JC Electric just finished installation of our new Kohler Home Generator. We are very pleased with the whole process from quotation through installation. Each step of the process was performed in a professional way. David, our main contact, was very knowledgeable and detail orientated which was appreciated. A couple of weeks ago, we had Robert select and install a new landscape lighting system for our home. He listened to what we had in mind and picked out high quality fixtures and materials with just the right amount of light to illuminate our home.We are so happy with the excellent work of this fine company and their desire to please the customer. They did a absolute wonderful job. I wouldnt have wanted anybody else for this job. Not only did they fix the problem they shared and taught me a lot that I didnt know. They were also very polite and cool talking to. Robert knows his job and knows it well. -

Not only was they by far the absolute best company I have had in my new home.They were also the only company in my area that even considered taking a look at my wiring(which they was able to successful fix 😃).Thank you so much to these guys and there amazing company!They were so professional and I never once was concerned about my house,they kept me informed on every thing they did as soon as they did it!They treated me like I was one of There own family meme bets from the second they walked in my house to the second they left!they answered every question with confidence and accuracy!I also joined there company’s program so I can know my house is always covered by an electrician if there is ever another need plus who doesn’t love knowing there house gets an electrical inspection EVERY year with your membership! The folks are great. I signed up with the program they have to keep costs down. However, I have had two instances where when ceiling fan/light systems were changed out, 10-year lights totally blew out on one and now it seems the second one is headed in the same direction. It usually happens about 1 1/2 to 2 months after the change. Gave a four because with it taking that long, not sure if it is the systems or the workmanship. -

We recently had a fire break out in our electrical panel at our home early Sunday morning just before church. We called the fire Department who checked everything out in the attic and else where to make sure the fire was out. They told us we needed to get an electrician out ASAP. We got up with Mr. Ingram and he came out that afternoon to access the panel condition and let us know what to expect. He also made sure we had A/C before he left. Very informative and professional. Had a little hiccup last April 2019. Have dusk to dawn lights on two huge oak trees. Suddenly they stopped working. Checked things out - no idea.Called J.C.; out to our place (Wetumpka) after weekend. Found the problem (underground). Isolated the area , dug up, found the bad line; patched it - gone.
