    MoldPro LLC is a genuine remediation company, focused on removal and a root-cause approach. I am sensitive to mold and chemicals, and to work with a chemical-free company conscious of mold-sensitive individuals was very important to me. John is extremely knowledgeable and provided an accurate and honest inspection regarding what needed to be addressed. I presented a very tight timeline, and John and Brooke did everything they could to fit me in last minute, sending out extra crews and getting all the work done both efficiently and thoroughly. I am very grateful for their time and care, and recommend their services!

    I bought a home around a year ago and it had some mold on the drywall in the basement. MoldPro remediated it and did a fantastic job. I could not recommend John and the MoldPro team enough. They are honest, credible and very knowledgeable. Could not be happier about the job they did.

    John was incredible and highly knowledgable. He determined that there was no visible mold and educated us about the home along the way.     John is the real deal and his company is the best you can get! We bought a house with mold and wanted dry ice blasting versus encapsulation. I crawled in the attic and it was SPOTLESS!Just to be extra cautious, John kept an air cleaner in the house to remove any excess debris.

    I would highly recommend MoldPro to anyone who is has mold in their home. I would also recommend them to just come out and check to make sure you dont have mold in your home. John is a very honest man and did an amazing job looking through my home. We had mold in our crawlspace and it was fixed perfectly from his crew, Tucker and Chris!     What a GREAT experience!! John is clearly a man with great knowledge and experience but more importantly…integrity! It would be so easy to take advantage of people who are afraid of all the hazards that come with finding mold in their house.     MoldPro did an amazing job for an excellent price. John clearly detailed the work that needed to be done on a family home and completed the project in an expeditious manner. In addition, MoldPro included the services of removing a staggering amount of household items that needed to be cleared out of the home. Afterwards, lab results were provided to indicate a safe environment throughout the home. MoldPro proved that they are an exceptional, high quality company. Fantastic job!

    John DuBois at Mold Pro has been very generous with his time on the phone discussing my mold concerns. When I was ready to buy a home, I called John to come and do the mold inspection for the condo. He was thorough and professional. I learned so much from John on that visit. My new home is mold free but John had some great suggestions for treatments in crawlspaces etc. to keep it that way. Ill definitely be using his services again!! Hes a nice guy, too!

    After noticing a little bit of mold and mildew building up in our house... We contacted several pros.Moldpro was the easiest to communicate with, and the most affordable and clear about the cost in terms of expertise.John came within three day of our first contact. He was courteous, kind and very knowledgeable. He reassured us and show me where our issues was coming from. Since it was early and simple, he told us how to clean the area and control the humidity.His instructions were clear and precised. He did not forced us on buying a service. He did mentioned other possible reason if his first expertise was wrong.He took his time, and really showed me how to improve our house to avoid the issue to snowballed.As a french native, I dont always understand everything but he really took his time and nicely re explained.I was not sure about a piece of information, I emailed them later that day ... and without a second responded.They also avoid using non natural treatment.Fair, nice, and very honest. 5stars.

He personally assessed the problem and committed to completing the remediation in the time frame needed for a reasonable price. The work was done to perfection in a timely manner.     Amazing company. John the owner is very involved and knowledgeable in regards to mold and how to detect the cause/problem. His crew always does an amazing job and I’m even most impressed with his guy Tucker who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy!Don’t use these other guys who spray and wipe, there’s a real system to the madness. If they cost more there is a reason, because they do it right the first time. Your health is your main priority, use these guys 💯

    I had long dreaded getting some over-due condensation damage repaired, fearing disruption, mess, delays, etc. I was delighted when the work was done on schedule, with NO mess for me to deal with. The area was torn out and redone with no delay and virtually no disruption to me. When the work was completed, I didnt even have to vacuum the room!John is outstanding, and the others who worked with him were also. I cant say enough about how pleased I am, and I am happy to recommend MoldPro without reservation.

    Really knowledgeable. John took the time to explain the process and benefits of dry ice mold remediation to me. I work in crawlspace restoration doing complete encapsulations and Mold Pro is the go to guys we recommend. John is honest and highly skilled in his field.     Mold Pro is a company that promises to do what it says it will and then does it.     MoldPro provided a fair and straightforward quote, tips and knowledge to prevent mold, stayed in budget, completed the work on time, and left our attic and crawl space tidier than they found it. Quality work by a group of really nice people. Hopefully we will never have mold again, but if we do I will be calling MoldPro again!

    I had mold toxin remediation done in April. John came out to the house a couple of times before to clarify what we needed to do & test the air .During remediation he kept in contact & never hesitated to return my calls & answer any questions. In October, I had his company return & dry lock my basement floor to help with dampness. John goes beyond completing a job & moving on. He is willing to take your call months later & give you advice. I highly recommend his company.

    MoldPro came out to remove the mold under our sunroom floor and they did an amazing job! They were super knowledgeable, gave us really good recommendations in terms of managing moisture and preventing future mold growth. I feel comfortable with my kids playing in the sunroom knowing the mold is gone and no harsh chemicals were used.

    We suspected mold in my son’s college apartment after a semester of unexplained sickness for him and his roommate.     I am happy that I went with this company. My customer service experience was great. The price quoted either was better than about the same as the other companies I had contacted. The service people at MoldPro educate their customers.MoldPro did an excellent job remediating the mold in my basement. My homeowners insurance alerted me that the mold in the basement wasnt just in an area that had flooded. It actually was all over much of the basement (so I had to pay for the mold removal from my house out of pocket). The workers were punctual and very thorough. They obviously take pride in their work. The basement was pretty stinky before and now it actually smells wonderful. It has never looked as clean as it does now that theyve done their work. I am very pleased to say the outcome exceeded my expectations. I would use them again. I highly recommend MoldPro.
