performed was excellent. Thank you Sherif for a job well done.

    Jimmy C. did an outstanding job on our garage ceiling today. We have a drywall ceiling and an entire piece of drywall fell from the ceiling about two weeks ago. Jimmy replaced the piece of drywall that fell but also reinforced the entire garage ceiling to avoid future issues. He is coming back to paint the ceiling and two wall in the garage next week. He also addressed another issue with drywall we had in our hallway. Both jobs look great! Would highly recommend Jimmy C to anyone looking for someone who can do good quality work. He is very pleasant, honest and knowledgeable. We will be requesting him for many future projects that we have at our house.

    Besides the basics of arriving on time and being both professional and personable, what impressed me most about Robert Jones was the time he took to explain what he was doing as went along. Not only did he show me a $5 tool I Could buy myself for future clogs but also showed me how to detach the PVC piping to get at a clog. I may never actually do this, but I was grateful for being shown this. He also apologized for having to charge me for an hour’s labor. I knew what I was in for but I still appreciated that courtesy. If that is not enough, I got some valuable information on what products are most liable to cause blockage and which products are best at fixing them.I also need to commend the person who worked with me to get this appointed scheduled. Alix called to check and see if I still needed a plumber or if I had resolved my problem. I told her I still did. I believed I had made the appointment for today 07:08 but it was actually 07/15. Alice was able to get me scheduled today - and with technician I had originally requested - based on my next door neighbor’s recommendation!

    I am very pleased with the quality of the work done this morning by Andrew from ACE Handyman Services. I had been having problems with a set of louver closet doors and was unable to fix them myself. Andrew quickly diagnosed the issues with the door hardware; got new hardware from our local Costello’s ACE Hardware; then carefully installed and rehung the doors. They look great and work beautifully now. Many thanks to Andrew and Alex, who scheduled and coordinated this work 🙏😃‼️

    Mike was great. Filled me in on the facts re: my flooring and was quick and effective. When my click lok or whatever brand flooring inevitably breaks again I hope I get another Mike. Quoted at $169/hr, the bill after total time on site was less. Mike was fast and effective, floor looks as good as new, and when it fails again Ill probably be back to ace handyman Mike was the real hero and my favorable impression of Ace overall only improves; best hardware store, best customer service folks.     My Handyman Rep Mike did a great job!I had a huge wall unit that was the exact height of my ceiling. I didn’t know if I would be able to get the hutch to the unit adjusted down by at least 1/2” so it would fit in the house once it was placed on top of the TV stand. Mike took a look at it and was able to make it happen with his creativity and ingenuity! He didn’t just give up on it after a one look, because believe me the whole unit looked intimidating!He still had time to hang a huge painting for me; all done within the 2 hours timeframe. It takes 2 people to put the hutch up on the stand.
