    Ive had several contractors at my home and had given up on finding a good one. Then I received a recommendation for Hinton construction. I had Joseph come out to provide me a quote for some back deck work. From the moment I met him I was impressed with his knowledge. When his crew arrived I met Aaron who is their expert carpenter. He got right down to work and was fully in charge of the crew. I was so impressed that I asked for another quote for some additional work for under my back screened porch and support for the entire back porch. I had a porch that was sagging and the support system was failing. Once again he sent out Aaron and crew. Now I have no more sagging and the entire back deck and screen room are stable and fully supported. I was so pleased that I asked for work on my boat house and stairs down to the water. Need I say more!!! Fantastic work, scheduled and on-time, exactly as promised. When they left there was no trash and everything back in order! If you want quality work go with Hinton. Im a perfectionist and so are they! Thank you Joseph and Aaron and their operations manager, Dan! Great work!!!

    Hinton Construction recently completed a screened in porch and deck for us to replace a rotting, unusable deck. To say we are thrilled with the quality and appearance of the finished product is an understatement. We love it! Joseph listened to our wants and needs and made recommendations based on what we wanted to give us 2 beautiful and functional spaces. His knowledge and experience were greatly appreciated and gave us peace of mind that our 2nd story deck and porch would be stable and secure for years to come. The screened in porch exceeded our expectations. We were afraid our view would be diminished due to the heavy duty screen but the view is just as beautiful as it was without it; much of the day you cannot even see the screen at all! During the building process we realized we needed a pet gate at the bottom of the stairs and one was built that fit in perfectly with the rest of the porch/deck design. His crew was prompt and friendly and maintained a clean work area. Communication with Joseph was easy and he always got back to us quickly when we had questions. We interviewed several deck companies prior to choosing Hinton and we could not have made a better choice. We recommend Hinton Construction without hesitation.

    Mr Joseph Hinton is a true professional. Our project started as screening in our existing deck. However structual improvements were needed and he worked with us to improve the deck and the completed project was absolutely fabulous. His crew was great!!! Great job guys!!!!

    Very professional job & crew was easy to work with. Estimate was timely, in person, & itemized. Aaron, the leader on crew, always was pleasant & took time to listen & answer any of our questions. They did an excellent job taking out old deck & rotting support, then added a much better support system. A few delays on date getting started but once they began they stayed on the job until we were satisfied with finished deck. Would highly recommend their service & product.

    Hinton Construction enclosed the rafters on my covered deck, blocked off areas where birds and wildlife could enter plus replaced a handrail that had a bad spot on it. They did excellent work in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left. Great doing business with them.

    Met with Joseph mid summer to rebuild my screen porch . He was a good listener and attentive to details . I received a detail quote for all work in a timely manner . He told me it would be early November before he could do the job . Job was completed today Nov 3.The porch looks great with new screens and trim !     Bobby did an excellent job of making sure the yard was cleaned at the end of each day. He provided ample updates on the estimated completion time and they stayed on schedule.     Had an amazing experience with this company . I’ve been needing my wooden deck on my back porch expanded for awhile , I was referred here and decided to give them a try . They sent out Aaron to come take a look , during his inspection he noticed some other issues I had that needed attention and offered to take care of them for me. Long story short , Aaron did an amazing job , my deck looks better than it did before , and just like I envisioned it . I’ll be calling them again soon to come do the flooring on my second floor, and too put a fence around my yard. Thx guys !
