I had an emergamcy in the middle of the night and I asked for a Plummer I think they only have one plummer who works the night because that one individual was busy on another job and couldnt make it out o me. Luckily my situation could wait until the following morning and dispatch had issues sending the new plummer to me so he was about 2 hours late. Because of this the waived the visit fee and gave me a very fare price for not just to fix the problem but also to improve it.
