Luke came highly recommended. I reached out to Luke on short notice and he promptly responded. He came the same day to assess my boiler after I expressed that it was emergent and that my toddler and I have been without heat and hot water for days after the storm in stony Brook/East Setauket area flooded my basement and damaged my boiler and not to mention destroyed my basement. He came back in 2 days he installed a new boiler exactly like he promised with the best price I could ask for. He was clean, professional, polite and service was fast. I’d use him again in heartbeat and I would honestly recommend him to both my family and friends.

5 stars isn’t enough. I was having issues with my water heater. Luke was able to diagnose the issue quickly and gave me an estimate for the repairs with options. great communication through out. The work performed was neat and clean. Finally someone I can trust.

Luke was able to come to my home on short notice late in the evening due to a leak coming through my ceiling basement. He was extremely thorough in trying to identify the leak and communicating possible causes prior to opening up walls, ceiling, etc. Luke was able to identify the cause being our dishwasher and was able to assist with relieving the leak. I was very happy with his service especially given the short notice and late night job.

Luke did a whole home renovation for my parents/ family. He was friendly, reliable, and hard-working. Lukes work is fantastic. He did a whole home reno - plumbing job of 6 bathrooms and kitchen. We are very pleased with Lukes work and pricing. He is a young guy that will be very successful in the business. Luke worked long days and made sure the job was completed quickly, so that the rest of the work could stay on schedule. Luke also responded to 2 emergency calls, one at midnight on memorial day weekend, and one on Sunday of labor day weekend (not related to his work). He fixed a large leak and serviced our hydronic heating system. Luke is fantastic, promptly, and great value.

Our basement bathroom suddenly became flooded with backlogged sewage. I wasnt sure if it was a cesspool or plumbing issue, but when I called Mr. Shea, he was confident that the flooding was due to a clogged ejector pit after a quick conversation with me. He came over the same day after he finished another job, and was immediately able to figure out where the ejector pit was along with all the other plumbing lines that might be contributing to the issue. He was very diligent in correcting the drainage issue and also identified a related leak below the basement. His service was worth every cent.
